I think this is completely out of the question. Janet has said that children do NOT like paparazzi.

According to Tito, the children ALAWAYS KNEW VERY WELL that THEY WERE FAMOUS from BIRTH, and knew WHY Michael ALAWYS PROTECT their privacy and Tito said that they liked of use the masks too.

Everyone knows that Michael has ALWAYS enjoyed the privacy. And the privacy of his children was SACRED TO HIM, I think it is WELL DOCUMENTED. Everyone knows that kids say they know better than anyone what Michael wanted. For me it is very clear that children respect the wishes of their father.

There was that one time where Paris and Prince were being driven home and they were hanging out the window, not wearing seat belts and the paps snapped them but Michael went mad and fired the guys ass, cant remember the name of the guy though. He was so protective of them. Such a beautiful daddy.

His children were his priority he took a lot of ish from all kind of sides but when it came to his kids, he was firm. He's rolling in his grave seeing all kind of ish that's been going on since his death. Like Elusive said all this started after June 25 nothing happened before,and it's no coincidence.
 
The issue at hand is for the children to have some sort of privacy in the confines of their home, when they are with their family and friends without the fear and possibility of private moments broadcast for the worlds consumption. The children deserve to have at least one place where they have privacy.

As unfortunate as it is, we all will have weekly access of photo's and video's of the children when they are out and about in public going to karate class, or a movie or whatever. This aspect they just can't control.

I am sure Mrs. Jackson has done and will do everything in her power to protect those children physically, emotionally, and she probably more than any of us want privacy for those children. As concerned as we are and as much as we care for these kids as an extension of our respect and love for Michael, we have to believe Mrs. Jackson is doing her best. When situations arise, that she in her judgement will do her best.

There are some things the Jackson's CAN'T control of photo's of the kids when out and about in public.
There are some things the Jackson SHOULD be able to control private moments.

I am not sure why and how this is happening or who is responsible but I wish the people that are doing this would stop and reflect on their actions. What may seem trivial to them isn't really trivial when you are considering what the children are going through.

Yes, I remember that because of the masks, veils that Michael put in the children had some people who thought that was the reason enough to take children out of Michael, have the authorities investigating him at Neverland etc, and I've had to listen of haters that the veils, masks on the children was an abuse of Michael with his children.

We don't know who leaked them. My point was there is a possibility that prince and paris uploaded them onto some online account and someone could have stole them or maybe the cousins had them on their account and someone stole them also. What do the other kids have to gain by leaking pictures?

If someone is hacking the the computer and is sharing them without the kids kowledge or is making money off these pic/videos then i agree that the kids are being exploited.
 
17/18/19 year olds are not kids a third party hacking the computer is highly unlikely I guess the hackers were born the day Michael died. as no one bothered to hack anything while he was alive. ur argumentation is ludicrous
 
all I can say is lets just hope that who ever it leaking these youtube video's will stop. TMZ may get a hold of them and do a story...that would be terrible...but then maybe who ever IS leaking these vids will stop... who knows.

I know the older cousins aren't little kids but people could still steal videos from their accounts online. Michael's 2 eldest children probably have more freedom online than they did with michael alive so it's not crazy to think they uploaded these pics/videos to share them with friends and that they were taken from them or someone close to them without permission. My argument is not ludicrous, it's possible...what is ludicrous is some of you jumping to conclusions acting like you know exactly what went down.

I have no clue who the other person is posting the videos. But I'm against leaking and always have but this is going way to far now.

It's not fair to anyone. So I will post all the videos and photos and then hopefully this will calm down. I feel like I'm betraying myself but I have to remember its better to post it all and not let the leakers enjoy their so called power.

And to the cousin,

If your cousins are Michael Jackson's children, Posting videos and photos online on internet is not a good thing. Even if its in a private account like photobucket or facebook if the stuff was posted there as well. It's NOT that private. No hacking was even needed.

This is what i was saying that could have possibly happened, someone uploads it to their private online account and people just take them.

Yes i agree none of this should be posted but if they are on private accounts that person ivy quoted who is spreading the leaked stuff is an online friend of one of the cousins. Why would they do this? it's pathetic to steal anyones pictures or videos especially if you're trusted. who know what else this person could do. We can all just hope no one in the household or any of michael's kid's friends uploads anymore things relating to michaels kids unless they are old enough to share things with the world themselves.

