It seems like they both have full choruses, but by all accounts the verses in “Boy No” are mostly coherent even though they’re clearly unfinished. The verses in “Rocker” are apparently just mumbles and incoherent ad-libbing.
Boy No's verses actually have lyrical content. Far from complete, it's just scratch vocals. But there are lyrics. Rocker's only coherent lyrics are the chorus and adlibs. You could argue that you can hear words on the first verse, but not really.

Yeah but does the melody change between the verses? How does the song end? Does it end with a fade-out like in DIG or is there a new part?

Those leaks can't be vinyl versions either, because you don't hear any noise at the end.

I was simply pointing out that those mixes weren’t special or exclusive — they were already available on official promo CDs in 2001.
It's a scratch vocals, Mike sings it like he's bored/nonchalantly. But there are lyrics. It could've been finished had Mike had polished his vocal delivery. The chorus is complete of course, could potentially be a duet
