Secondly, many times he mentions that this case has been going on so long - over 3 years, all of sudden Wade is suicidal, particularly in this August:scratch:
I'd love to be a fly on the wall when his family is deposed.....
I wonder what is the real reason for Wade changing his legal team?
Maybe Gradstein knew that case is doomed and referred Wade to another law firm, or Wade felt Gradstein haven't managed to produce desired settlement offer from the estate and changed attorney?
Are they trying, by taking Wade's depo themselves, that the estate attorneys cannot take their own deposition from Wade?.

Vince Finaldi, a name partner in the Manly Stewart & Finaldi firm, previously told THR that Egan's indictment on charges of lying and forgery actually bolstered his credibility in Finaldi's eyes. "Even if the acts alleged against Mr. Egan, which we know nothing about, were true, then it would surely not mean he was not abused," said Finaldi. "To the contrary, it would corroborate his abuse."
Independent attorneys THR spoke to called that contention "asinine," "spin" and "circular reasoning." Finaldi accompanied his explanation with seemingly defensive paragraphs — unusually personal attacks on this reporter's character and a declaration that Finaldi had "honorably served my country" — while other responses from Finaldi, fellow name partner John Manly and a colleague were invariably laced with copious profanity and derision.

Court sanctioned blackmail IMO. Very glad that Beckloff has been the judge from the beginning and can see through this. Although I get frustrated that he moves slowly, his decisions have been the right ones.Pretty much. Or by planting salacious stories via media to try and force settlements.

Taking a quick peek on Vince Finaldi's page shows that he seems to get a lot of settlements, which he helpfully shows in bold text, but I wonder how he does in the court room. Just a guess but perhaps he's more effective outside the court room than inside since all his page seems to show are mostly settlements.
^ I noticed at one point in their Opposition they called MJ the companies' "employee". Nice try, but he was the owner. LOL.
Here it is.
