Frank and Branca know each other. Right? I cannot trust Branca because he was "hired" just two weeks before Mj passed. MJ Will is fake I assume and there are some facts about it. I cannot trust Frank either. It is very easy now to transfer and wash up money from MJ estate creating fake contracts in-between etc. All important ppl are on their places now ready to do this job. You will see how MJ estate will be destroyed unless something will happen.

No, it's not a coincidence. It's exactly what Michael in 2005 said. He said on a live radio broadcast with Rev. Jesse Jackson, it was a "Conspiracy". A fight for his share of the Sony ATV/Cataolgue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

she's lying. lol they worked together for another celeb client.

murray was known as the hollywood drug doc in the 90s so a lot of the hold up is people afraid their crap will leak out. he used to write rx's for people so they could doctor shop and get drugs from multiple outlets


and if they sell it, sony would have first dibs. the ONLY reason y sony didn't buy it earlier is b/c it would cost too much to buy it. they would spend themoney and lose a lot. it's like buying a nice house but then not having the staff to run it, the money to have utilities or food, it would be useless...just to have a house and nothing in it. that's y they declined

but i have a feeling that it's tick tock for the atv.

If $ony feels like the estate is not going to use them to release MJ's new material, I can see them becoming jerks real fast. When does the estate gain total ownership of MJ's music? I'm sure I heard something like 2010....
 
um as far as masters, i always thought it was 25 yrs after things were released. but im not sure.

sony sux we all know this but they only sucked balls w/ matolla at the helm. the estate will shut they asses down right quick if they get gully. trust me on that one

It also negotiated the right of first refusal if he decided to sell Sony his half of the joint catalog. That catalog is valued at roughly $2 billion, although it is also pledged as collateral on extensive loans.
Whoever wins the right to distribute Jackson's unreleased music will pay dearly. The King of Pop wrangled one of the industry's most generous contracts out of Sony, giving him an estimated 25% of royalties, twice the going rate. "Superstars get contracts that no one else can get," says USC law professor Lance Grode, a former senior vice-president of MCA Music.
Will that contract survive Jackson's death? That's why the music legend hired John Branca.

I hope so, everyone says Branca is good for the estate, which I don't doubt his skills, but his intentions I doubt. I just hope the cat doesn't in up in Sony's hands, if it does...
 
The catalogue is the reason our Michael is no longer here. Michael was always right. There is a fight going on about it, just like he said in that interview with the Rev. Jesse Jackson.

This is why I believe people were getting so confused about how much the estate is worth. I truly hope they don't sell it because once the debt is taking care of those kids will have to worry for NOTHING. I'm putting a little bit of faith in Branca's business skills, and I agree...I'm more worried about some of the others that are trying to get their hand in the pot.

ETA: Moddie I do agree, the stress of owning that catalogue had to be huge and someone was always after it. Anything for money.

If the Sony catelogue is part of the estate. How can Sony get it. Although my gut instincts tell me Michael was murdered for this catelogue, I'm still not sure how Sony are going to get it, or was it that Michael was going to get full control of it, at some point, sorry if this is a stupid question
 
cuz when mike borrowed against it he said that sony could make the first bid for it IF he were to sell it or lose it to the bank. they would allow that or let him borrow as much against hte cat. as he wanted just so they could get first dibs.

and this is what bothers me...it is as though they are all one big happy family.....they are ALL going to get richer at Michael's expense...he had to pay the ultimate price.
 
ONLY if they're allowed to get rid of branca and mcclain. they dont like joe so y would they give him an allowance? they don't want to sell the atv. notice that they make money if the estate makesm oney. long term investsments mean more over time. they can make in five yrs what the atv wills ell for and after that five yrs, then what? so y sell it?

the kids r young, they'll be the executors for a long time. so it benefits them to keep it. frank? notso much

I think I missed that to she said in a interview that she never knew Murray... And the bodyguard who is working for murray now please dont say its the one who called 911??? It seems like they are all hiding something. Someone in the security team must be involved. No video and on the day he dies, all the staff are fired? Michael was a loving person. People took advantage of that. People fought to be close to him people who weren’t always on his side.
