It's very disturbing to Roxanne on YouTube. She uses a lot of psychology talk, studies on grooming, etc. to link Michael Jackson's behaviour, "pushing of boundaries" (like waking them up at midnight, taking them out of school for a concert tour) to evidence of grooming, and she also holds the parents responsible for allowing that.

Although that video is a really frustrating watch, I do appreciate your astute mindset. @Arckangel Thank you for posting and making us aware. Yeah, we have to see the other side ...I notice the comments are now filled with slander about Macaulay.. Cause that is what it is, pure slander. It's too bad these people think they know M's heart and feel that they can speak for others. Debates are fine but these people just seem to know exactly what was going on. Until someone shows blatant, fact - based ...really no getting away from it-evidence and not just heated, passionate and strong (kind of manipulative) opinions from ex- fans of the after 2009 era... then I continue to stand by Michael . and I stand by Macaulay, Macaulay has good values. I really believe Michael Jackson was framed, IMO he was always innocent and indeed another victim of the system.

I always make sure to express myself as clearly as possible. I am not advocating for her views. I am denouncing her views, and I am not giving her views. I just explained in a reply to @Victorious why some people see it as disturbing... Not because I agree w/ them or want to promote their views, but just for the sake of discussion and insight.

As I said, I just think it's important to know what arguments the guilters are using. That way, we can debate them more effectively.

If no fan watched Leaving Neverland, then LN would never have been debunked in depth the way it was. The big train station lie was widely reported in our community, not to promote that lie, but to expose it. I, for one, did not watch Leaving Neverland on any official platform as not to give its participants views (I watched it on an unofficial platform, and I was able to see for myself the manipulation used, etc.).

There's a few of that similar kind on here and it's miserable. Report the posts all you want, it's like they want this stuff on here. Such a shame.

I don't think it's wise for us to start throwing accusations like this and attacking a members' reputations. And it is not our place to police what members can post/discuss or not. This is disruptive behaviour. Some fans just want to analyse things. If MJ fans start falsely start accusing one another of being guilters without any proof, our fandom will just collapse!

They can simply ignore such posts. Those who still have an issue with it should take it to the administration of the community.

As for Harun, he only posted a screengrab from that subreddit as a direct response to somebody in regard to Omer.

As Michael Jackson fans, we should know better than throw hasty accusations and believe such hasty accusations. My post history is public, so it's stupid to lie about it and claim I've doubted Jackson's innocence or made derogatory comments... This is insane!

It's a fact there are users on this site who are suspect.

It’s not really a surprise based on the state of this forum in recent months that those sharing hater videos, Reddit’s and generally being derogatory about MJ are being questioned.

I am sure there are and I am sure there always has been suspects here and on every MJ site as many people on here have stated BUT what does this have to do with this thread or Topic again??
Just wondering because these issues have been plagging many MJ sites, this is nothing new but the RULES do not change on the CONDUCT in MJJC on how you do that with the rules & regulations that GAZ has laid out PERIOD???

Sorry but I’m not reading all of that. What I said is true.

I have questioned the rules of this forum a number of times after Michael has been called a narcissist self hating whatever in the last few months on here without repercussion.

In regards to other users and accusations, I imagine it comes from a similar place of frustration seeing what is being said on here & what is being shared - especially when it is well known that a certain set of lunatics have a campaign to spread as much falsities about MJ as they can with no recourse for the truth. I’m not saying that makes it right, but it’s very easy to relate to that frustration unfortunately.

That is right it doesn't make it OK, RIGHT, or FAIR or give anyone permission to retaliate and lash out of that frustration with PERSONAL anger issues that has nothing to do with the MJ Fans here.
There are MODS and then there is GAZ period. Those are the options and they won't ever change for anyone.
You got a problem GAZ has given this site many tools to handle it as an adult, take your problems up with @Gaz if you got a problem you want resolved not by attacking or bullying others!
People are free to LEAVE if they do not like it here, or disatistfied or angry about what ever experiences bad or good they have but that is the CHOICES you are FREE to make!
There will be no TOLERANCE, or ACCEPTANCE of BULLYING, ACCUSING, FROM NON MODS taking it upon themselves to the authority to do anything else but RESPECT each others opinion, again if you do not agree with this basic human respect of MICHAEL'S FANS why are you really here!

