I believe 'Breaking News' is 100% authentic and I want to talk about it here

Okay... the reaction to KYHU is making me laugh.

Do some people not realize this is another Cascio track???? Now all of a sudden they can hear the MJ?

And it's growing on me

(sorry for those of you with will power who haven't heard it!)

Ivy, if you're here, i was wondering if you had seen any copies of copyright forms fors SR..which is sound recording form, that indicates if any semblance of Michael Jackson's voice is a copyrighted sound on Breaking News, and if it's on record in the copyright office? or form PA..performing arts form, that would indicate that any part of the words, and/or music to Breaking News is written by Michael Jackson. So far, nobody has indicated such. I know that all government forms, warn people never to falsify information, whether you are applying for a job, welfare, whether you are using the government mail system, or anything else governmental, including copyright. Sony may be willing to defraud Michael, fans and many, but would they go as far as defrauding the government?

also, i'd like to know why there are no advertisers on the site, on which Breaking News is playing. Remember, there were advertisers on the site, on which This Is It was playing. one thing i fantasized about was the horde of advertisers that would cram for a place on the site for a new Michael Jackson song. Controversy has never stopped advertisers. they know that any publicity is good publicity. So why aren't there any ads on the Breaking News site? could it be that advertisers don't want to spend millions on fraud?

whatever advertisers may have thought of Michael Jackson, the person, they all proved that they are fans of Michael Jackson's music, as they advertised on the site for the streaming of This Is It. it's kind of conspicuous, that ther are no ads on the site for Breaking News. Perhaps these advertisers know something.

someone from this thread posted info in the anti breking news thread.

guys, i want to buy the album from itune first , but i do not know how to do this ! can anyone help me as how to order the album on itune ? thanx.

If not already download iTunes, Go to the iTunes Store, search Michael Jackson and go to the CD section to 'Michael' and click on Pre-Order. Currently, Michael isn't avaliable for order.

I think some people need reminding that this thread is for people who believe the track is authentic, so if you don't think it's MJ then don't post in this thread. Stop trying to bring us down.

As I wrote in another thread, I didn't listen any leaked song yet. I want to hear them fresh; perfect quality versions. :)

'Till then I have "Breaking News" and soooooon "Hold My Hand!" :)

I´m looking forward to hear the album when they release .First there is Michaels vision to enjoy.

I believe it's Michael and once the album comes out and people hear it more will come around. I hope anyways.

Not a big fan - but will be glad to allow the song to grown on me.

Sounds a little like a z version of 'tabloid junkie' - already done and is a brilliant track.

I chose dancing in happiness over misery. It's a dance track, heck, why not.

And the lyrics, heck yes, man, tell 'em. "ooooooooh, it's Michael Jackson". Kind of the pi**ed off version of what he he was talking about to Oprah on how he was photographed in a hyperbaric chamber. He sat on 60 Minutes with Ed Bradley and spoke about himself in the third person. "That's not Michael Jackson, that's someone else."
Imagine how pi**ed off he must have been after that trial- and that still sounds like suppressed angry version. I wanna hear what he records totally letting loose! :punk::punk:

An angry Michael doesn't record an angelic tenor (headvoice), why would he with those lyrics?? Those lyrics sound as if they should be spit out with loads of air between his teeth, with loads of tension, I love it. :agree:
I love the snort you're hearing on there, that actually made it onto the track. No sound engineer that's trying to fool you would have left that snort on there, it's on there because it was just that raw.
It's the idea behind it that works.

Yeah, there's some cut and paste, it's a posthumous release, but you can hear the idea behind it- and that makes me happy, very happy.

In response to someone (can't find the post to quote)

Poster asked about the lyrics talking about MJ being in love [who is he singing about this time?]

Well, here's my thoughts:

This was recorded in the fall of 2007. Michael stayed at the Cascios in New Jersey,NY, for 4 months.

According to different sources, MJ was is good spirit, happy and creating again.

In Septembre of 2007, he was in New York doing a photoshoot with Rushka Bergman. Several articles posted http://www.mjjcommunity.com/forum/showthread.php?t=80321&highlight=Rushka+Bergman
about her experience says that they became VERY GF. That Michael was blown away by her energy and he was saying things like "where have you been all my life" (something like that)

Now, tell me what else but a brand new love can make someone sing over the phone (he sang Happy New Year to her), be inspired to create and be in good spirit?

And why not? Rushka is a very classy and interesting woman.

Whether, Michael was meeting her for an inspirational night cap after putting his babies to bed at night or just fed off of her energy talking on the phone, I think she definately did a lot of good for him and I'm grateful for that.

Guys, if you haven't done so, please vote in the BN poll.

Fans who say BN shouldn't be on this album are wrong once again. :cheeky:

Please vote (poll not scientific)

It's very sad that some fans have "turned their back on the love" and are too stubborn to give credence to official confirmation.

Their loss.

Personally, i can't stop playing the song (my dance version). It's my type of music. No rap, no autotune, just great dance song. :dancin:
