Moderator Nominations

Guys you should elect me as a mod because I am nice and cool and don't like it when people are meanies. Plus I will be a man of the people! Read my lips, No New Taxes! Yes We Can! Make America Great Agai- oh wait wrong forum

More moderators also means less workload for the moderators and less chance of burn outs and moderators leaving for that reason. With only 2 moderators all it takes is for someone to get sick or absent and there is only one left to steady the ship!

I do not think this forum is that hard to moderate as mostly we are all on the same page, so I am hopeful whoever is selected will be able to make the small adjustment needed for this place to be even better (y)

At last, I will keep my fingers crossed that there will be more than 2 new sheriffs in town because I think its really needed and the right way to go long term :)

@MJ TinkerBell suggested more mods 🙂. I also think, that's a good idea.

We'll see what Gaz says - and I think we need a job description before we really can decide. As far as I know, homeoffice is possible, so that's a plus for me 😅

I thought that was more like figure of speak for saying two moderators would be added not that it was a forum system limitation that prevented more than 2 moderators to be added. If the current forum for whatever reason only allows 2 moderators to exist at the same I stand corrected. Perhaps you have more inside information than I have how this forum is setup on a technical level.

If that were the case the idea of adding 2 reserve moderators would be ideal not to have to redo the whole process if something happens to the new moderators :) Gaz would just have to speak to the reserve mods if needed. But that of course is totally up to Gaz in the end (y)
