What about 2 Reserve Mods as well as the 2 Mods. I was thinking at some point the Mods will need to have days off and much needed timeouts so when they are NOT ON DUTY there could be 2 Relief Team members that can WATCH OVER this Kingdom at those times!
It takes a TEAM to make the DEAM work!! Just a random free radical idea!

Yes, I think we nominate X people, then we vote, the five people with the most votes are in the "final round" and Gaz chooses two (or more?) mods from these five finalists.
