Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

You wouldn't get the information if Michael was here either. :8-25-03blow: That would spoil the suprise

Yeah but at least the surprise would be a quality product in the end unlike the drivel they've put out so far.

Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

I made a Bad 25 logo to use for Facebook timeline up picture:

Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

It's funny Stella, but when T25 came out most fans hated the remixes on that album. And it was Michael's idea.

Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

There was discussion whether MJ wore white shirt for TWYMMF in LA, since MITM had white shirt.

He wore a white shirt for twymmf in los angeles. I Have a picture of it, but idk how to upload and show them :p

Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

The MJ Online Team is following this thread. So, they know fans expect Bad Tour DVD/Blu-ray to be a part of the BAD 25 release. If the tour DVD/Blu-ray is not in the work, I think the on-line team would have the hearts to let fans know what to expect and clarify any confusion. Since the on-line team is not saying anything about the tour DVD/Blu-ray, I guess I can be a little more optimistic now. I don't think they'll be so cruel and lead fans on to something that won't happen soon.

Great post. Bad Tour 88 needs to be released.

Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

If this album is remixes and 1 unreleased track there is no chance I'm buying it, the Estate knows for a fact what we all want if they screw this up I have lost all faith in them.

Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

I know this is impossible, but i just had the image that what if Sony released a normal DVD/ Blu Ray copy of the Wembley show(s) for around $20 or so... and then released something like a $70 special edition where its an entire Wembley show with all camera angles included and allowed the fans to mix and edit the concert to their own personal taste, kinda like a video game or something like that... this would truly be the best official release ever done in all of Michael Jackson History!!!!

Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

Pepsi is also prepping a 25th-anniversary campaign in mid-May for the rerelease of Michael Jackson's "Bad" that will include a series of remixes from superstar DJs like Skrillex, Diplo and A-Trak. The exclusive tracks are set to be accessed through a special Pepsi-can promotion where fans can scan a code with their phone to hear a song. (Cooper calls the strategy SoLoMo, or Social/Local/Mobile.)

If they don't release a Concert then I think at least we deserve an explanation for that. Because the disappointment is going to be HUGE among fans.

But I still have faith! :D

Just give us the song especially if it's a demo or unreleased track on the actual CD and make life easier.

I like that idea! So if we're lucky, they'll use the remixes to promote the album, and put only unreleased songs and demos on the actual album. I'm sure it will be efficient both to sell Pepsi and to build excitement for the re-release of the album.

These remixes seem to be Pepsi Exclusives.

That doesn't seem like a bad idea. Pepsi and the DJs promoting the album.

People have said that Michael recorded many songs for the album. I just can't believe that there would not be any unreleased songs or demos on this cd. To me that would be a disappointment. As for the bad tour, I think we should stay hopeful but don't have high expectations. I hope we get it.

Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

Well hopefully........the fact that nothing has been announced could indicate that there is a genuine delay because they are actually remastering the Bad World Tour footage!!!!

Well here's to hoping........and plenty of wishful thinking!!!!!

Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

The Bad 25 cans are already being sold by Chinese sellers on ebay!

As impatient as I am, I don't mind the wait if the surprise is gonna be great.

Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

Billboard New edited version -

As first reported by Ad Age, Pepsi is also prepping a 25th-anniversary campaign in mid-May commemorating the release ofMichael Jackson's "Bad." Billboard has learned the program will include a series of remixes from superstar DJs - Skrillex, Diplo and A-Trak are among the names mentioned to be connected with the project. The exclusive tracks are set to be accessed through a special Pepsi-can promotion where fans can scan a code with their phone to hear a song. (Cooper calls the strategy SoLoMo, or Social/Local/Mobile.)

Re: BAD 25 - 2012 - Official Discussion Thread

Honestly, if they release at least one '88 concert in Blu-Ray, they can throw 200 remixes in the cd that I don't care! hahahaha
