Here's the screen shot of the tweet that Wade Robson deleted:

I mean something like that could really make a difference. I think I found Jordan Chandler also. I realize how that sound but I think he is living in Marina del Rey. i don’t think he will speak up though. As far as I can see he is still living in Marina del Rey just like he did in 2014 and most of the Chandler family is living there.

I think how harder the media destroy Michael as harder it will get to sleep for jordan not to to speak out the truth.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

I saw this thread was moved to the trials and tribulations section, I assume it will be much less posts from now on, as many members dont know this forum exists. Did you guys move it here for it to better protected from "spys"? Since you can not read the Trials And Tribulations forum before making 10 posts and becoming a full member?

I don’t agree with this thread being moved from the News And Discussion forum, especially right now when the documentary is just about to air.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

I also think it should be moved back.

The problem is,as with any info that is not anti mj is whos gonna give her a chance to speak. No one in mainstream will interview her. Just like all the other non anti mj stuff it will end up on social media with very few knowing about it

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Just hearing the news ( not sure if its been mentioned here i am just awake ) That the BBC , BBC radio 2 in particular which is probably the UK most popular radio station has decided to stop playing any MJ music or anything related to MJ completely. This im afraid is just the start. Just wait until the documentary hits. I have a feeling its going to be Jimmy Saviile all over again. As nothing like this happened in 93 or 2005 in fact his music was played very often, also where I live a local station that I know of where i work and we have the radio on and has twice or three times a day play MJ while i work has not played a single MJ song for over a week. I feel this is just the start. Tragic really :( However unfortunately yes mud sticks and we all know that but its trial by media and in this case it's worse. I just wish he had never never paid that Jordan off. There are a lot of people who should be on trial here not just MJ ( even though he was found not guilty beyound reasonable doubt)

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Some stations did pull mj in 03/05. The problem now though is there is no end to this. Mj could prove his innocence in 03 .he cant do anything now and this is the opportunity the media establishment have been looking for to erase him.

Those with twitter need to make their presence know. because this will become a ripple effect.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Mj had no choice but to settle the chandler case or he prob would have ended up in prison because of the rulings below that were made by the judge. Once the civil case was allowed to go before the crim case there was no option because all sneddon would have done was sat in the court room and heard all of mjs defence ans built a case around it. As he dod in 03 when the timeline was changed several times when they realised mj was not around to do any abusing. The law was changed later but to late to protect mj. No one was paid off. The chandlers asked for money mj refused and they went public. They could take the money and still testify but they had no intrest in any court case

These rulings were made on the 23rd November 1993. Soon after, Johnnie Cochrane joined Michael's legal team and he started a Motion For Protective Order.

The ruling was a mixed bag, but the biggest blow was that the LAPD and SBPD could gain access to any informal and formal discovery material.

Michael couldn't prepare for the civil trial within 120 days as the police were refusing to provide him with copies or a list of what they took.

Fast forward to the settlement.

These court motions were:

Motion For Trial Preference (Civil Trial) by Chandler - GRANTED.

Motion To Compel Deposition by Michael Jackson - DISMISSED W/O PREJUDICE

Motion To Compel Mr Jackson's Deposition by Chandler - GRANTED.

Request To Stay Ruling by Michael Jackson - DENIED.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

I think bbc2's decision to drop MJ from their play list is an outrage - but not in the least bit unexpected. In fact, I expect more to follow sadly.

I think my radio station has done a similar thing as I would routinely hear his songs multiple times throughout the day but I've not hear a chorus of his music in the last week.

All of these stunts just reinforce the idea that this documentary presents facts that would convict him of these alleged crimes. Extremely misleading and wreckless!

No doubt Reed will be rejoicing about this.. Barely is mind - this was never about MJ!!

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

I don't know what is going on with sooo many new posters in the last days on this thead.

I hope that this forum is not hackt and still in control of MJ Fans.
I whould stop this when I were an admin in this situation right now.
This desparate extreme negative spamming does not help working for MJs defense what is the destination of this thread in my opinion.
When this keeps going on I will distance myself in the next hard days from reading this thread.
It took to much time ro read all this staff instead of spending the time defending MJ on youtube.

MJ is the last human being who whould ever harm a child, period!

Shhh you can’t be saying stuff like that on here. Otherwise, you will be labelled a troll/hater.

Jimmy Savile is exactly the person who MJ will be compared like. It’s absolutely frightening as the general public and casual fan will take these lies as being the truth.

I did hear MJ 4 times on the radio yesterday at least. Although that was on heart 80’s in the UK. I don’t know how much longer that will be the case :(
We will have to see what happens in the long run but Brett Barnes is about to sue and I think others will follow.

Savile was accused by hundreds of people. The BBC and police were shown to have covered up claims against him over the years.

Lol don't worry i am adult enough not to be worried about people calling me names. Though I agree with you. I have been on this site for many years. I just think to try ANYONE when they are gone is disgraceful. We know these stories about MJ are made up or at the ver most exaggerated. Because anyone that knows the UK media , especially papers like The Mirror are going to go into massive overdrive once this documentary hits and that really worries me because even The independent, Financial Times are picking up on this. Daily Mail well they are trash but a LOTTA people read it. I think Robson should be sued for Perjury but in the case of Safechuck I am really not sure what to think on him. What really angered me is them trying to bring other peoples names into this

Ok but why didn't they pull his music off when Wade made those Creditors claim and lawsuit already back in 2013? And put it back when those lawsuits were dismissed? Aren't there in court these serious charges are going to be brought up and not through a one-sided sensational documentary? Has dismissed lawsuits lost its valid strength of showing discredibility all of a sudden?

The amount of new posters could simply be due the fact that there are a number of concerned fans who are seeking reassurance that everything will be alright.

For me, I joined again due to these allegations and the fear I have over Michael’s legacy.

I was very active on MJ forums while Michael was alive and witnessed it all during the trial etc up until his death.

Since his death, Michael’s legacy has been in a so much better place and he is rightly regarded as the best ever! Unfortunately, this documentary is about to change things for the worse and potentially ever. I’m scared to death at the prospect of what may happen next and I’ve nowhere else to go.
I agree. I think we got a lot of new membrers because of this.

All the uk media have always gone after mj. I remember the telegraph reprinting a national enquirer story in 03-05 about mj converting to islam and taking 5 wifes. Big headline. Guadian have alway been vicious. Times is murdoch . Theres no difference when it comes to mj. Its nothing new now

They can’t say they are covering anything up for Michael though. That is beyond ridiculous. They have always tried to convict him anyway they can. Maybe we should have separate threads though. One there people can express how afraid they are over his legacy which is completely understandable and one there we just discuss what is best to be done? I am not saying this to criticiterar anyone it is just a suggestion.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Interesting tweet- There appears to be an article on RO but I can't see it to paste the article here. (Maybe RO has blocked general access for European viewers, since the 'Data protection' rule changes??)

People don't know, but Oprah's dad was accused of sexual assault back in 1995. The case thrown out, but Oprah had to pay the woman a $50,000 settlement. Oprah's Hollywood connects buried this story for her.

So does Oprah owe some favors now?

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

People need to stop saying that twitter account is wade, there's no proof it is him and the responses the account is giving on twitter do not seem like it would be him. If so he's gonna get himself into big trouble putting people's names on there. Also, why was this thread moved when it's been in the main news section for ages now?

You mean this one? Oprah paid of a woman who accused her father of sexual assult in 95. I sent the one there she is sucking Weinsteins ear lobe to Alyssa Milano and Rosé McGowan and that wil make me officially done with anti Oprah for now. Now concentrating on more important things.

That's the tweet, but I was looking for the RO article that someone referenced in response to it. On my feed it's about 30 replies down. I don't like linking to RO, so was hoping to post the article instead.

In our fight against the so called “documentary” lamely named “Leaving Neverland”, streaming one of Michael’s song might also get the attention of the media and the general public or diverge the attention from this horrible documentary! Many fans online have been talking to stream “Money” from the album “HIStory”. The best day to do this is maybe the day the documentary is aired on HBO and Channel 4. But we can start now and listen to the most relevant song for this event! The more you listen/stream it, the more chances the song will appear in the charts! and the more chances some media will pick up on it and check the lyrics and meaning of the song and how relevant this is!

Streaming/Listening needs to be done on official Channels.

As Charts are recording Friday to Friday sales, the best week to stream the song is between 02 and 08 March 2019!

Who’s best to defend Michael? Michael himself! With his music!

Where to Stream “Money”?
This has to be as official as possible. Select the song by Michael Jackson. No remix, no fan-made videos, just the official song.
You can stream “Money” Here:
– Spotify
– Pandora
– Google Play Music
– Apple Music
– SoundCloud

Please note that you will have to play it 100 times to count for 1 sale!

For example, Only one video on Youtube will count.

When we first learned of Leaving Neverland on January 9 it was inconceivable to us, as it must have been to you, that a respected company like HBO was behind it. We assumed that HBO’s corporate values reflect a commitment to fairness, honesty and integrity.

Sadly, we were wrong. Leaving Neverland is nothing short of a premeditated ambush, announced at the 11th hour at the Sundance Film Festival as part of a secretive two-year deception to escape scrutiny from Michael’s family, Estate, friends, associates and fans. HBO even tried to hide the names of the two accusers in announcing the film, only begrudgingly identifying them after our initial public statement revealed them to be two failed litigants we know well.

HBO’s goal is obvious: It wants to mute the voices of all who would speak up in defense of Michael Jackson and who know the lack of credibility of these allegations as well as the character of the individuals making them. Thanks to all of you, HBO and its filmmaker have been unable to prevent the harsh light they hoped to avoid from being directed at this film.

They do not want anyone noting that it is overwhelmingly one-sided. They do not want it known that the filmmaker, in two years, never so much as reached out to anyone other than his two subjects and their families, including those he maligned and was morally and ethically obligated to contact. Nor does HBO want anyone knowing that the subjects have repeatedly changed their stories, committed perjury and have financial motives hidden from the public. Rather, HBO hopes to sneak Leaving Neverland by any rigorous scrutiny of facts and credibility that it should have demanded of its filmmaker. But your tenacious passion to defend Michael in the face of such dishonesty pierced HBO’s lack of transparency. It is inspiring and heartwarming, and we are grateful to all of you.

Most important, HBO and its partner Channel 4, want to deflect attention from the fact that it is attacking an innocent man who is no longer with us to defend himself and that they can do this only because they cannot be held legally responsible for defaming a deceased person. The refrain from HBO continues to be that fairness is irrelevant while adding the disingenuous and absurd claim that its film is not about Michael Jackson. Let’s be clear: it is entirely about Michael Jackson. The same Michael Jackson who had his day in court on accusations just like these 14 years ago and was declared innocent unanimously on all counts by a sophisticated jury.

But in HBO’s court, there is no jury, no opportunity to cross examine witnesses and no defense; just a predetermined conviction of an innocent man by an intentionally lurid filmmaker who declared himself the final judge and jury. And rather than let viewers weigh all the evidence and decide for themselves if the subjects are telling the truth or lying, HBO forces the filmmaker’s storyline down every viewer’s throat, allowing no time in four hours of viewing for even a scintilla of the volumes of conflicting evidence.

Michael Jackson suffered during his life through a malicious spotlight no artist of his generation was forced to endure. As James Baldwin prophetically wrote in 1985, when Michael was coming off the global phenomenon that was Thriller, “The Michael Jackson cacophony is fascinating in that it is not about Jackson at all. I hope he has the good sense to know it and the good fortune to snatch his life out of the jaws of a carnivorous success. He will not swiftly be forgiven for having turned so many tables, for he damn sure grabbed the brass ring, and the man who broke the bank at Monte Carlo has nothing on Michael.”

Sadly, his children have had to repeatedly endure the additional pain of these lurid tabloid tales after losing their father, be it during the criminal trial of the man responsible for his death or the claims of the two individuals in this film. While the press has treated the allegations in this film as fresh and new, in truth these individuals have been making these same salacious and false accusations in the media for six years, more than half of the time Michael has been deceased. But having hijacked HBO’s credibility, what they have now is just a louder platform, a soundtrack, drone shots, skillful editing and a multimillion-dollar marketing budget. What they can’t buy is the truth. Facts don’t lie; people do.

In the six years since these false allegations were first made, Michael’s music and his legacy thrived for a simple reason: you can’t silence Michael Jackson. His genius and artistry are timeless, and his resilience prevails. We will continue to fight the meritless claims of his accusers because he is innocent. His legacy is stronger than two individuals seeking hundreds of millions of dollars after defending him for years and whose similar epiphanies raise countless questions about their timing and motives. Their repeated dishonesty such as committing perjury and hiding evidence says everything about their credibility that four hours of
Leaving Neverland goes out of its way to hide.

Finally, it’s important to remember what Michael said himself in 1994 when he was invited to the NAACP Image Awards. At that time, the relentless persecution that would haunt him the rest of his life had started. In addressing the gathering, he went out of his way to note the right all of us have to the presumption of innocence.

“I never really took the time to understand the importance of that ideal until now,” Michael said, “until I became the victim of false allegations, and the willingness of others to believe and exploit the worst before they have a chance to hear the truth. Because not only am I presumed to be innocent, I am innocent. – And I know the truth will be my salvation.”
