Controversial MJ Documentary Leaving Neverland [GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD]

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

I've just watched the CBS This Morning show with the Jackson family segment which is now avial on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLhX5ETjs1g

I must say - I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the input from the jackson family - especialy Taj. I was expecting him to be armed with information to debunk this nonsense. It was almost like he was camera shy (unless all of these important rebuttals were carefully edited out which is very likely) In general, their attempt to offer defense came across as feeable. If this was due to manipulative editing then a live interview is needed to avoid important omissions.

It seems W&J are peddling the narrative that they remained silent to protect MJ (which clearly contradicts earlier accounts or repressed momory/threats from MJs legal team) so why is Wades heavy VOLUNTARY involvement in MJ's defense/projects AFTER death not being exposed? That in itself is enough for the credibility to fall on it's knee's.

I get the impression that both men KNOW that their lawsuits are at deadend so they are milking this situation as far as possible - and don't even care that their accounts directly contradict each other. They know have the media on their side to present a one sided story for both their gains and realise that the general public are less inclined to research the other side.

When I see this I am veeeeery dissapointed too.
But did you guys reconized it also how maaaany cuts were in that interview!!!
They twisted and cut it like they want the output.
I strongly belive they didn't talk only 4 minutes!!!!
Why could Taj ever trust this woman???
As far I could see Taj very good answer we saw previously was not included im the full intetview version.
I bet Wade and James will get tje double airtime tomorrow.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Just read the FBI docs The haters will try and discredit anything that doesnt tell them what they want to hear. Some people you shouldnt waste your time arguing with

Jacksons arent very bright. Programes dont mind having them on as they always do a pathetic attempt at defending mj. What sort of comment is hes my brother i know hes innocent. If you cant be bothered educating yourself on the facts of the case and respond to such a stupid comment with such an easy comeback as "because ive read all the court documents and depos and have seen all their lies" then they should stay at home as they make mj look more guilty than innocent.

I'm reading in the comment section that they uploaded the original (which most likely contained solid rebuttals) but they later uploaded a revised version. Some fans are commenting that it was due to the fact that many comments were in support of MJ. What an OUTRAGE!!!!!

Total and utter manipulation!!!

I think we're being duped!

I never saw the orginal broadcast in it's entirety so I was relying on the upload on Youtube.

Taj obvioulsy had a strong voice and it was attracting too much support for MJ. Fans are stating that CBS uploaded the orginal but later deleted and posted a revised more dumbed down version!

I seriously cannot believe this. I thought MJ was mad when he thought there was a consipiracy to destory him but I'm actually starting to believe him!

What the hell, seriously? These companies go that far? The majority was positive and posting facts and then they removed that video and uploaded it again? I say we go back to that video and post facts again, let's see how long they can keep that up, we have all day, lol.

****ing sad really. It's truly insane how far they are willing to go. Years after his passing it seemed to be quiet, all good. But then came 2019 and the news of LN and I bet some very powerful people, Geffen for example jumped on this immediately. With that in mind it surprises me it took this long.

I see Oprah is doing an interview with the liars after the doc airs in America called, After Neverland. Can't make this nonsense up

I would love the Estate to buy a whole commercial break during the doc to debunk and discredit them. Now that would be genius

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Be sure, if the FBI found anything on Michael, he wouldn't be innocent.

yeah Im not wondering if there was anything found, my question is if FBI's involvement was an investigation by them or they simply aided in the investigation ran by the police department/santa barbara county..

There are FBI files 100%, I've read them. But the question is did they do an 'official' investigation? I'm looking for a document that states that there was an official investigation by them.

Does that make sense? lol

Yeah and the question if they did a "federal" investigation means that they followed MJ and taped his phone conversations.

Yeah cause its not like mj couldnt go anywhere without been noticed ? maybe they thought he was ringing up victor and his nambla friends. FBI couldnt find anything so they need an excuse. These ppl are pathetic. If christ came down and told them mj was innocent they would say he was paid off. You have to ask yourself why they are so desperate.

Respect goes to Ebony for posting that. Have they posted more actually good things like that? This isn't the kind of stuff I expect anymore from any other news channels/sites/sources.

Also big ups to Breakfast club, they continue standing up against this lynching of Michael and see this "documentary" for what it is. Very very good!

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Thats an good argument. I will tell this the two haters. But when someone whould give me also the link to one or two phone conversation in the fbi files it whould be great.

You need to pick your battles. You cant reason with stupidy and people that are just trolls. There is no argument to be had the FBI investigated him for years the sbpd took out over a 100 search warrants travelled the world looking for victims and spent 4 million putting him on trial and there was not one single piece of valid evidence found. And the only people that ever accused mj were people who blackmailed him for money (the chandlers) were paid money by the police (the arvizos) or paid by the press or lunatics who had never even met him and in some cases never even been in the same country as him.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Oh.. they have uploaded teasars from the Wade & James Interview. I will turn on my wii u which don't play the video when I click on it and will spread informations and give my thumbs down.
I hope Durex or someone else will upload the interview secretly for us tomorrow.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Just saw a video on YouTube and the video was titled "BRUTALLY HONEST EP3. I'm still listening to Michael."

Among some level headed comments there were also some very horrible ones like he "he was a P and I'm glad he's dead." I just posted a video with facts for all to see there and said they really should watch it. I told the maker of the video that of course he should listen to the music because nothing has changed. This is basically the same shit as Arvizo but now a" documentary " made around it.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

So Wades presents a 6th version on why lied for all the years, now he says he did it to protect MJ. Is this his final version, or will he revisit it again? WHY did he feel he needed to lie at all to protect MJ? According to his own version, he did NOT KNOW IT WAS MOLESTATION or that it was WRONG until may, 2012. How does he get away with that?

