[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

The neverending BS stories are obvious..., do you remember the same pattern of BIG news?

The headline of the June 30, 2013 UK tabloid and the last quote from its article about the so-called ‘FBI’ files suddenly break on its readers a fictional number of “*****’s victims”.

The headline gives one number, the quote gives another one, however none of them matter as any number of “victims” is actually a lie.

But the author (James Desborough) didn’t care. He was so carried away by his story that took it so far as to claim that MJ was fixated with “child porn”.

And see, all of nonsense just proves even more that Michael was innocent. Anytime someone or media person has to do all of this lying, half truths, twisting in order to try to prove something that was already been proven in court to be false PROVES even more that MJ was fasley accused. Go and look at cases of real pediphiles. The evidence is always there and no one has to twist or make up lies or anything to prove it.

While I'm thinking about it, I haven't seen the petition about changing the law on defaming the dead posted here-I could have missed it-with so many posts and so much to discuss.
But, I think it's really important. I'm usually not one for petitioins, and actually, the first ones I've signed in the last 20 years were bringing back Captain EO and removing the Gardner School Sign one-and they both worked.

Changing US laws are a different matter, but I think it's important that we try to do something-so I'll post it here and on the Enough is Enough thread. Mods, if that's not OK, please remove. Thank you.

[h=1]"Protect The Legacy of the Deceased and The Sanity of Their Survivors" (AdLLaw Initiative)[/h]Petition by Anti-Defamation Legacy Law Advocates
To be delivered to The United States House of Representatives, The United States Senate, and President Barack Obama

Bring about legislation which will include the deceased among those who, when defamed, can have the same legal protection; by giving their family members a statute upon which to base a civil cause of action.

The Anti-Defamation Legacy Law Advocates see this law as any other; a possible deterrent for most and a tool for the more serious offenders. If a person is deceased nearly anything can be said or written about them. Even the non-famous can be targets which mean that we and our loved ones are at risk.

We hope it will make deciding to adopt or support the proposed legislation a bipartisan effort.

http://antidefamationlegacylawadvocates.org/

There are currently 1,957 signatures. NEW goal - We need 2,000 signatures!

[h=3]PETITION BACKGROUND[/h]
We ask all the people; members of our Congressional body and the President of the United States to support the Anti-Defamation Legacy Law Advocates or AdLLAaw (Ad Law) Initiative.

Originally we thought to start with California. The California Courts Judicial Council created a draft Initiative. Although, prepared for California the language of this document states clearly what we wish to see become law on a national level. http://antidefamationlegacylawadvoc...ation-legacy-law-advocates-adllaw-initiative/

The purpose of this Initiative is to bring about legislation which will include the deceased among those who can be legally defamed giving their family a statute upon which to base a civil cause of action. We see this law as any other civil action. Such a law would be neither frivolous nor a magic pill to cure all ills, but a possible deterrent against slandering a decedent for most or a possible tool to address more serious offenders.

Within the past 5 years the list of decedents who are egregiously defamed surpasses what is common or usual or expected. The list ranges from the famous to the non-famous.

We Americans are blessed with many rights, but with them come responsibilities to ensure we do no harm to others through our dangerous behavior. Intentional defamation of a decedent does more than just hurt their survivor’s feelings; it can endanger their health and welfare through false public perception, judgments and actions taken. We hold dear our First Amendment rights, but there is nothing in our Constitution about bearing false witness as a legal right.

We urge you to support the Anti-Defamation Legacy Law (AdLLaw) Initiative. http://antidefamationlegacylawadvocates.org/

What did Michael ever do personally to Stacy Brown (at least from Stacy Brown's perspective) that has caused Stacy Brown to hate him so much? He writes article after article to make Michael look bad. Why? There has got to be more to this. It has to go beyond just "negative news sells."

As you know he was once Rebbie's friend and through her he tried to get closer to MJ. But he was rejected and since then he turned on him and the family. When you read all these articles where not only MJ but also the Jackson family is made look bad it's always him. He is a vile psychopath who couldn't take being rejected. He is also a pervert, so the irony of it him writing crap about MJ.

Stacy Brown positions himself as a “Jackson family friend”; a “Jackson insider”; and someone with definitive gripping knowledge of the inner workings of Michael Jackson’s life, especially pertaining to anything allegedly strange and deviant, which unsurprisingly, he ensures he gets paid to speak about.

