Latest on MJJC

How was your day?

I think I messed myself up pretty bad at the gym today..

I was doing chest, and I started to notice I could not see very well out of my right eye.. THEN a little later I got a pounding in the head. soon after I felt like throwing up..

I think that I busted a vessle in the brain, I have ehard of other people pushing themselfstoo hard and their vision giving up on them, the head hurting, and throwing up.. SO I think that is what happened..

I am kinda out of it today because of it.. but I'm still all good

I know..I'm a receptionist at a hotel...I had such a busy day today, i still haven't recoverd yet :wacko: :lol: :wacko:
