No surprise that Wade said he didn’t care what the estate did. He said that before. I would expect no less from someone like him. Personally, these guys make me sick.

Lawsuits by Michael Jackson accusers likely to be restored (Source MJ Vibe)
A California appeals court appeared strongly inclined Monday to give new life to lawsuits filed by two men who accuse Michael Jackson of repeatedly molesting them when they were boys.
In a tentative ruling, three judges said that lawsuits from James Safechuck and Wade Robson against two corporate entities that Jackson owned should be reconsidered by the trial court that dismissed them in 2017.
Both sat in court this Monday and looked like a “Leaving Neverland II”!
Outside, their attorney Vince Finaldi said the decision was the right one, and they are pleased.
“All they’ve ever wanted is their day in court,” Finaldi said.
The move marks a high-profile outcome for a new California law signed last month by state governor Gavin Newsom, which raised the age ceiling for victims of sexual abuse to file lawsuits from age 28 to age 40.It also gives victims of all ages a three-year window to sue, starting 1 January.
The new law was proposed in the wake of the scandal involving Larry Nassar, the former US Olympic gymnastics teams doctor convicted of sexually abusing young athletes.
Previously, survivors of child sexual abuse had to file a lawsuit within eight years of becoming an adult. The new law has opened the floodgates to a wave of potential lawsuits, and advocates said the reforms have given new hope to victims who previously had no options in the legal system to seek justice.
“The idea that someone who is assaulted as a child can actually run out of time to report that abuse is outrageous,” said Lorena Gonzalez, the California assemblywoman, when she introduced the bill. “More and more, we’re hearing about people who were victims years ago but were not ready to come forward to tell their story until now. We shouldn’t be telling victims their time is up when in reality we need them to come forward to protect the community from future abuse.”
The tentative decision does not revive the actual Jackson estate as a defendant. A 2015 decision throwing out that part of the lawsuit will stand. The remaining defendants are the two corporate entities, MJJ Productions Inc, and MJJ Ventures, Inc.
Attorneys for Jackson’s estate accepted that the cases must be returned to the trial court under the new legislation, but emphasized that the ruling is unrelated to the allegations they have long denounced as demonstrably false.
“This new law extends the time for genuine victims of abuse to file legal claims,” said Howard L Weitzman, Jackson estate attorney, in a statement. “The appellate court’s tentative ruling is not on the merits of Robson and Safechuck’s allegations and the court in no way said that these cases will go to trial. Neither does it reverse the 2015 rulings dismissing Robson and Safechuck’s claims against the estate, which are final and no longer subject to any appeals. We are confident that the claims against Michael Jackson’s corporate entities will, once again, be dismissed as has happened before.”
It seems the Estate is prepared for this and they are currently working to Defend Michael Jackson. It might be also a blessing in disguise as both proven liars will have to show a court of justice what they are saying is the truth and stick to what they told millions of people in “Leaving Neverland”. Might be difficult for them as “Leaving Neverland” was debunked by fans around the world!
As fans, it might be a hard time ahead but as usual, we will do everything we can to defend an innocent man: Michael Jackson.

I only recognised his face cause of the show ER. Thats what? knocking on 20 years ago? So prob before some of your ppls times? No idea if hes ever done anything else or this is chance to get back in the spotlight

These people like edwards are either so thick they dont realise they are been used .so thick they dont even bother looking into accusations to help maintain credibility for real victims that they claim to care about. Dont care cause they crave attention regardless.or hate mj so much .or the best one is they are throwing stones to hide their hands.

Her first trip had been with Wade and his parents, her husband and Chantal when 'the whole family went to the Grand Canyon'.
Following is a letter (a personal account) straight from the heart that Jean wrote to her sister in Australia during her second visit to Michael's amazing home several years ago and published for the first time in 1996 - a World Exclusive - in Variety Today, renowned as Australia's Premier Variety Entertainment Magazine. It is dated May 18 and reads:
Date 18th May, sometime before 1996 (year is not clear, but is likely to be 1992, given the clue about the elephant enclosure.)
"IF I told you how unreal I thought this place was last time, then I don't have enough vocabulary to begin what it is like now," Jean wrote.
"We arrived at 12.30 Monday lunchtime. The limo picked us up at 10am and is calling for us Wednesday night. Michael has made so many changes. The gardens alone make the trip here unbelievable.
"We are the only ones here with a staff of probably 30. Hugh (Jean's husband) and I took a golf buggy ride. It is like a little convertible car. Everything is so beautifully kept. We went to the theme park and what a park!!
The carousel is incredibly magnificent and huge. Michael chose each animal which included horses, giraffes, lion, cat, dragon, rabbit, sea lion and all beautifully sculptured. There are about four across and probably 10 rows of animals. About 40 altogether, and most have a beautiful quotation printed on the side. Quotes like: `The greatest wish you can make is to see others dreams come true' and countless other messages in the same vein.
"There was also the biggest ferris wheel imaginable. Also a slide, like a water slide but no water. You use mats. But it was a bit cold for that, it goes so high.
"Security guards were here for us to use and to help us in whatever we wanted to do. There are popcorn machines, peanuts and candies and chocolates by the mile, just set out like a real fair, just help yourself. Also hot dogs and icecream from a vendor on an old fashioned bicycle.
"The trees all have a myriad of fairy lights, blinking on and off and the paths are lit with 10 strips of lights in the paving. Pergolas are set about the grounds, completely set out in lights and even have chandeliers and telescopes and lounge chairs.
"At the theme park Michael has built a two storey cubby house, each floor has a room including a lounge, TV and telephone. The trees have the most beautiful little doll houses for the birds and each has piped bird calls to encourage the birds. Music is piped all around the grounds, usually from the great musicals like Carousel, Sound of Music, Showboat and three pigs, Pinnochio etc for the kids.
"We went to the zoo which has been enlarged," said Jean.
(Update 1996: These days the train goes right around the zoo and kids can lean out and pat the animals.)
"They are building this great house on the grounds and I asked one of the guards who it was for and he tells us Michael is getting an elephant (a gift from Elizabeth Taylor)."

"Each animal has a beautiful shelter and the yards are so clean. He has llamas, giraffes, one lion, zebras, and heaps of other animals including an ostrich and buffalo. We had another feed at the snack bar there (done up like a picture theatre - lollies, chocolates, everything ... just help yourself - soda fountain, icecream. You'd have to see it to believe it.
"From there we went to the games room and Michael has installed some new machines and are they mind-boggling! It is a whole house with nothing else but two storeys of video games. Three of the video games are Michael Jackson, dancing and being chased etc. They are fabulous.
"Michael sets out to save a child on each machine and is chased by thugs which you have to shoot down and Michael dances to annihilate them. His songs Bad, Smooth Criminal and Billy Jean are on each machine. Fantastically done, of course. Only the best for Michael.
"He also has a new machine. It is a space capsule and you sit in it and it takes you into space. It revolves a few times and at the same time it turns upside down. I went in but Hugh wouldn't venture. A great experience!
"So we came back for dinner and explored the house. We are in the main house and what a suite we have. My daughter has the bedroom Elizabeth Taylor has when she is here, called the Rose Room. It is bigger than our whole unit back home in Australia and our bedroom is not much smaller. We have a shower, toilet, dressing room leading onto the bedroom. You can't describe the place. You should see the woodwork, ornaments, walls are lined with fabric like coarse linen. Our room is called the soldier room simply because there are hundreds of all kinds of military figures around the walls, and on the cupboards.