The reality is very different. Stacy Brown was either a relative or friend of Rebbie Jackson’s husband, Nathaniel Brown. Through Nathaniel, Stacy was able to meet the Jacksons a few times, and only able to see Michael from a distance once or twice.

To begin with, Stacy had nothing but positive things to say about the Jacksons. But, ever a vulture, he would use his tenuous connection to Michael to scour Michael Jackson internet forums in the late 90s where he would try to pick up young female fans. He would tell them things like the fact that Michael and Lisa Marie Presley were still having an affair after their divorce, which Lisa Marie has since confirmed, though of course Stacy would never reveal such a thing now, as he recognizes it would serve to contradict his entire anti-Jackson and “pro pedophile” career.

Some of these fans have shared their stories:

stacybrownfans.jpg

When he was still on the Jackson’s side he even attempted to contact people around Jordan Chandler, which included Josephine Zohny, a student who attended NYU with Jordan and had heard first hand that Jordan had said Jackson was innocent and was on Jackson’s witness list should he have testified and claimed otherwise (of course Jordan instead just threatened the prosecution with legal action if they were to force him to testify). She had this to say after he would sell his book in 2005:
I take issue with Stacy Brown, especially, as he called me constantly during early 2004 – trying to get in touch with Jordan Chandler (now that Michael Jackson’s trial is over, I have no problem saying I went to school with him at NYU). Stacy was under the impression that I was Jordan’s girlfriend (*gag* *vomit*) because somebody who shall remain nameless thought she could get in with MJ’s “camp” by indirectly leading them to Jordan. I told Stacy that I wasn’t his girlfriend, merely an acquaintance who went to school, had classes with him and heard him say certain things…although he pushed me to say more. Stacy was nothing but effusive in his praise of Michael Jackson at the time. Of course, he was also trying to get a story and he wasn’t going to get anything out of me by bashing Michael, but everything he said then is a far cry from everything he’s spewing now. That smacks of a lack of integrity. Feel free to tell him so if you feel the same way – his email is stacy580@hotmail.com.

...

In 2006 a book proposal allegedly written by Jermaine Jackson, and co-written by Stacy Brown, would suddenly circulate in the media – The proposal was attributed to Jermaine and included shocking claims, one being that Jackson had behaved inappropriately with his nephews, Tito’s children, Taj, TJ and Taryll. The claim was that after their mother’s murder in 1994 that Jackson had put his arms around all three of them on a bed in a way which he described as shocking:

“I remember Michael sitting on the bed with Tito’s boys, crying and holding them. He held them in an almost uncomfortable manner. The entire house was shaken.”
This would be an entirely bizarre – and once again actually amusing – claim to make, as in 1994, Taj was 21, Taryll was 19 and TJ was 16. Was Jackson supposed to have put his arms around all three grown men at the same time in a scandalous manner? Perhaps it is alarming that Jackson had arms capable of such a feat. It would seem Brown hadn’t bothered to look up their dates of birth before cribbing together this story, not realizing that they were too old to try and suggest Jackson had been set to prey on them.

Jermaine Jackson would call Stacy Brown a liar, and state that though they had collaborated on a book together 3 years earlier, that it contained none of the allegations which Stacy claimed they did – a fact bolstered by the fact that Stacy claimed this book proposal had been rejected in 2003, as though any publisher would ever have turned down a negative book about Jackson by his own brother. At the time Stacy would suggest that he had a tape of Jermaine speaking about Michael this way for the manuscript, though conveniently he was never able to produce it.

