How Are You Feeling Today?

I find the most challenging thing is to not feel bad after setting boundaries ๐Ÿซ
Yes, that is a challenge that definitely comes with setting boundaries. Maybe this helps:

1. You did a great job setting a boundary! Tell yourself you did good ๐Ÿค—
2. If this feels bad, try to detect where this feeling is sitting in your body. Then release some tension by softly patting this area, letting out a deep breath, sigh. Also standing / sitting up straight and telling out loud that you did a good job might help ๐Ÿ˜€ Anything that makles you feel good in your body, again ๐ŸŒป Different things work for different people / needs.
Ah, yeah...I always love when this feeling lasts for...like 2 minutes ๐Ÿ˜‚

I am... nervous about my rehab starting next week.
Ohhh, I remember being nervous as heck as well ๐Ÿ˜…

Mainly because I will surely forget to take some important things with me.
Bring a bathrobe lol (I forgot mine)
And three weeks no horses ๐Ÿ‘€. And stressed because I am writing many applications for mini jobs atm, also maybe with the option to find a completely new job and it always takes AGES til you get an answer, so... can't really relax atm, my thoughts are circling like crazy ๐Ÿ™ˆ.
What was mindblowing to me in rehab: It is like a "Kรคseglocke" once you are there: A place seperate from your everyday life (from the whole planet, actually, was how it felt) and you will be BUSY as eff for the whole damn day ๐Ÿ˜‚

Bro idk who the hee hee was in the hallways of the camp last night BUT MAN THAT THEY DISTRACTED ME FROM SLEEPING ูฉ(โ•ฌเฐ _เฐ )ูˆ
Well at least I could sleep well and I took a delicious breakfast ๐Ÿ˜‹

What thee hee hee!? Girl is taking my hee hee jokes!!! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Woke up a little sick and went to the nurse. Luckily no strep throat, probably just a small cold. I feel exhausted and drained per usual. The nurse had me fill out forms which Iโ€™ve never done before so now I feel like an adult which I hate.

Yes, and I think it needs practice, too...at work I can do it pretty well, I think. But when I want to help friends although I have no energy/time, that's a different level. Pro level, I guess ๐Ÿ˜…

Yep, now that you mention it, they wrote that in the info sheet. Thanks for the reminder ๐Ÿ˜.

I am sure it will be an interesting experience. Coming back into the normal world will be hard, though ๐Ÿ˜…

I live in a wealthy town, but it makes me numb and often desperate how little people care anymore.
I encounter so much trash in my street every day.
I see so many desperate homeless people every day. Those people are in such terrible states: they look and often act like zombies ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿ˜ซ The only thing you can do is check on them (are they concious? intoxicated? is it below zero outside?) or walk away because of aggression.

Same here...had to call an ambulance once because a man was unconscious and it was cold outside. And don't get me started on the people throwing their trash everywhere. Even in parks or the forest. I will never understand that...