In the wake of that ruling, Finaldi told AP that the court had set a precarious legal position for future lawsuits, claiming that corporations could now see themselves above the actions of their employees, even if those employees “hire people, use these people to facilitate your sexual abuse, use them to facilitate victims.” Both corporations still operate and control Michael Jackson’s intellectual property, but with the 2015 and 2017 dismissals reversed, Finaldi told Jezebel that both entities are still actively culpable in the alleged abuse and sexual assaults carried out against his clients. “These are the corporations that did everything,” Finaldi said. “They are the ones that negotiated the meetings with the kids, set up the photo shoot, dance rehearsals, dance events, video shoots, everything. They did everything from picking them up to booking plane tickets and reservations in hotels. All of it was orchestrated through these corporations. These were Michael Jackson’s employees.”

Sam Singer, a spokesman for Goddard, told BuzzFeed News in a statement on Nov. 10 that the producer "unequivocally" denies Edwards' allegations and "is saddened by the false allegations."
"The post by Anthony, as well as many of the news stories today reference a legal claim made against Gary approximately four years ago regarding sexual harassment," Singer said. "The complaint was demonstrated to be fraudulent as it was completely fabricated, and ultimately withdrawn by the complainant and his attorneys."
In 2014, Goddard and X-Men director Bryan Singer were sued for allegedly sexually abusing two teenage boys, but the lawsuits were later withdrawn.
Edwards said he has been through therapy and has learned from the experience.

I don't know about his case enough so I can't comment on the merit of his allegation. But supporting LN doesn't help the credibility of his organisation even if it's authentic. Although historical abuse allegations are complicated issues as it's hard to either prove or defend them, R&S's case is an exception as they provably told several lies and events that are simply impossible. So Edwards either didn't investigate the case and then he shouldn't lend the support of his organisation to it, or he knows they are lying but still supports them for PR and recognition.
Sadly genuine victims/activists also contributed to the derailment of the me too movement by blindly supporting anyone claiming abuse without fact checking and dismissing the presumption of innocence alarmingly easily. Maybe they were too emotionally involved to be able to judge rationally or they convinced themselves it's for the good cause, but one thing's for sure: this will hurt their case in the long run.
Sometimes I have this conspiracy-like feeling that the movement was also deliberately derailed by exactly those who felt threatened by it. It couldn't be stopped anymore but there are other ways to discredit something, like going overboard with it. This will cause confusion eventually and in the chaos the focus can be shifted as wanted (anyone remember what was supposed to be the big thing at Sundance 2019? Not that last minute addition LN, but Untouchable...). Plus the take-over of extremist opinions and dismissal of due process will alienate the rational thinking part of the public. Mission accomplished.

The two accusers, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, were the subject of the HBO documentary “Leaving Neverland.” The original lawsuits were dismissed because the claims were found to have been brought beyond the statute of limitations.
However, last month, California passed a law that extends the statute of limitations for survivors of sexual assault that occurred while they were minors, which is the basis for overruling the dismissal of the lawsuit.
The lawsuit was originally filed after Mr. Jackson had passed away. It was filed against two business entities owned by Mr. Jackson that are controlled by therstate.
The accusers had first made claims against the estate, but those were dismissed by the Probate Court. The claims against the two business entities were dismissed in 2017 because the statute of limitations had expired, meaning they waited too long to file the lawsuits.
But now, this new law makes is so the cases are not beyond the statute of limitations. The new law that was signed into law last month extends the statute of limitations for survivors of childhood sexual abuse in California from age 26 to age 40. It also gives everyone – regardless of their age – a three-year window to file suit for sexual abuse that occurred when they were a minor. That three-year window starts January 1, 2020.
This is major legislation. Any claim that someone was sexually assaulted as a minor that would otherwise be time-barred -- as long as it was never litigated to a final judgment before -- can now be brought starting January 1, 2020, regardless of how long ago the alleged abuse occurred.
This could have a huge impact on Mr. Jackson’s estate, since he lived and worked in California. There could be a ton of new litigation in California against entities like the Catholic church, the Boy Scouts, schools, and youth sports programs.
