I know its hard not to worry but try to meditate or block
out things with some peaceful music at time? If someone
ticks you off take it in stride and try to stay calm and look
around, above, or past it? :) Ill keep Praying for you

its just a lot of people try my patience
and make me worry... and sometimes I worry over what seems to be nothing
I'll def put on some classical or something peaceful

BI! I am so sorry to hear this. *hugs* You have been suffering physically from this all this time? I know God wants to help you be able to hand things over to Him more quickly and to strive less. He'll bring you the victory in this. This has forced you now to look at the way you handle things, and how things are affecting you inside, and now you can re-evaluate. Now you know, now you see, and God can come in and help. I'll be praying. :better:
