Im catching all the Information from everywhere not only this Forum and for example in Reddit there is this topic.
 
Can someone look up this 2019 California law enactment..
Gerogos claimed any NDA's (Non Disclosures Agreements) made after this 2019 California law
involving csa (child sexual abuses) will be disclosurable.
I don't like his body language, shifty, ... as if to hint that a bomb shell is in the works
to blow this sh*t outta the waters and that he could be representing the Cascios.
Earlier in the podcast with Levin..he claims that " the estate's right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing"
and that, they ( mj's estate), apparently were in the dark of this when pursuing the biopic ...

Who has been spreading it around further and in what way? I quoted you earlier today and made it pretty clear Arckangel has not been doing what you accused him/her of, but please make an argument as I do not understand your reasoning!
 
I really don’t think I’ve got the bandwidth for another set of allegations!

When will the media start to interrogate these accusers and hold them accountable. Every single one of them are crooks with shady backgrounds.

It’s never an accuser who isn’t known to have exploited Michael. Or an accuser who isn’t financially motivated.

NGL, I’m scared that based from MG’s interview, they intend to drop bombs and grenades to try and derail the biopic if they don’t get what they want. The media will be like pigs in shit pushing their agenda to destroy Michael.

This is going to be a battlefield if the gag order is ruled to be unlawful!

The timing is very suspect, I don't think there has been any further developments in the legal proceedings so this interview seems very random. But seems in keeping with a pattern of blackmail now that the trailer is releasing soon.

The sad reality is that these crooks will not be questioned by the wider media/public, WR and JS weren't questioned even though WR testified in court for MJ.

To us fans who know the Cascio history, these allegations are ridiculous, but to those not of the MJ world, the Cascios story corroborates decades of abuse allegations and adds to the growing list of accusers.

It was a pleasant surprise to hear Harvey TMZ was somewhat neutral. For those who watched the interview, did Harvey bring up the fake songs and FC book, and what does the comment section reflect? Would really appreciate a summary of the content for those of us who can't bring ourselves to watch it.

I hope they will not be allowed or able to do that if they get free´d up because I think that would pretty mean the case is impossible to win. If you have 7 different people showing up to witness about similar abuse and grooming etc, I just dont see with the 50.01 vs 49.99 % burden of proof in a civil trial how a jury or judge wont convict! As they would also think "oh its just the super rich companies or the Estate paying damages anyways"

Even if the Cascios can just build their cases from the Robson & Safechuck stories its still hard for people to grasp that 7 people would all join into to lie. Whoever is making the decision will also have Chandler & Arvizo in the back of their minds as well and Francia if they get educated on that during the trial.

If it was a criminal court with burden beyond a reasonable doubt it would be a completely different matter!

Also note that we now allegedly have our first female victim as its being claimed all the Cascio children were victimized! That does not line up with the common theme that MJ only liked boys so to speak!

Overall its just a shit storm of giant proportions! I can not imagine to have the biopic come out possible in the midst of the Cascios wrecking havoc! The movie should already have been released, now it risks ending up as a complete clusterfeck tbh!

Sorry guys, just being realistic here!

All of them have serious credibility issues, their number is irrelevant. 7 liars still look and sound like liars. Wade Robson and all the Cascios went out of their way to defend Michael for years after his death! And even after they made their allegations, Robson and Safechuck could never keep their story straight, there's like 4 or 5 different versions of their lies. What is a jury supposed to do with that? One by one, they're gonna get destroyed on the stand as their lies are exposed. 7 people are irrelevant if not a single one of them can convince a jury.

I know, but the public bought Leaving Neverland completely despite Robson praising & defending MJ etc. As it could be explained by him being traumatized and brainwashed by MJ as they claim. (which in fact does happen to some victims, which is why people tend to believe it happens to every victim) Which is exactly the same strategy the Cascios are using we are to believe whats out thus far.

So the whole thing with them having many versions of events, or changing their storys if the jury or judge think that explanation is just as likely, that its a 50-50 coin toss, then its over for the MJ Estate. They dont have prove that MJ did it, only that its more likely than not that it happened, which is a completely different ball game! Also the jury knows MJ wont go to prison and he is dead so he wont personally suffer from a verdict against the estate while the accusers are alive. I hope I am wrong but I do think all of these things will come into play!

And yes, I did not include Jane Doe as she pulled out of the lawsuit before it got anywhere so nobody except the hardcore fans or guilter has picked up she was even in there to begin with. If we would have a female alleged victim sitting in a court room speaking about it would rock the very foundation of the accusations against MJ!

This trial might last 5-6 months if the Cascios would be allowed to join, which of course is not a given at all at this point!