Here's what's even more ridiculous... I've been here for six years, and @Harun has been here for fourteen years. No drama or problems. And all of a sudden, we are accused by a much newer member (in clear violation of the Terms and rules) of being stealth guilters because a few posts with clear intent to support MJ.

Well said your thoughts are only expressing your frustrations aswell playing devils advocate it seems I think

I think some shouldn't jump to conclusions yes there are others who try to infiltrate but we be careful not falsely accuse someone and look at thr difference. Think other members should be mindful. I seem fans linking negative articles out of frustration to give context doesn't mean there pretend guilters

The Geragos Factor

By January 2025, Cascio had replaced his counsel with Mark Geragos—ironically, Jackson’s former defense lawyer who had proclaimed to Good Morning America that “there’s nothing sexual going on” and that Jackson was “100 percent innocent.” In his 2013 book Mistrial, Geragos wrote of Jackson’s 2005 acquittal: “The evidence was overwhelming that he never touched this kid, and the entire thing was a huge shakedown.” He also appeared on The Megyn Kelly Show in December 2021 to blast Leaving Neverland, calling it “a complete rewrite of history” and an “absolute travesty.” However, now Geragos has taken the opposite stance, representing Cascio in a renewed effort to file public litigation. According to the estate’s filing, Geragos lowered the demand to $44 million but warned that if the estate refused, they would sue for defamation, emotional distress, and an alleged “cover-up.” The estate insists these claims are “bogus” and barred by the original settlement’s releases and arbitration clauses. The petition points out that the agreement explicitly requires arbitration for any disputes, even the question of whether a claim is arbitrable. “The question of arbitrability is itself a question to be resolved finally by the arbitrator,” the contract states.

The Estate’s Broader Mission

This latest legal battle comes as the Jackson estate continues to flourish. Since Jackson died in 2009, Branca and McClain have transformed a $500 million debt into an empire generating over $3 billion. Projects include the record-breaking concert film Michael Jackson’s This Is It, Cirque du Soleil productions, and the upcoming Antoine Fuqua biopic MICHAEL, starring Jackson’s nephew Jaafar. I am curious whether the obvious conflicting things FC has said about MJ in the past will be upheld to scrutiny by non fans. I say this because it felt like WRs 2005 testimony was completely overlooked during the whole LN fiasco. No one but fans seemed to care that he had defended MJ in court. Everything FC has previously said is the best defence for MJ, but this didn't seem to work with WR.

I feel like the only saving grace is that FC was involved with the fake songs, and this makes him suspect as it proves he and his family have lied for monetary gain when it comes to MJ. Who would have thought the fake songs may one day be a blessing in disguise. Has anyone listened to DS Fake Songs podcast, does he mention FC?

I also have not noticed this news gather too much steam in the media, so that's another positive if it lasts.

I do think as fans we need to think about how we can help MJ. It would be good to gather as much information as we can on the Cascios (with sources) in the event accusations are made. It would be really good to have a YouTube video with clips of FCs previous commentary on MJ, and information about the family. It would be good to have all that information accessible in one place, like a mini doc. Unfortunately, I am too technologically challenged to execute anything this ambitious, but just thinking out loud.

I also think it is important to prepare for what the counter arguments could be and address those in a pre emptive manner. I suspect one will be that MJ groomed the whole family in order to molest. As uncomfortable as the counter arguments are, we need to have logically sound answers to these instead of emotionally charged opinions. Part of this will involve looking into MJs behaviours which are questionable from an objective standpoint, and let me make it clear that questionable is not the same as criminal. However, it is often those questionable behaviours that work against MJ in the non-fan world.

I can't help but wonder what happened with FC to trigger a complete 180. We know with WR he was bitter about losing out on that job, I am curious about what the tipping point was for FC and the entire family.
