Oh my god, who the hell cares anymore about who scammed who. Y'all have the songs, leak them already! Why are y'all even fighting on a public forum like this it just looks so chronically online and unprofessional.... Then again me begging for these tracks look the same way too BUT LEAK NEVERLAND LANDING. 😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🥵🥵🥵🥵🌚🌚🌚🌚
 
In Rocker, is there any element or cool part we haven't heard yet, or can we basically say we've heard the whole track? @GYWOOM

It's just the mumbled verse -> chorus -> chorus that builds up with ad-libs, right? That's it?

verse, chorus, verse, chorus, guitar solo bridge, chorus, key change chorus and adlibs. You've essentially heard the entire song.

Boy No's verses actually have lyrical content. Far from complete, it's just scratch vocals. But there are lyrics. Rocker's only coherent lyrics are the chorus and adlibs. You could argue that you can hear words on the first verse, but not really.
 

Ignoring the verbal diarrhea on top of the snippet I like how the guitar chords sounds so similar to "Days In Gloucestershire" and that it's such a prominent part of the song, it really brings out the vibe that "Boy No" is like the somber version of it. I'm also curious to know whether there are still new parts of the song we're yet to hear or if we've practically heard everything.

You've only heard the chorus really. And partial snippet of the first verse

They aren't from the DAT. Probably self-made "demastered".

*Edit* Yes, 100% self-made, it's especially obvious on Unbreakable.

Yeah but does the melody change between the verses? How does the song end? Does it end with a fade-out like in DIG or is there a new part?

There's also this snippet that includes an instrument which isn't heard on the other snippets, do you know what part of the song it's from?

I haven't heard anything past the first chorus unfortunately

There’s a bridge with a guitar and a synth string melody that sounds rly cool

some versions have Michael saying “sequence here” the other doesn’t

Brad used that same guitar sound on EVERYTHING

Same with Emulator III Pop-Oohs and MKS-20 epiano, some Roland strings

Lots of his stuff has the same exact sounds

How would you know? I mean there ARE tools to restore dynamics and he probably would've used some eq to get rid of the high frequencies. (Which he probably didn't do, because the claps still would sound too clean)

But let's compare the BOD leak with the actual track. The peaks of the leaked version are definitely more prominent:

It visually looks a bit like the unmastered version of YRMW:

In which context does it matter if eBay exited in 2001?
And furthermore: How and why does it matter if you can find such an eBay listing today?
How does that pertain to Korgnex sharing those mixes in (I think it was) 2011 for free?

I'm feeling inclined to ask YOU, in which magical place YOU existed in 2001? (probably not existed at all..)
And in 2011? (existed in mommy's womb or maybe kindergarden already..)

Now that I think about it, pretty sure that the BoD mix is from one of the many "King of Pop" compilations, they included a little bit better masters for the Invincible tracks (just looked it up: Unbreakable, Invincible, Break of Dawn, You Rock My World, Butterflies, Speechless, You Are My Life, Cry, We've Had Enough).

--> BoD is on Indian and Russian KoP editions.

Unbreakable is utter crap though and not from the Spain edition of KoP.

I was simply pointing out that those mixes weren’t special or exclusive — they were already available on official promo CDs in 2001.
By the way, Korgnex never mentioned where he got this “special version”… maybe to make it a mystery, as he tends to do.
I actually bought that exact one on eBay back then for about £5.
So no, this wasn’t some hidden gem only a chosen few had access to.

And for the record, there’s really no need to act like Korgnex is some sort of sacred figure. We can discuss facts without turning it into hero worship.

Also, if I remember correctly, that specific version had already been posted on the old Michael Jackson Angel Forum back in the day.
Now, if you’re wondering what the Angel Forum even was… well, you kinda had to be born before 2000 to know. 😉
