the fake FBI file story except Wade's lawyer commented on it in the media.

Those are the same people who believe lies about everyone drama. No, what is clear is the FACTS proved MJ was innocent when Michael was ALIVE and when Cory was ALIVE. Come on now THINK, those people want to believe a TABLOID site and a source named so called Ed (NEVER heard of him) about two people who are no longer here to defend themselves and PROVED INNOCENT in a court of LAW; yet these people who want to believe this story and ignored what a COURT found to be true (MJ was innocent and the facts proved it where it matters. IN COURT), again, these are just bored people who looking to trash anyone no matter if it is MJ or anyone else. And again, that is a TABLOID site. People on those sites love drama. Period. I have not seen this talked on no other site or news, just the same BS sites. Again, if I did not come in here, I would not have seen this nonsense which clearly no one of substance cares about and I do not think those fools care either. Just doing something to keep drama up.

RO even threatened Terry Crews to write salacious stories about him if he keeps talking about sexual abuse in Hollywood.

It is a ringbell that the people who run RO don’t care about real victims of sexual abuse ; they care about their own interests, pecuniary interests.

The people who read such trash believe anything and always will. The sooner ppl realise theres nothing you can do about it and just ignore the rubbish and stop giving it attention the better. anyone can find hate against mj if we go looking for it.and inturn make non stories bigger than they are.

The really sad part is his mother Cory's mother has stated who abused her son. How Corey called her one day and told her this person was sitting on him it wouldn't let him get up. She even named the guy and said she had to go over to the guy's house and make him get off her son. We all know that this has nothing to do about children being abused. Radar Online is the same trash that was helping Harvey Weinstein trash his victims until they got caught.

Hate to use trumps word. But the original and continued victim of fake news will always be mj. The scum reporters have no intrest in doing the slightest bit of investigating to see if a story has any truth to it.because if a story suites their vicious agenda then who cares if its fake or not

Can't wait to see what their do on Dec 14 if it happen knowing Wade lawyers their may try to get a delay again with this fake news. It has already been made clear that Michael was the soul owner of his companies that mean that the companies could not hire or fire Michael end of story this case can go nowhere else.

well, none of this is working. again, most people are tired of this against MJ. MJ was dragged through the courts and treated worst than a killer and still was proven to be innocent by the FACTS. People with brains and who are fair and wanted to know the truth listen. Haters and "drama beaters" can have God himself come down and also tell that MJ was innocent and these kinds of fools will still want to believe the lies (which is often a reflection about something else they have against Michael either he was too famous which some jealous people like to see a famous person fall from grace, jealousy of the rich, racist, his looks with the skin disorder, too nice, was not a wh*re, etc). Again, only a tabloid trash is talking about this nonsense; and from the looks of it, even many readers have fall off the bandwagon. It is tiresome, stupid, and these tabloid sites look more foolish; and worst, picking on MJ who has been gone for 8 1/2 years. Crazy fools

Wade was viewed as a joke the day he made that appearance on the Today show. We took it to heart and MJ haters listen to Wade, but the rest of the world, those who cared-the rest of the world/society, did not care even made a mockery about Wade.

This is just crazy. Ivy do we know if Dec 14 will still take place? I got this feeling with these new lies Wade and his lawyers may try to delay again claiming their need more time but you know what it really will not matter because there is no case.

What is supposed to happen on Dec 14? Wasn't the summary judgement hearing on Dec 5?

Hearing date for Summary judgment has been moved to December. I'm assuming it's by Wade's lawyers- as Estate have already filed their motion long ago and Wade needs to respond to it.

So now we're just waiting on the ruling? I'm confused-I thought they already had the hearing and we were waiting for the decision.

The Dec 5 day was right do not know where i got the 14 from. So now we are just waiting on Judge B. ruling? Oh for this to be over.

So in November Wade the scammer started a blog on how he realised he was abused, how he brought the news to his family and why he is going back to dance now. It is great that this blog has got ZERO attention even though it was first published in November. To the contrary, on November 30, Thriller's 30 anniversary was celebrated by some of the most prestigious and acclaimed newspapers and magazines.

Probably he thought his blog would be another opportunity to hurt the estate, but it went completely unnoticed. After all his skeletons were exposed, Harvey Weinstein's machine has no longer an interest in supporting Wade. There is no longer a need to do so.

Wade and his lawyers are out of time there is no more that can be done. Issues Control the judge has made it clear to them and the out come is Michael was the owner of his companies therefore the companies could not hire or fire Michael how crystal clear can you get.

No it was a hearing. Judge decides later. Decision can be expected 6-8 weeks later.