Stacy would specifically claim in one interview that his lawyer was in possession of these supposed tapes:
They are currently in the possession and being reviewed by Mel Sachs, who–who–he and I have talked and we will be launching a very aggressive slander suit against Jermaine Jackson.
However his own lawyer would contradict this and state he was still waiting to be given these tapes:
Sachs confirmed Brown had contacted him about possible legal action against Jermaine. “I’m awaiting the tapes and I plan to review them. We are consulting,” said the high-powered lawyer, who has repped notables such as Mike Tyson and Derek Jeter.
Of course, no such slander suit against Jermaine was ever carried out and no tapes were ever produced to back up these claims.
The publisher’s themselves would back up Jermaine and state that the manuscript they had been presented with was nothing like the one being shopped by Stacy Brown:
Laurie Liss, the literary agent who ShowBiz411 said shopped the proposal to several publishing houses, told ABC News the material online is nothing she has ever seen, pitched or represented. Stacy Brown did not respond to ABCNews.com’s repeated requests for comment.
In 2011 Stacy Brown would ADMIT Jermaine had been telling the truth, calling the circulated manuscript “fabrications and lies” and that “I did not have tapes of anything bad” – He would claim that their project had been “sabotaged” and that someone else had inserted in all the scandalous parts to the story:
“Jermaine’s “Legacy” project with me was NOT a damaging book about Michael. Things got blown out of proportion because Jermaine didn’t think. When he and I worked on the project, it was sabotaged. Someone had duped our copy with another copy that contained fabrications and lies. They didn’t want a positive book.
Stacy would bizarrely claim Jermaine should have been on his side about the whole thing:
To be honest, I got so upset because Jermaine should have known what the media was doing but instead he choose to attack me.
Though he would admit that he had deliberately stated something provocative in order to make it seem like it had been true:
I was on a program with Brian Oxman who was saying inaccurate and unfair things so I said to Brian during the broadcast: “What if I had tapes?” and the media ran with the idea that I had tapes.
As though it were not known he had tried to claim his lawyer was in possession of them already.
He would also claim that the manuscript had been sabotaged by Jermaine’s then girlfriend Lawanda Lane.

Jermaine did indeed want to write a positive book and it was indeed sabotaged – but he knows it wasn’t me who sabotaged it. Jermaine’s money-hungry girlfriend changed the manuscript and he and I were left holding the bag.

It would seem in Stacy Brown’s world everyone is out to sabotage and frame him for things that he seems perfectly willing to do and claim anyway.

His shoddy journalism seems to be unrestricted to only his obsession with the Jacksons – While writing for the Scranton Times, readers there would also question Stacy’s journalism practices-
He interviewed me for that story and he was given “KEY FACTS” in order to give the readers a very clear view of what was actually going on. None of it made it into the story.

Word on the street is that Brown is getting the beatdown from the Lynetts over his unchecked reporting. Now there are tons of Brown articles out there that are so filled with lies that the paper itself makes for an easy target in the next election. Nice job Brown, ya’ shoudda stayed in California with Michael Jackson. You’re about to find out how unfriendly good ole’ Scranton can be.

[…]

Stacy Brown’s work reminds me of things evil. Has that man never heard of Kharma? If my husband was doing the evil things that he is doing, I say to him, “Are you not concerned about bringing five generations of bad luck and condemnation to our family?” I guess conscience is not an issue with Mr. Brown, but the Chief Editor upstairs is watching.

[…]

Stacy Brown makes Lynn Shelock look uncompromised…that s hard to DO…Stacy…dear god man how did you father children without nuts? Medical Marvel…

July 5th 2009 – Of course, within days of Jackson’s death, Stacy Brown would once again try to reclaim his pole position as some kind of “insider”, this time with an amusing story that he knew for a fact that Michael had died due to a heroin addiction, featuring entirely made up accounts detailing his knowledge of this addiction (all of which were proven false when Jackson’s autopsy was released):

According to biographer Stacy Brown, the Thriller singer shot the deadly drug into his fingertips, chest and even toenails in a desperate bid to beat depression.

“It was regularly discussed by those around him, he could die at any time,” Stacy told British tabloid The People. “He was shooting heroin into his fingertips, toenails and chest.

“He was taking painkillers too but I don’t think he knew just how dangerous it was.”
The singer got hooked on heroin in 1992 and used it until at least 2005, when he faced trial on child-sex charges.
“There was nothing anyone could do – they felt it was like talking to a brick wall,” added Stacy, who wrote Jackson’s lifestory The Man Behind The Mask.
“Initially it was to cure the pain he was in but he got hooked,” Stacy said, adding that Jackson only wanted “clean” heroin and relied on aides to get it.
“There were plenty of people who wanted to please him so they did the running,” the biographer said.
“Michael would never have risked going out and picking up the drugs himself.”

In 2012 Brown would face felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from theft and bad checks in Cumberland County.

According to court records, Brown was charged with felony criminal attempt to theft by deception, misdemeanor theft by deception and misdemeanor bad checks on April 27 after Upper Allen Township Police allege that on Feb. 15, Brown issued a check from his own Scranton Times Downtown Federal Credit Union account and deposited it into his Members First Federal Credit Union account for $4,215. He then withdrew $620.57 prior to the check being returned as “account closed.” According to an affidavit of probable cause, he admitted to issuing the check during an interview on March 15.

After this, in 2012 Stacy would be fired from the Sentinel paper after he was caught engaging in a scam to dupe a local businessman and the paper itself.

