Thank you, I'm trying to take care of myself and not to dehydrate, I bought a lot of cold water this evening ( mineral and not ).
If I can't eat atm, I can drink and to relax.. And took meds.. I hope it will be o'k tomorrow?

its too warm too early in the year in some places?
makes you not feel good at all be careful of heat stroke

it was 105 yesturday lol today is actually much better but still to hot for me, i was at work from 430 am til 1230 pm i cant even describe how hot it was in my car just sitting in the sun
