What do u expect from polls on tmz. ppl believe whatever they are fed and if u go to tmz and get their one sided reporting then obviously u are gonna think that. Its like going on a kkk site and asking them what they think of inter racial marriage !. frankly what anyone over the age of 16 is doing spending time on tacky gossip sites is beyond me. they obviously arent the inteligent or educated part of society.

Dont expect joy to do anything but support him regardless of what she really thinks. the key to the betrayal to me is whether they move away from filing a claim on the quiet to move to the level of selling interviews and their disgusting claims. it easy to have someone write it down and file it under seal hoping for a quick pay off.

That's what is laughable. Now they try to play it up as this brave, corageous "victim" finally ready to share this "knowledge" with the world. But in reality they tried to pass a creditor's claim (money) in secret (under seal). That's what it was.

I think they will do their rounds in the media, unfortunately. Unless they get a settlement and the Estate gets them sign a confidentiality agreement they will do. They will be crying and sobbing on Oprah about how this big monster mislead them all. Oprah of course will buy it all and give them all of her sympathy. They will do paid interviews, they may even write a book. Especially if their claim gets thrown out. They will have to collect their money from elsewhere then...

Wow, that is so wrong on so many levels.
Michael brought those children to his home out of the goodness of his heart. All he wanted was to make them happy. He did nothing wrong.

Person falls and breaks his ankle while walking. "Well he shouldn't have been walking." ---> That's their logic.

People take risks everyday. Everything we do has the possibility of a negative outcome. Does that mean we should hide away and not do what our hearts desire? To blame him for these sick allegations is absurd. If we must blame him, let's blame him for doing kind and virtuous deeds from his heart. That's the only he's guilty of.


That might've been a bit off topic, but I just had to say that.

Considering the filed a creditors claim instead of a lawsuit then u have the comments from the estate re cirque. is it pretty likely hes asking for money based off having to drop out of cirque due to his sons illness yet hes claiming its cause of the breakdown or do the timings not add up?

On the matter of Michael bringing this on himself I have a few thoughts.

After '93 Michael could have said he would have nothing more to do with children, that there would be no more sleepovers and Neverland would be exclusively for adults. But that would not have stopped someone from claiming sexual abuse at his hands. All it would have done is make the general public question the charges. But then again, some people would have concluded that he was just abusing children 'on the down low'. Once that first charge was brought there was ALWAYS the danger of someone else claiming abuse, no matter what Michael did.

The only thing Michael brought on himself was being true to himself and not bending to the dictates of judgemental people!

Furthermore, after 93 Michael did take steps to protect himself (as was discussed during the 2005 trial). He may have wanted to give people the benefit of the doubt, but he was no fool.

Exactly! If Michael did stop being around children after 93 then people would have said ''If he was innocent then why did he stop being around children?'' It was a lose lose situation for him

And as for him still being around children after 93 all i gotta say is good for him! He had no reason not to be around children. He was innocent

So tired of this! Nothin pisses me more off that when MJ name is being thrown around like dirt we get the doubter fans whining and crying! Ur not helpin the situation by turin ur back on MJ or blaming him for greedy ass people like Wade. There is so much facts that show MJ did absolutely nothin wrong to any child. But, some still doubt only because they don't want to be embarrassed by being an mj fan which is selfish as hell IMO. So I say to that just do me a favor already and sell ur MJ ish on ebay, so I can buy it and u can move on! :angry:

Let's not be naive here. Probably the majority of the public thinks - or at least considers the thought - that MJ was a pedophile. That's just the way it is and it should be no surprise.

He can't charge the Estate with child abuse in a criminal lawsuit. Not Michael because he is dead and unable to defend himself. I'm not sure if he can file a Civil lawsuite either. I guess we will find out. But I'm not sure what kind Justice he is trying to seek with this creditors claim. He can't prove the molestation took place it and its near impossible to defend against his accusations when the accused is dead. I think he is waiting for others to join him on the claim to give him more credibility.

I hope she is not implying that Wade was told to not tell & that is the reason why he held everything back, because has she forgotten that Wade forgot all the abuse & only remembered it last year March. He told them according to her in April. Oh I can see they will use all the usual phrases that people usually say in these situations: he was afraid, we should support him for coming out, Michael had power over him, he was told not to tell.....

Of Course more is to come. They always say that. The more will be the details that have been made up. I am sure he used a lot of details from books, tv movies, & the other 2 shake downers.

On another note: Maybe we shouldn't post so many sites from tabloids in this thread. Why give them all this attention, & why go & vote on these sites. It is best to send any information to the estate for them to fight this false claim, rather than send information to a tabloid. A tabloid is not going to fight this case for us. When have they ever done something like that?

Can we find out when exactly Cirque hired someone other than Wade to see how long after that situation Wade filed the claim? Or maybe we can find out when the kid got sick to see how long after he made the claim. He would have to take some time to formulate the idea, do the breakdown & see the therapist. Now more than ever I am beginning to think this situation involves revenge & has something to do with being disappointed about not being part of, or getting money for Cirque.

I want to know in detail how the memory came back, such as what questions, suggestions, comments triggered it. That is why a court case would be so good, because the lawyer would ask all these specific questions from the therapist/analyst & Wade. Maybe in the hearing the judge might ask such questions?

So from 7- 14 years old he knew the abuse was taking place, he would have had to, if it was indeed taking place, but then after he turned 14, He just blocked it all out until now. :blink: or how long after the alleged abuse did his mind block it out until now. How can you block it out when the Name of Michael Jackson is constantly on your lips and in acts and part of your wardrobe and part of your teachings etc etc. It not like MJ became an obscure person to him and he was just able to forget him. So I find it odd he could misplace that one certain memory of all their time spent together. It doesn't add up.

Wade's lawyer filed the complaint under seal, did the estate have a chance to see the doc before it was filed?
