Again, MJ legacy is nailed in stone and the overall media is not talking about it. MJ is loved and the radio stations are gearing up to celebrate him on the 25th.

Everything is "shocking" when Michael Jackson did it.. they can have a documentary with the same old stories.. "born on 2300 Jackson st in the small town of Gary Indiana..." tell 1 or 2 stories from first hand witness by someone that met him and boom.. they label it shocking to get people to watch while it really has no value..


People today are suckers for catch phrases and bandwagons.. "huop another iphone.. This ones button bevels more" lets spend $700 for it.. "Jennifer Lopez EXTREME experience having twins" "The SHOCKING world of Michael Jackson." OMG he had a chimp?? who knewww??

This is so true. Michael Jackson was labelled bizarre for going shopping by the tabloids. Or a freak for growing a beard.

Then it was animal torture and kiddie porn when he owned art books that are sold on Amazon.

While there are media outlets that try to make Michael STILL look like a 'strange pedophile' it wont work for one big reason... It is not like pre 2005 where media outlets had the same agenda.. The percentage of media that act that way has dropped significantly and they could not turn everyone away in the middle of a trial with daily bad news.. They CANNOT do it now with a small percentage of dumb a$$es still trying to do it.

You know this is a discussion thread for the cases and there is a significant update on one of them right above your post. Why don't you start a new thread for it? It's annoying to see this thread used for anything but the relevant lawsuits.

So Summary of Judgement means that the Judge Beckloff will decide whether this case will go to trial or to be dismissed and thrown out, right?

He better dismiss it and kill the case out, otherwise if he puts the case in trial it'll be like an endless cycle and I'll go crazy, like mad crazy.

This case is so clear it all build on lies. I really do not see a judge sending this to trial why waste the taxpayer money.

I am hoping Judge B. will do the right thing and end this nightmare. Because there is no case here.


I hope Judge B throw out James case too before it get to summary judgement.

according to case summary hearing is set for september 14th. Beckloff generally takes around 6 weeks to rule.

yes. dismissing some claims is also possible.

We still have two more weeks on James demurrer before Judge B makes a ruling on if his case will go to summary judgement right?

It will be dismissed, to me I'm more so annoyed at the time this is all taking.. so 2 weeks ^ this could be all over or?

Just James demurrer to see if it will go to summary judgement. James hearing was on May 31st. Just waiting for the ruling from that hearing.

James' case has nothing to do with it, we're still waiting for the judge to rule on his case since the last hearing in May. The summary judgment is about Wade's case and the hearing about it is on September 14th.
