The Smoking Gun article about the Linden Affidavit regarding Chandler's description is no longer available on the archive website. That and all the documents regarding the 2005 case have been taken off the websites in the last few days. Has anyone noticed anything else disappearing?

It's still there, I had the shortened link to it from a facebook post in a word document and it wasn't working because the link wasn't there in full. User error ;)

Guys remember when mj and lisa marie presley were interviewed by diane sawyer and diane asked bout these rumors were going round bout pics of naked boys ? Well michael 's reply was "if thats true then why am i still here then"??


If the police had indeed found such things they could've still charge michael with that alone even if the accusers dropped the charges!

And your right respect, the photographers should sue. Especially with that remark about who knows who the books were designed for. While RO has deep pockets and most photographers do not, still it would be great to see. "Cause if I were them I'd be pissed off as hell by the implication alone.

Even though they still wouldnt count if those girls were indeed 18-23 yrs old cuz by legal stand points they are adults and would not be able to do anything bout it.

Heck if that the case hell they could even charge tattoists for giving people like paris tattoos! lol

I regularly defend poor Michael on daily basis...I can't tell you the amount of people that think I'm crazy for being a Michael stan. Makes me so angry that they continue to make false claims and torment a dead man. It's up to us fans to keep strong and continue to defend his character no matter what anyone says.

Nah, I'll pass. I'm not interested in that shit nor will I participate in anything regarding him or anyone else like him. I avoid that forum as much as possible. I'm tired of hearing about it. Why wasn't this thread posted in the Trials and Tribulations forum in the first place?

Sadly you don't need to read or watch tabloids to find out about this one. It's all over mainstream media unfortunately, as well as social media.

I don't watch mainstream media. The most I use is Facebook and I haven't seen anything in my newsfeed, so that theory fell short. Some of us have to work and run households and can't live online 24/7. Neither of my questions were answered (1. what are you all talking about and 2. why wasn't this thread posted in the appropriate forum/Trials and Tribulations)

I agree, it's amazing the stuff most celebrities get away with these days...woman-beating, rape , etc. Yet for some reason people have this sick fascination with Michael and want so badly for him to not be the kind and pure soul he was. T^T

An MJ smear story originally ran by Radaronline has spread like wildfire.
Radar said the story was based on "new" leaked info but that has officially been debunked.
The story made him out to be just about any and every negative and disgusting thing you can think of, and as usual when it comes to MJ people fell for it hook line and sinker.

I stopped caring what the public thinks/believes about MJ years ago. I love his art and that's the end of it.

Former Santa Barbara Senior Assistant District Attorney Ron Zonen, who helped prosecute Jackson and recalls viewing the actual documents tied to the case, tells PEOPLE that law enforcement did discover adult pornographic magazines and videos, though nothing constituting child pornography.

"There were all kinds of conventional porn magazines," says Zonen. "Things like Playboy, Penthouse. There was one called Barely Legal. It was a publication that featured young women presumably over the age of 18 but selected because they look much younger."

Law enforcement also discovered a book of "masochistic" type drawings.

When it comes to items relating to children, "There were photos of nude children but they weren't sexually graphic," he says. "They weren't children engaged in sexual activity and there was no child pornography. There were no videos involving children. There were videos that were seized but they were conventional adult sexually graphic material. No children involved."

What annoys me is the mainstream media has picked it up as gospel truth, our newspaper the NZ herald is a gossip soaked tabloid rag anyway has plastered it like its gospel truth and even images from the books, featuring bizarre images of little children and one with three boys running around semi naked. They are on the prince.org too and the same amount of outrage is there.

Even if these items were found at Neverland, they could have been planted by staff members, police, the Advisos or whoever. There's no evidence Michael Jackson owned these books. Neverland is very isolated and its possible staff members lived on the ranch for weeks on end.

The people who made up these allegations are called radar online and the NZ herald article was borrowed from the English gutter tabloid - Daily Mail, the same paper that showed a grossly distorted picture of MJ in 1992 and he sued them over it. Just hot lipped gossipers, gossipinas and celebrity gossipsmiths (So called celebrity columnists and insiders, you see on those Behind the Music type programmes, but are completely unknown in real life) with nothing better to do than attack an innocent dead man. I hope MJ's ghost comes back and moowalks up and down their butt.

At the same time,the NZ Herald was quick to break Prince's death, the rumours he was a drug addict had aids, 700 love children and the guy who rapped about killing him and claiming he was his son. Of course when his death was found out to be an accidental overdose of painkiller, they had an article saying "Prince joins other junkies in celebrity drug deaths", it listed Princes death and then Michael Jacksons.

The media are slime and should never be trusted. Half of what you read is lies and the other half is s..t.

And our NZ herald article went further showing a video of officers searching Neverland, saying things like "Look how messy it is, this si sick, he is a grown man and look at these dolls" etc and the article showed the notorious mugshot and all the pictures of him in a mask, Jordie Chandler and really just bought back people thinking he was a paedophile. Today I have had people come up to me at work and tell me their favourite MJ boy jokes and say "Well Tane, you wasted your time defending that paedophile, maybe you should stop worshipping druggie and kiddy fiddler musicians and like real artists" That guy nearly got smacked the f..k out. The fact people are so stupid and believe any rubbish shows you how the public and non fan condemnation never went away.

If anything, it makes me respect and love Michael Jackson more, we had a radio host this morning speak about how "It's true, MJ was a paedophile and how he couldn't put his finger on it, but he knew something was susso with Michael Jackson". Sickening stuff, I want to hide under a rock until it dies down and the sheeple moves on to the next "scandal".

It has always comes to this. To the tabloids, Michael is their safety net, and when things go slow, they try to dig up more dirt, but found nothing. When I read that headline, and learned where it came from, I knew it wasn't true because if it was, Michael would have been in jail right now based on child porn alone.

When stuff comes up like June 25, a new album, new tour or something, someone always wants to stir up trouble. I don't go to those links, nor give them my time or watch their shows because that's all they want: ratings. Just like the Orlando shootings, they're giving that bastard who did the shootings more attention than the victims who were killed. It's always been that way when these senseless tragedies happen.

Yeah, I'm with y'all, I'm tired of all of that drama. We have to continue to do our part by support his legacy, and stop depending on others to do it. Like Michael said, "It starts with us."

Ugh, honestly f*ck the NZ herald. You would expect high journalistic standards for the national newspaper of our country and yet they can't even research serious accusations on a man who was proven innocent in a court of law. Someone should get reprimanded for that I reckon.

EXACTLY!! I was just talking about this earlier with someone I know. While the media's out trying to criminalise Michael Jackson on fabricated, f*ck-all evidence, they could be spending the time and resources hunting down actual living pedophiles who are out there committing atrocities as we speak!!

Can you seriously ****ing believe this... accusing Michael of abusing his own children and using Paris' own personal issues to fuel that belief. Just disgusting.

Not even going to click on that link. I can't imagine what Paris would be thinking/feeling if she read such a revolting article :( They're attacking a live person now, I hope one of them screws up in a way that allows Paris/The Estate to go after them legally.

I don't know about that as if I were author of one of the books mentioned, I would be raging that former prosecutor considers that my book can possibly be "designed" for pedophiles. I would sue his pants off.


Ps, everybody should click that USA Today article link posted earlier so they know that kind of articles draws readers.

Although SB County District Attorney's didn't comment on who released the material and whether its been investigated, they should.
It should be made public that Robson's attorneys gave them to Radar with modified content in order to present Michael in bad light.

I wonder if it comes to public that Wade's attorney cave them to Radar, what Quincy thinks that he is using such a sleazy attorney in his case?

I do think the Estate should take a stronger stance on this, even if it spawned more negative articles because I think the truth is more important. It's one thing for tabloids to post this crap, but when it just gets copy/pasted to mainstream media, then there's a problem.

I also agree with letting the photographers know that the tabloids are calling their art "child porn."

And preying on Michael's kids is the lowest of the low, which is why this needs to stop.

This is just more dirty tactics from Wade and his camp, which they've done before. They're struggling and desperate and they will lose.

Though Paris could potentially sue them for this.