I saw what this fan posted on another fan board. This was the very first post I saw about the video, from the fan who posted the video link. So the fan is basiclly admitting that they are responsible for the multiple posting of the photos and links that were obviously not intended for public consumption

Also I doubt any teenage Jackson is visiting a fan club forum so posting that statement is almost facetious, in my opinion, especially since this fan has central to spreading the video around. Why would they take pics or photos from someone's private account and pass it around?

This is not an indictment, just how I see it.

you are right - what these people do (taking pictures videos from private accounts and leaking them publicly) is wrong.

but at the same time why do the cousins post this stuff online (even though accounts may be private)?

once you post something online no matter how private you think it might be it becomes public. and these leaks has been happening for months now, you'll think that they learn.

If the cousins did not put these stuff in online accounts no one would be able to take them. Therefore I see 2 wrongs in this equation.

This WHOLE MESS "who is leaking pictures" seems me like a puzzle that I am now getting assemble the parts, but of course I could be wrong, but I read the same people who said Donte was leaking the pictures and videos say that Donte was leaking Malnik pics and even a video of Paris with the malniks.

Message from Nancy Malnik.

The photos being "leaked" of the Jackson children were PRIVATE photos from our visit that were emailed ONLY to Grace for the purpose of them being shared with Paris, Prince, Omer, Taj and Ms. Katherine. As when we were together on our visit, my camera had photos of all of them (from iFly, etc...) and I told them I would email ONLY Grace the copies as I did not have their email address. Grace’s email account was hacked the same day the first photo came out! (This too was posted on Graces Facebook page when it occurred.) Grace also had NOTHING to do with any of these leaks! Whomever wanted to get these photos, knew where to look. There were a total of 36 photos in the file and all but two now have been released. Whomever is doing this keeps releasing them one at a time to make My Daughter/Me/My Family or Grace look guilty, as they are trying to KEEP the attention OFF THEMSELVES. The photos from 2006 recently “leaked” were ALSO from the SAME email hacking of Grace's account. They were for the eyes of the children/family ONLY but as you can see, there is someone VERY dishonest doing this and exploiting the children, in addition to trying to discredit our loyalty to the children and the Jackson Family. I spoke to Grace before sending this letter and she is in FULL agreement with me and our family to the truths of this matter. Keep your "fan" site just that... a FAN site about Prince, Paris, Blanket and Omer. Our family has nothing to do with subject of this group.

Nena, with all due respect, whoever who's leaking the pictures have to EARN THE SAME what the fans were accusing Nancy Malnik & her family to WIN.

And it's really obvious that whoever is leaking the other several pictures are/were living in the house or is very close to those who live there. For me is very clear aren't the Malniks

I do not know what you think about Nancy Malnik & her family and "their leaking," but I imagine you've heard of fans accused her & her family. I honestly did not know at the time to think about her & her family.

I know she & her family also did not sell for millions, those pictures of Michael and the children with her family.

Like u said one would think people in their late teens know better and have learned from past mistakes, the video they had put on during Thanksgiving last year got leaked in a similar way, if I'm not mistaken, why is there a need to upload videos of an 8 year old on ur facebook when ur 10 years older anyway? Social networking sites are not private, no matter how ur settings are, I think my sister in 4th grade knows this already. As for the ''fans'' taking that stuff off those supposed private accounts, that is just despicable but t predictable from the beginning. Anyone who thinks uploaded pics,videos of Michael Jackson's children will remain private on ''private accounts'' is not facing reality, moronic fans and media will always find there way and I'm fearing that this video too will end up at some gossip site

I wonder what interest, what is the motivation to post private pictures of your "famous" cousins in your private account?
Because the most of the children of Michael's private pictures NOT show their cousins.
 
The people who are ultimately responsibility for these leaked pictures and videos are the parents of the "Jackson cousins of minor age" who did not monitor them.

Agree and the family and friends of the kids MUST take into consideration of WHO is in that video that they are uploading/leaking and sharing. Paris, Prince and Blanket are not just some random kids (although MJ said that his kids dont wanna be treated differently and stuff) and there lies a huge interest in them.

The kids should be able to have their own private sphere inside their own house.. and like someone said, it IS well-documented how sacred the kids privacy were for MJ and his wishes should be fulfilled. I hope that the family are aware of the leaked videos/pics and does something about it.

i really don't know why family is not doing anything since pics have been leaking for a while now its like more than a month.u can ban those videos on you tube.but we only hear that they are angry .still thanks giving video than pics &now more homemade video.
