Waw I love the dangerous woman at the top with the daggers on her clothes. Is some of this from the Bashir interview?

Those are some Beautiful amazing pictures. I love them all...the ones with Michael and Debbie holding the babies made me cry..he loved them SO much. All I could hear in my head was Paris crying at the memorial saying that he was the BEST Daddy. Then the one's with Prince alone...I could see the mischief in his little eyes..LOL. ANd Paris...she looked SO serious all the time, LOL. And the one's with just Michael in the dance scene's....well lets just say....Lord have Mercy...LOL *fans self*. Thank you SO much for posting these photo's...I am SO grateful just to get to see them. :)

My dream was simple. It did not entail living an elaborate lifestyle full of luxury, fame or power. Rather, my dream was to create the richness of life through the simplicity of art—which, ultimately, for me, began taking shape through the lens of my Canon D4.My photography has truly led me to places I never thought I would be. 25 years ago, when I was walking the streets of Rome, I could have never imagined that I would one day photograph the greatest musician of our generation—Michael Jackson. It occurred to me that Jackson’s dream could have been just as simple as mine.Coming from a small town in Indiana, Jackson found his artistic talent at a very young age. Little might he have known that he would eventually make such a global impact with his art. With this website and through my photographs, I hope to keep Jackson’s legacy alive. I hope to paint an intimate portrait of my experience with Jackson and his fascinating world that he so graciously invited me to capture and share with you all. Some of the pictures on this website will soon be published in a book dedicating to Michael Jackson, the greatest artist I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

Now THIS is going to be a book that I will GLADLY Buy...these photo's are Beautiful. Mr. Moslehi is a very talented photographer. Just Beautiful :)

Hypocrite - why would else would he have sued Michael in 2004?

Why did we have to wait until after Michael left us to see how the Arvizos were PRAISING him? Footage you were never meant to see was a great rebuttal but Hamid contradicts himself by appearing in it yet he refuses to give that footage claiming MJ owed him money/credit. Was he after MJ's money or did MJ really owe him? We'll never know.

Great pictures, but we shouldn't let him go for that.

The picture from Munich 99 with the V sign is bittersweet. We can see he is thanking the fans, but he just went through a really bad fall in Earth Song.

Also note the overhead view for Billie Jean at MSG is mirrored, he didn't stand in the wrong direction.

I don't know the whole story but the Arvizo footage was released before 2009, it was shown at the trial in 2005. There is no reason to doubt Hamid Moslehi was owed for the Bashir Documentary footage he shot and possibly other projects. He did a LOT of work for Michael. It's documented he asked MJ's manager Weisner for the monies owed him and he refused to pay him at that time. I guess they were to busy misappropriating the funds themselves. I don't think Hamid trusted them (they were shady) and that's why he wanted paid upfront before turning any more footage over to them. He already allowed them to use his Bashir footage which helped MJ a lot.

In business you sue the "company" if a credit is not paid and then the parties usually settle on an amount .. its not personal. Most people that had civil suits against MJ companies for monies owned claimed they didn't have anything personal against Michael. Thier claim is against the business entity. (It's business) I don't see how he is a hypocrite. He is an artist in his own right and deserved to be paid for his work ... There are 2 sides to every story and suing someone for monies owed, even if it's Michael Jackson doesn't necessarily make someone the bad guy.

I have to say the pictures especially of the children are amazing  I bet he has some beautiful pictures of Neverland also and great concert pics too beyond the ones he has shown already.

Such stunningly beautiful photos, although I have to admit seeing the ones of Michael and the kids made me cry especially as the boys birthdays have just gone.

Awww, so gorgeous pictures, some of them I'd never seen them before! :girl_love:

What a shame Michael was surrounded by incompetent, shady people. I hope Hamid was paid his owed money.

I wonder if the kids have any copies of these photos of themselves? It is always a delight to see children's photos.

Question: If Hamid was being paid to take these photos, does that mean the photos belonged to Michael? Michael paid him to take pictures & video tape him, & yet the pictures and tapes belong to Hamid? How does this work?

Dear lord, all of these new photos are so amazing :D The photos of Michael with his children are truly beautiful :)

Wow, all these pictures seriously made my day. I though that seeing the rare pics from the United We Stand and Apollo concerts was great alone, but to see all of those wonderful pictures of Michael (not as a King of Pop, but as a proud father) with his children just put an even bigger smile on my face.

Not to mention, I now have a bunch of new and awesome images for my desktop backgrounds now! :D

I also want to know.

Normally a photographer is the copyright owner of the photos. Sometimes a photographer can be signed up as "work for hire" if that's the case the photographer gives all the rights to the person that hired them. In his lawsuit Moslehi said he wasn't "work for hire" and he is the copyright owner of the photos.

Thanks Ivy so if you pay him & he gives you the photos, you can keep them in your house, but you cannot use them publicly?
