Re: Estate, Cascio & Porte sued - Forensic Analysis says MJ is NOT singing the 3 songs on "MICHAEL"
Definitely not a crazy kook. I know her, I like her, I find her rational and yes she does have a leg to stand on - the forensic analysis. However you are still jumping 5-10 steps ahead with "have enough" or "ultimately have to provide proofs and evidence". Such might or might not happen. For example yes while a forensic report might be enough for a judge to take it to trial, this case might get dismissed for being filed too late. We still need to wait and see - especially what the other party says before making definitive statements IMO.
Remember other lawsuits? Katherine Jacksons multiple defendant 7 cause of action was eventually left with 1 cause of action and 1 defendant. Mann lawsuit survived demurrer but was gutted during summary judgment. Multiple lawsuits have ended with settlements without a trial. Some went to trial and some of lawsuits are won and some are lost. Anything is possible.
I don't want to be a party pooper but I believe people would benefit if they approach to this as step by step and therefore doesn't experience major disappointments if something they want doesn't happen. I too would like this issue to be resolved once and for all but I'll wait to see if that would happen or not before any celebration.
Okay. Anyway, let's just say she has enough for this to take place in a legal court system. Meaning, the Estate will ultimately have to provide, their proofs and evidence, and testimonies and whatever else they may have to prove their side of the issue.
In other words, this doesn't seem like some crazy kook, who's filing some silly lawsuit with no basis behind it, like some are claiming.
