[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

The estate needs to help her out on this, if they don't fight it will send a signal they re push overs and they'll just keep on doing this...
It will first be up to Paris if she would want to engage with this at all, which I kind of doubt as she has not been willing to ride out in her fathers defense if it comes with a burden or effort from her tbh. I can also accept there is an argument that you just put more highlight to the accusations if they pursue this.

Overall I dont think its an easy call to make for the estate even if Paris would be willing to take part and sue. Even if of course I would like to see the DailyMail get FECKED for being shitbags so to speak!

Nevertheless its truly disgusting that they are allowed to write it and spread it around.

I think you can also make a comment on the promi flash website, if they have any contact form? I did this once at tagesschau and sth was corrected. Just say there is no source and paris never said that

Yes, I have been thinking about that, too! Will have a look ...

Sometimes i fear the worst for paris
As someone with complex PTSD myself (Paris is very open about the fact that she has PTSD), I completely understand a need to distance oneself from family "drama" / affairs sometimes or just in general, in order to remain stable and still uphold a good relationship to family members. I am not saying that is what she is doing, but I suppose so. It helped me a great deal: Distance sometimes is very healthy and relationships can be better with less involvement.

I have bit of ptsd too so i undersrand how she feels in that aspect.

Something about this BBC interview feels off to me:

The way it’s edited makes it look less like a natural conversation and more like a constructed narrative. The questions from Victoria seem almost too perfectly matched to the answers, as if they were shaped around already-selected statements. There are frequent visible cuts, and the flow doesn’t feel organic at all.

Instead of a real back-and-forth, it comes across like separate pieces stitched together to simulate an interview. You can literally see moments where something is missing, which raises the question of what was removed and why.

I’m not saying this proves anything by itself, but the editing style definitely influences how the statements are perceived. Curious if others noticed the same thing or have a different interpretation.

So. The guilters on twitter are latching onto the artbooks really hard. I saw a fan explain that the charges weren't filed for child pornography because of a legal technicality, which is true, but nobody seems to be mentioning that fans sent the books? If I recall correctly, Michael had an assortment of books he may have never even read, just kinda shoved in Neverland. Or even if he did read it, how is it different to the old European paintings of cherubs or kids? We don't sexualize those things, so why some mediocre artbook someone sent him?

Selective standards ....one for the arts and the other for the sinister...they'll spin it to whichever to suit their narrative

Sorry, can I ask, what do you mean that it's true that it was a legal technicality? I thought those books were considered as art books and we're available in the US library of Congress? I think one of these books was gifted to him from a fan called "Rhonda" and some were still unopened - been awhile since I've looked into that, could be my old age getting to me 😆

youtube channel of a a major German TV channel (ZDF) just put out an abominable docu (the title alone, I didn´t watch, of course). AND OMG, people are COMING for ZDF in the comment section, 🤭 it is beautiful to see ...

Putting the link here (in spoiler) just you can give thumbs down and leave an appropriate comment.

The video is not available in France. I wonder why ?!

Oh, ZDF is part of the public German media channels/outlets that are financed collectively by all German citizens. I guess that is why it can´t be viewed in other countris. I completely forgot about this, sorry! 🫣😅

I swear it's exhausting being a fan of MJ at times with all this bullshit that is constantly being flung at him. I often wonder how Michael himself managed to deal with it all.
I wonder if he had a very strong, positive (inner) energy / general energy that he was able to put to his benefit. He obviously had it performance wise, but from all we know about his soul, I feel he had this strong inner "light"

Didn't he say he has Rhinocerous skin? I imagine overtime you would become jaded at what people say about you, especially in MJ's position. But i'm sure at times he must have got sick of it, i mean he was a human being

That's right, the prosecution made a request in order to file CP charges, but it was denied due to how they already categorized it. Sneddon REALLY wanted it to be categorized as erotica. Guilters are working on this idea that the books would be considered erotica today or in other jurisdictions due to other like cases. They do not present evidence of this. It is very telling that they talk about the legal hangup for the categorization saying it COULD have been favorable against him if the judge had thought differently or if Sneddon presented it differently. I think that is not really true ultimately.

I have stated that many older, innocent paintings from Europe would be considered CSAM/CP under this logic. You could not legally own a DVD of Dragon Ball either, which is just crazy. They act like Michael was jacking off to artbooks, which as far as I'm aware, not Jordan, not Gavin, not Star, not anyone in that trial claimed? I could be misremembering, but it sounds like an ad hoc story they created. I would also say that... if Michael had an endless supply of kids for this purpose, then why would he need it for that? Why wouldn't he make it himself? Why wouldn't he have photos/hard drives filled with stuff from known circles of pedos at the time? Why some random 30 year old artbooks stashed away on a bookshelf?? It doesn't make sense.

Yes, he did say that :D

Ahh thanks for this! I agree, I think most churches would have to remove their artwork, stained glass windows etc if that logic was put in place as they're full of baby cherubs, and naked adults etc. You're right, noone was claiming that in the trial, they only stated that he used the girlie mags to 'show them' naked women etc.

I've always said that about these books. He was a horder and half the stuff he owned wasn't even opened, didn't have his finger prints on it or just stashed away in boxes. If it was really damning it would have been hidden away. Does make me laugh, sadly, that the narrative now is that he was some hardcore master of abuse but nothing has ever been found in his homes, computers and hard drives and was the most followed, watched person ever who lived in a house which had 24/7 staff there for years - goes against every single profile of an abuser.

Also, his home had been search from top to bottom and investigated by the FBI for about 10 years, they found nothing

I'm sure some of them insist that one such book, with "boy" in the title, was actually Germaine Greer's exploitative book "The Boy," where Greer, promoting, even said, "Every woman of taste is a pederast."

Obviously, Michael never had THIS particular book, but they'll claim otherwise.
