Half of me want him to hang on to the place out of revenge, but the other half of me want him to let it go. I belive that Sneddon planted bugs all over the place while he was there. Just about everybody who worked there was a spy planted by sneddon and other jealous people who wanted the place for themselves. It attracted too many slimeballes and parasites and leeches. MJ had very little privacy there and the place was always crawling with people. I hope MJ continues to keep his private address private.
 
i think we should stop pretending to know what MJ wants and wait and see what happens with the place.

Nobody is pretending to know what Mj wants. We are discussing something that is already in the news as it is a matter of concern to all of us.:)
 
I thought the whole thing with NL was settled. where is this all coming from now? Michael WILL NOT lose his ranch!

I would have said he wouldn't lose it last week but now I am not so sure. What i do not understand is the urgency in which this is being done. Also who borrows $23 million dollar to pay it back in one year, unless MJ never intended to pay it back at all.:) Just be aware that MJ had cash in hand to the tune of 23 million last year, so he hasn't exactly lost everything on the property.
 
If I was Michael, I would just give Neverland away to a charity, so they could continue the good things that were going on there, like inviting inner city kids to have fun on the rides and stuff. I wouldn't want to have anything to do with the place anymore. And it's not like Sneddon wins if that'd happen, he already lost when he made a complete *@#% out of himself when he sued Michael! And for laying those ugly accusations in that boy's mouth, now that is what I call child abuse > : ( Anyway we will just see, I think it is just another rumor that is just not true, otherwise Raymone or Michael would have confirmed it.

I know what you are saying Datsy but we don't know if the bank refused to refinance it. As for Snnedon bragging well that means nothing, remember how he was bragging that he had MJ during the trial... we all know what happened. I won't pay any attention to him.

If the 160K tax lien is outstanding then the owner can receive a notification for auction of the property, its just procedure. Its like how banks send legal notification coz a certain amount is due and must be paid by such and such a date to avoid legal actions etc. I know I have received them, when I have been lazy to pay for something or too busy (my excuse anyway) I got a red letter warning me that if such and such isn't pain in 21 days I will be in deep ish :lol:etc etc. So I just pay the amount same thing here (imo) So the way I see it MJ needs to pay the 160K and that's that (unless I hear otherwise, and from a reliable source).

In the end its MJ's choice if he doesn't want NL (which I doubt, i reckon he is just not sure what to do with it yet more than anything, he is too busy with other stuff), he will find the best solution out of it rest assured. Loosing it to auction etc isn't gonna be one of them. :yes: Remember he didn't lose any of his stuff on storage while everyone else was banging on about how he will loose this and that. So yeah! I am not worried. :smile:

I see many people talking about how sure they are that MJ doesnt want neverland. So i'm just saying theres no point in judging what he wants and doesnt. Just wait out and see what happens.

Fact is no matter how 'concerned' we are or not, it really isnt our business and we have no control over how MJ handles it or not.
 
It's his decision whether he wants to keep it or not. We shouldn't even comment on that anymore...let him do what he thinks best!!!
 
People consider the source, RF, and don't get too excited about this story.

Actually, the source is coming through court documents. I saw it myself. I don't think TSCM would have posted it if RF was the source.

The majority of people in hollywood die pennyless. The trappings of hollywood is very expensive. Added to that is that everything you buy cast 10 times as much as common folks. Very fewmanage to leave anything for offspring . Even Elvis presley had debts when he died. So when you think of it, MJ is not doing too bad considering all the lawsuits he has had to endure. he still has his catalogue and his health and strength.

So true;)^_^ Yes, then files a political persecution suit..outside of the U.S. of A.

Everybody, don't complain, or panic..we have a prayer thread here, so pray here or at home for the protection & prosperity of MJ & his loved ones & family. The timing of this is indeed suspicious & crooked; same Republican: Snedville/murdoch agenda designed to coincide with his release of a new project. But MJ again has peaked the interest of an international & U.S. audience. I pray he will use this opportunity to expose them.

Amen! We shouldn't get all worked up about this Neverland thing. We should focus on what lies ahead in the future. That future isn't about Neverland any longer. It's about a new place to live, with new memories. Memories that will once again be of laughter and happiness. The dark memories will be gone now and sunshine will light the new home. Michael is working very hard on his album and wants to look to the future not only for himself, but his family, friends and fans. This is just the beginning folks. Let's focus on the positive and not the negative. :)

If I could remember correctly, we have gotten so-called "documents" before claiming that Michael was on the verge of loosing Neverland any day now. And it always has a link to RF.

Also, there are people in this thread who talk like they are in Michael's head or something.

1. No one on this board can factually claim that Michael has not been back to his ranch since the trial. You do not know this. So stop saying it.

2. No one on this board can factually say that Michael will loose Neverland just because RF posted a document which has been filed in the courts in Santa Barbara. You just don't know what will happen in the next days or so.

3. No one on this board can factually report how Michael feels in his heart about keeping or loosing Neverland. We don't know if he cares about loosing it or if he truly wants to hold onto it. We don't know.

4. No one on this board can factually say that Michael is either still hurting over the events that took place at Neverland or if he has totally gotten over it or if he is in between somewheres. We just don't know how he is feeling about Neverland TODAY because he has not told us.

So yall need to stop making all these crazy decisions for Michael and talking like you know exactly what he is going through and exactly what he needs to do.

I'm a fan....I certainly don't want to see Michael loose is ranch. But I don't have a clue what is going on with this document or his taxes or his heart with regards to his ranch. And I aint gonna guess on it. I'm just gonna pray and hope that if he wants it.....if he wants it....he will not loose it.