The Carlisle Sentinel newspaper says it fired reporter Stacy Brown after a hotel manager alleged that Brown scammed him over a concert that never took place.

The paper reports on its website today:
“Hotel Carlisle Manager Farouk Hegazi emailed a complaint Monday afternoon to the district attorney’s office and copied it to the corporate offices of Sentinel parent company Lee Enterprises. In it, Hegazi claimed Brown had run a scam, using a concert that was supposed to feature Damon Harris and the Temptations Oct. 27 at the Hotel Carlisle and Embers Convention Center in Carlisle.
“That concert as promoted to the public did not take place as planned, and Hegazi says Brown used his position as a reporter for The Sentinel to attempt to collect payment after Harris didn’t show up.”

The claims would be consistent with his previous journalism tactics and his consistent behavior in lying, fabricating stories, events, people, places, sources, etc:

A former Sentinel reporter relied on several layers of subterfuge to dupe a local businessman and the newspaper itself.

The lengths undertaken by Stacy M. Brown, 43, of Carlisle, to concoct this ruse include:
• Emails written by people who apparently do not exist.
• Phone numbers that are disconnected, wrong numbers or lead to voicemails with no identifying information.
• Use of his position as a reporter to leverage funds from a business, which believed it was paying for a legitimately produced concert featuring Damon Harris and the Temptations.
The emails reveal that Brown attempted to further his ruse by using his RTJP email account to contact himself on a personal account, making it look like a two-way conversation setting up the concert, as well as dealing with the fallout.
Brown began emailing RTJP saying they should concede to Hegazi and pay him back, then posing as “MCM” sent an email to himself on his personal account stating that Damon Harris had died from cancer, which was unfounded.
The desperation becomes palpable when Brown’s company, RTJP, threatened Hegazi and Brown with legal action involving the state attorney general and the county district attorney. He also threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau.

The jacksons should/would have know about stacy along time ago they know about his connection with rebbie etc.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Now would be a good time to send emails and share that article from that artist to those media outlets who went with this garbage.

There was one article from Jan Moir Dail ail
JAN MOIR: ***** and the awful corrupting power of celebrity
Daily Mail-23 Jun 2016
Particularly if that celebrity involves Michael Jackson.

I don't click it and only see headline, but that article should be sent to her (nasty bitch) and ask look man in the mirror, and how awful corrupting power media has.

Just sent an email to Daily Fail about awful corrupting power of media.
Here is the address if some of you could do the same
feedback@dailymail.co.uk

I called her out in the comments section. Showed her the article and suggested that if I could research a story a journalist should be able to do the same. Still no reply as yet. Not holding my breath. Was good to prove to some of the haters that not all news is factual.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

We have few months (MJ's birthday) from now on until next attack comes.
We should have some sort of war strategy so we are prepared?

Once these so called "journalists" put out their article, their job is done. They don't hang in there and read comments. If you want them to hear you, email or tweet them directly, + you don't give clicks to their bs.

I like the way you worded your post, see bolded bit. If they consider themselves a real "journalists" that should sting.

Daily Mail seems to be safe from any sort of complaints;
On 17 February 2010, the Press Complaints Commission, whose chairman is the editor of the Daily Mail, confirmed that although it was "uncomfortable with the tenor of the columnist's remarks", it would not uphold the complaints made. The Crown Prosecution Service also concluded that there was insufficient evidence that the article had breached the law.[13] In an interview on the BBC Radio's Today programme, PCC chairwoman Baroness Buscombe said the commission found the article "in many areas extremely distasteful" but that the Daily Mail had escaped censure because it "just failed to cross the line"

most people with brains always knew this stuff was false; but haters and internet troll and your regular media trolls who lively hood and careers depended on trashing MJ are the ones who talk the loundest.

MICHAEL JACKSON: NEW CHILD MOLESTATION RUMORS GETTING OUT OF HAND

MICHAEL JACKSON: NEW CHILD MOLESTATION RUMORS GETTING OUT OF HAND

DARYL DEINO
THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE IS ENTIRELY THE OPINION OF DARYL DEINO AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF THE INQUISITR.

It’s likely that Michael Jackson was disturbed. But it’s not 100 percent certain that Michael Jackson was a monster who molested every kid around him. Even though he was acquitted of several charges related to molesting children in 2005, he was still considered guilty by the general public.

When Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009, everybody suddenly forgot about the child molestation charges and the weird behavior as Jackson was practically elevated to the status of a saint. Michael once again became the hottest pop star in the world again, even though he wasn’t alive. Even his once-rival Madonna got into the hype.