Or does Wade admit to lying during entire legal cases as well in the film?

Its terrible, W&S has 4 hours to tell their well re-hearsed story, with endless of re-takes WITHOUT ANYONE QUESTIONING them. The Jacksons get about 6 minutes of speaking in a 11 minute segment, with biased questioning.

Nobody could have much difference from that platform they were given. You could see the bitch just wanting to SNAP in and ask the next question without listening to the answers.

You could see the bitch just wanting to SNAP in and ask the next question without listening to the answers. Just pathetic to ACT to pretend neutral when she clearly is very biased.

The Jacksons should have chose a different platform.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

So I'm not very up tp speed regarding all the modern technology. I'm still stuck in the early days of the internet. All those twitter messages I see here do they have a wide spread? I ask this because whenever I read this page it all becomes rather positive but I hear nothing of it all on tv or read anything of it all in newspapers. So far the only news I got was that the documentary will be broadcasted , that was on prime time news and 2 weeks later the story of the maid on prime time news.

Perhaps Brandi Jackson (who looks gorgeous but that's off topic :p ) should be asked for interviews soon because she knows Wade very well?

I'm speechless, don't know how this can just go on like this and like you say... nobody questioning it. On the other hand who would be doing the questioning? The media has shown its ugly head now so many times, maybe a source here and there will report on it but the big boys? Nah.

The breakfast club has now really made it clear they aren't down with the "documentary" so it would be nice if they could cover things like Wade's ever changing stories a little. That would be good.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

there would be a way to our part in court it's 2 assh*** for visual manipulation and misleading and propaganda ?! while we have all the evidence!?

Look. Michael Jackson fans can not compete with mainstream media. Michael Jackson fans do not run newspapers or TV-shows, docu-series etc. And of course, nobody wants to openly tell something PRO-MJ - especially in he metoo era when victims must believed blindly regardless of facts.

From your question, I understand you are not aware of how the media has worked against Michael Jackson for 30 years. Please read this article:

Thanks that was an excellent read.
Still doesn't answer my question though, how big is twitter? It must be big, Trump uses it all the time, right?

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

It would be #1 worldwide!
I am very sure.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

I was talking to my good friend today about how we both just don't get why there's so little (none?) support from other celebrities. Sure you could say they are waiting for LN to air, but honestly I don't know why they would. Chris Tucker, Akon, Debbie Rowe(ok ok, not a celebrity), Celine Dion, Beyonce, Lionel Richie etc. Where are you guys?

Back in 2003 to 2005 I remember seeing plenty of celebrities giving out their support towards Mike. I remember Ice Cube saying something like Leave him the **** alone, Stevie Wonder for example who fully went against Eminem for that terrible song with the video. What makes this different compared to then? The simple fact that the good man just isn't alive anymore or something? A year ago or something I saw videos of many celebrities that had lots of praise for him, the likes of Ice-T and such. A message of support goes a long way.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Dan Reed, Wade Robson et al should be sued for causing emotional distress.

people make tweets about it now, you know you've seen a lot of support tweets posted here.. maybe not the same celebs as '03/'05 but there is a lot.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

Seriously, what's with these random people appearing in the comment section on a MICHAEL JACKSON Facebook page only to spread bullshit? There's this dude called Jonathan Ledezma on Facebook and he spreads nonsense. Says hilarious shit like

"In testimony I read years before Michael molested Gavin, Jordan claims Michael would cry and then say if he loved him he would let him French kiss him."

This idiot then goes on to try prove how similar it is..

"And then he said If you love me you'll sleep in the bed" - Gavin.

"13 while holding a 43 year old man's hand. I wouldn't hold my 10 year old son's hand like that and have him sit on my lap, that's creepy."

"My next door neighbor was a pedo. His house was full of comic books and video games, that was his lure. Michael had Neverland."

"Jason Francia, 2 to 3 million dollars."

"The most loving thing you can do is share your bed with someone." -

"MJ as a 13 year old boy rests his head on his shoulders. This is a man we are led to believe was married and had sex. Had his own children and THAT is what he says is the most loving thing you can do is. Share your bed with a handsome 13 year old boy who bears and odd resemblance Jordan, Barnes, Francia, Robson. He liked the tanned, dark haired, almond eyed ethnic looking boys. That was his type. "

Seriously, people like this, claiming to have been a lifelong fan but not anymore. They can't be reasoned with. Sure, I admit, MJ didn't handle that interview too great. He wasn't exactly great in expressing himself in some situations but what this guy is doing here is ridiculous. This guy is the only one calling Gavin a handsome 13 year old boy too.

This due has been spamming the MJ Facebook page for a good minute. The ****ed should be banned from it. I probably shouldn't bother with folk like this anymore.

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

ET Canada did a pretty good job and were pretty fair and they TOTALLY put Oprah on blast and COMPLETELY condemned her!!!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4uPY7nqIV4

Please everyone go comment and THANK THEM for at least trying to be objective and pointing out the flaws and use the opportunity to further post facts!! We need to support those in the media who are fair so that they see it's appreciated and that it's what the audience wants and appreciates!!! When they see THAT gets a positive reaction they'll keep that up because they want ratings. And if they see the majority of peple asking them to fact check and post videos with evidence they WILL start listening! We're already seeing it changing!! CBS initerviewed Dan reed too and they wre all side eyeing him!!! i BET YOU they have seen our comments and know about all of Wade's, James's and Dan's lies and that's why they were side eyeing him. THEY KNOW. Keep spreading the truth and the facts...it's startiing to make the rounds and having an effect!!!

Re: Sundance Festival 2019 - Controversial MJ Documentary "Leaving Neverland"

This radio show was also calling the allegations bullshit and were calling Dan Reed out:
