And as the icing on the cake, there's still a song missing from the legendary Cascio sessions.Sounds like this film is going to now be everything it shouldn't be. Ending too early, and a total fluff piece. No one wants that.
The audience will surely learn how Michael became a legend. The film will succeed in doing so.At the end of the day people want to hear & see the music. Part one should address the highs along with some of Michael’s darker moments (drug use etc). The allegations/post 2000’s can be left for part two in my opinion.
For real. If it doesn't tackle the difficult things I really do not see the point. Of course if they are making a second film it could be there, but I'm doubting that personally.Sounds like this film is going to now be everything it shouldn't be. Ending too early, and a total fluff piece. No one wants that.
I disagree. Look at the Cascios starting their BS. It will never end until the first allegations are thoroughly debunked in the public's mind. The new copycats are only doing what they're doing because they saw the chandlers got away with it with no consequences. The film at this current time is a mistake. Should have waited until all court proceedings were completed. Absolutely no reason for the movie other than the Estate cashing in. If it ends up being a fluff movie then I will pass.
Not really. It can be about anything about the biopicThis thread is a news thread. Some of you need to go post in the Trials and Tribulations section.

“MICHAEL” Biopic: A Celebration… But at What Cost to the Truth? - MJVibe
According to Friedman, the film will not delve into any of the legal battles, public controversies, or even Michael's untimely death.www.mjvibe.com
Yeah, he is not a reliable source, at all.Friedman is AUTOMATICALLY to be taken with a huge grain of salt.
Furthermore it's not to be forgotten, that Friedman was or still could be in with the CHASHIOS..
He promoted the cashio trax like his life depended on it.
So why do we put ANY stock in his scribbling?
Deadline says it'll be two movies.
Campea (The John Campea Show) says it will be two movies. Though I don't believe for one second his take that the first movie will end in 1979.
Yes he probably be just a second in a montage of other famous people demonstrating how famous MJ had become around ThrillerJagger is likely a small cameo like Andy Warhol.
Especially after Branca was talking about how it wouldn't be a fluff piece etc.So it turns out the biopic isn't actually going to be a biopic.
Nobody is going to take it seriously, and all it's going to do is harm his reputation.
Man, the music... and on the big screen!!!Did anyone see this posted online about the Michael Jackson Biopic with the new release date?
[This could be a FANMADE and not from Lionsgate Films because as @MJJuniorSinceMW stated we can see
there is no official press release. Not from the estate. Not from the studio producing the movie.]

Don't kid yourself there will be a Part 2. That's just something they're telling you to save face. It's very obvious that "Part 2" with be "delayed" and eventually it will be silently cancelled.as i had planned !!!
part one ( april 26)
part 2 ( october 26).
Is that your update then ? are you roger??? have you been rogered LOL twatSo it turns out the biopic isn't actually going to be a biopic.
Nobody is going to take it seriously, and all it's going to do is harm his reputation.
Bottom line is if they do not address child sexual abuse allegations it is fluff period.A few things about the biopic:
-Don't take any media report to heart, especially Friedman who is a hack and is wrong more times than he is right.
-We have reports of one movie, two movies, no allegations, shifting to the 2005 allegations, etc. All contradictory.
-It will likely NOT be a fluff piece. They will for sure get into drug addictions, loneliness, abuse from Joe, changing appearance, etc
-The reality is that we simply don't know what this movie is going to include or not include so no need to get all wound up.
-What we saw last week was just a report from Deadline clearly leaked by Lionsgate, something more official is coming including a synopsis/poster for the movie.