For the past couple years, there have been lawsuits against the Jackson estate by some who claimed they were abused by the pop star, but nobody really took them seriously. Suddenly, on the 7th anniversary of his death, the tabloids are trying to destroy Michael Jackson legacy. Radar Online, which is not always known as the most reliable source in the world, reported that evidence against Michael Jackson in 2003 proved he was a horrific person.

Many tabloid sites want you to believe Michael Jackson was an absolute monster.

“Michael Jackson hid a sinister house of horrors inside his infamous Neverland Ranch, stockpiling images of pornography, animal torture, S&M and gore in a bid to seduce innocent young boys.”

Radar Online posted images, documents, and other things. All of this made some people wonder why Jackson wasn’t put behind bars because of this. Some of Michael Jackson’s fans had some pretty intelligent responses in the comments section.

“How can the prosecutor have so much damaging evidence on Michael Jackson without any of it coming out in the trail??? There is no way!!” says Shadow.

“Yeah I’m with you. it doesn’t take several years for them to find new evidence, this would have been in the trial. They desperately wanted him convicted for this so it’s pretty weird that they left out their smoking gun. This is just a made up story to drive readers and clicks to their site just like all other gossip sites,” says JimZii.

If the purpose of Radar Online‘s article was to generate clicks and spread to other major sites, it has worked very well. Now, Page Six has added to the frenzy by insisting that detectives were convinced that Michael Jackson molested one of his nephews.

“Investigators were convinced Michael Jackson preyed on his own nephews, several sources involved in the criminal probe told The Post.”

The tabloids are now trying to say that Jackson might have molested one of his nephews.

The article adds that Santa Barbara County detectives interviewed two of Jackson’s nephews and another family while investigating the pop star back in 2004 and 2005. The detectives believe that Jackson silenced his family with gifts and threats. In fact, one nephew, who was 18 at the time, allegedly admitted that something wasn’t right.

Once again, all of the questions beg the answer: Why now? Why didn’t this come out years ago when the trial was going on? If all of this is true, why was it hidden from the trial and general public? While some suggest the Santa Barbara police covered up for Jackson after being paid, the fact remains that the County of Santa Barbara desperately wanted Michael to be convicted.

Many of Michael Jackson’s fans are wrong for making up excuses for the belated pop star at every turn. However, many detractors are also wrong for believing everything they hear, especially from websites that are known to produce clickbait articles for the purpose of earning as much advertising revenue as possible. Perhaps we will know the truth one day. However, for now, one must not believe everything they read in regards to Michael Jackson and his alleged molestation adventures.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

^^I don't see too much of Michael Jackson fans making up excuses at every turn-maybe on YouTube or an article where the readers are young and un-informed. Usually the people I see are fairly logical, use facts and sources that dispute what is being written, and common sense.

I've really been thinking about this-and it's hard not to, it seems to be everywhere-even if you don't go to a gossip site, it's been copied and pasted and rewritten so much-at least 3 different stories now-and all the offshoots of them are hitting my regular mainstream news aggregate. It seems like hundreds of stories are coming out just this week. And I'm wondering...if Gradstein is planning on trying to do some kind of new accusation or do something with this case pretty soon-

When Robson first made the claim in 2013, it had been four fairly quiet years of nothing but praise and admiration for Michael. TMZ broke the story since they have people at the court house, and the next day ABC News announced it and a few days later Robson appeared on the Today Show-both big time mainstream news sources. But also that week, TMZ cast immediate DOUBT on the story-about the repressed memories and about Robson's adulation of Michael, and about what he said in 2005 court and mainstream press dropped Robson like a hot potato. I also noticed that all comments were in Michael's favor and trouncing Robson. Even TMZ didn't publish anything about Robson without a big side dose of sarcasm and so Robson had to run off to Radar for his mouthpiece.

So I'm wondering why this onslaught now-based on 3 stories that Radar did? Why is it going all over the place-so it gets in people's minds like poison. Can Radar actually pay other newspapers to run their stories? The comments I've been seeing from what I call "normal" people, not trolls, have been vile. And I know I'm only seeing a smidgen of what is out there.

Could it be that Gradstein is trying to set the court of public opinion for some type of motion he's going to do in court? I know they're still in discovery, but I just think this is some kind of set-up for the case. I can't see this as just salacious stuff to try to ruin Michael's death anniversary and hurt people who are mourning. There's got to be more to it.

