I'm very sure some fans will rip the audio once the song is out.
It'll probably be uploaded Youtube as well.

Breaking News (or any song from the new album) is a copyrighted material and an official release. Therefore it wouldn't be allowed to be posted on MJJC to be download and shared etc.

Thank you for saying this .Is it a crime to hold your cellphone the computer and recored and save it as audio and then set it to ringtone?

No that wouldn't be a crime. Distributing an official copyrighted material would be the crime.
