And he just left rehab in February for unknown substance problems. His album is being released soon.

Because it goes to the validity to what he is claiming. If there is not an official police report as proven by the LAPD, then it is that much easier to refute everything else in story. I am not saying that if there is one, then his story becomes true, I am just saying it is easier to refute if there is not one. No police officer is going to ignore such claims especially about MJ.

Guys I know this is discouraging but IT'S NOT THE LAST TIME THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN.

If you get involved in an argument about this you have this 2 logical explanations:


1- If Michael really did that and the police even got involved Tom Sneddon would have used it in the trial.



2- Carter owes his former manager $100 thousand dollars, the IRS $1 million dollars and is dropping a new album. Tabloids pay a lot if you say a good lie.

If they still believe this crap, well it's their loss. And as someone already said "This too shall pass".
 
Personally, I think the estate and those who were there, Christ Tucker, Mike Tyson & frank Casio ... should speak up...This is too big to be swept under the rug
 
Can anybody tell me the date this is supposed to have occured? Was it Aug 29,2001?

Agreed. And if something isn't done it will only encourage others to follow by taking for granted how easy it is to get away with lying and smearing Michael's name.

And what can they do? Unless they were with Michael 24 hours a day seven days a week they can do nothing. This story is not new this has been out for almost two to three weeks. Your expecting too much from people, If people can't use there common sense and see this for what it is then **** them. You think Carter is going to say anything else about this? No he got his money and will go on being the asshole that he is. But to say that people who really can't do anything do something well that is a little much. You think he gave time and dates about this story hell no.

He said it happened when he was fifteen years old. So i believed if it happened Sneddon would have used it as evidence in the 2005 trial
 
I just sent an email to a dutch national news site (I am dutch) and asked them to add to the story the information about Daphne Barak, that it is probably provable that AC's mom did not call the police, as it would have been picked up by the tabloids immediately, and that AC is probably in debt... I hope you all send emails to your news sites too.
 
IMO, the sit back and do nothing approach isn't going to work in favor of Mike this instance. Silence will be taken for acceptance.

Reading this interview that @iamaaroncarter did about MJ. Im so tired of people trying to make a name for them self on the count of MJ.

exactly this is the whole thing in a nutshell...he is only looking for money....they all wait until AFTER Michael has passed to come out with bull like this because they were to cowardly to do it while Michael was still here....and to me that speaks volumns. This kid is just looking for the atention in his life that he did not get from his sad pathetic family..who by the way also had their OWN drug issues...so for him to come out now and say this stuff about Michael is as I said just plain cowardly....I doubt he will get one penny should he try to sue the estate....they will point out how much of a drug addict he is and how his family including his brother Nick enabled him..he himself was/is an addict...so I guess I really have nothing else to say. ..other than...I am not surprised about people saying stuff anymore....Michael is not here to be hurt from their false allegations...and for that reason...I am thankful.
 
I don't know what we can do but just ignore it and call it the crap that it is. Don't give this guy the attention he wants.

for someone who was there...according to Carter...not forceful enough to make wave. But it's better than nothing.
 
Unfortunately that story has now spread to a site I regularly look at so I have pasted the facts that we know of as a comment straight under the report. I hope I won't have to past it anywhere else but it looks like the story is spreading

and THAT is why he is coming out with this now...he needs the publicity from all of those fans that HE HAD when he was 12...he needs to sell records...so he can buy more drugs....so he figures...hey why not drag Michael Jackson;s name thru the mud....people like Aaron are users...he will get his someday. The kid is a flop....the only reason he made it back then is because his brother was a Backstreet boy and helped him get into music....the kid is nothing.

Aaron is lying in the interview becuase his MOM NEVER called the police
it was after MJs birthday party 2003 afterward she did an interview on Tv saying she she was upset Aaron stayed at Neveland
She mentioned nothign about calling the police and AAron rebuttled her in an interview he mentioned Nothing about his mom
calling the police .. IT NEVER HAPPEND .. He lied about that so his whole story is suspect

i believe aaron carter is well known in other countries.

that whole thing is ridiculous and it really makes me sad. i dont understand how people can talk like that about michael.
i just dont get it. michael is such a wonderful person and i would feel terrible by saying such bad things.. :(

The key word is was. He was well known in the late 90's thanks in large part to the popularity of BSB, and his older brother Nick Carter among teeny boppers.

He's a total has-been now.