This reminds me of Feldman in '93 using the media and the hype to try and force a settlement. I think your right barbee, there is more to it. This sudden push to promote the most salacious garbage by so many media outlets when it relatively mild (so to speak) before is disconcerting.
It's propaganda at it's worst.

I don't see this as a good article. It still insinuates MJ might have been guilty, while leaving out a lot of the info that were presented in the past days about why these tabloid rumours are not true (among others a prosecutor denying them, Radar falsifying documents etc). And they bring up other uncorroborated tabloid nonsense such as MJ might have molested his nephew without adding that the nephew not only vehemently denies that, but defends MJ. Prosecutors being "convinced of something" (if even that is true) doesn't mean it is true. This prosecution was desperate. They called people victims left and right who themselves denied being victims.

They also insinuate that what MJ fans do is just "excuses" when a lot of it are facts that are based on a knowledge of the case that most of the media just doesn't seem to have. Yes, the author tried at least, but it falls a bit flat to me.

@respect77 I so agree with you. I didn't consider that a good article at all. It actually really pissed me off. Please my Heavenly Father let there be Justice for Michael. I leave it all in your hands my King.

I think they are trying to force a settlement or working the public opinion for the case if it goes to trial. The kind of stories they throw out are the kinds that they will also use. Both Robson and Safechuck claim MJ showed them porn and nude art books - Safechuck even claims child porn, hence the pushing of the false idea that child porn was found in MJ's possession. Safechuck also includes the "secret closet" in his allegations and now you see a story about "the secret closet" be circulated in the media. It's all a set-up, so that by the time the greater public learns the details of Robson/Safechuck's claims (which have been ignored before) it will "ring true" to them, when the reality is they simply built their stories from these decades long tabloid rumours and prosecution theories, so it's no surprise if they "find support" in them. They deliberately bulit their stories from those theories after all.

Sadly, the media is just not willing to do a proper journalistic work - or at least a big majority of them don't -, they are not even willing to IMO since sensationalism pays more. It's crazy how they can be so opiniated on this while being so ignorant. And they have the nerve to call fans irrational.

That's what I'm getting at. It's like the new extremely salacious and really vile stories just printed tie in perfectly with the Robson and Safechuck claims-yet, I thought the trial-if there is one-or any decision isn't until next year.
That means we're going to be getting a slew of stories within the next six months, or there's something going on now-maybe I'm wrong about the dates. It's definitely a set up for the case.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I don't see this as a good article.

I didn't say it's a good article. I said "example of common sense" referring to the ability to ask "why now". an example to show that people don't blindly believe the tabloids.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Wondering 2 things

1. If this latest scandal is the work of these people, splashed through the NZ herald again today

http://www.nzherald.co.nz/entertainment/news/article.cfm?c_id=1501119&objectid=11664334

Basically the story says that Michael was grooming his nephews and even Blanket Jackson for abuse, it is sickening and I wish it would go away.

2. If this is posted in the right place, the Herald does not even give a source, So not usre i its mail, radar or the dreaded TMZ. If it wrong place, I apologise, not meant to be malicious, but know it should not be in Michael Mania section. Oh its New York Post - Is that a gossip newspaper? The artcile is short and basically says "After child pornography was found at Neverland", even though it was not child pornography.

From the legend that is TSCM.all you guys who twitter etc help spread this around

Excellent Rebuttal Video

The best, most energetic and factual rebuttal to this nonsense has come via a 36 minute video from The Rageaholic. Excellent and well worth the watch (contains NSFW language). He starts with the child porn debunk and then proceeds to focus the majority of the video on the Chandler/Arvizo allegations. This is the video that should be plastered all over the place to all these media freaks.

"Lock up Michelangelo for painting Sistine Chapel ceiling full of naked boys":rollin:

Not to mention of millions of people who visits there yearly to see Sistine Chapel ceiling, they too are pesos.

Respect, can you send this too to Paris so she can re-tweet it?

That was an awesome video, I love that guy! I tweeted it to Paris, I hope she watches it.

That guy was great. The best part for me was explaining why the original settlement was made. It's just using common sense for a reason.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I see Radar is still at it and have posted 2 new threw ups. One is something about mannequins found during the raid. I didn't read other than headline but God forbid Radar ever coming across with this photo

They would say MJ had sick interest in chickens or molested them in his secret closet:doh:

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

So now are they gonna throw all the 20 years of tabloid dirt on him all over again? Isn't there something current to write about?
