By the way, I plan on casting my upper arms/hands so I can make a full on lifesize statue of Mike. It's funny that not only are both me and Mike Virgos, artists and kids at heart but we also have nearly the same size hands! (although his palm is a bit bigger ;)).

Beautiful!!!! :wild:

Hi godaiking

I was watching clip of MJ exhibition on Julien's auction house and thought the models they have for Michael were either scary or looked nothing like him. You could contact on them and ask if they want to purchase few models from you to use in their future auctions if they sell MJ's costumes. They have quite often auction for MJ related stuff and they could definitely use life-size models or busts like you do.

Here is the contact details for Julien's: http://www.juliensauctions.com/contact.html

Btw, did you ever contact on Michael's estate?

Got to say, life-size statue should be your next goal, man. If I had your skills, I would do it like this: Make a bust of every MJ era starting from MJ kid to his later years (kid, young, otw, thriller (you have), bad (you have), dangerous, history, invincible, then "new era". Then from there try to make some life-size statues.

Sorry for the lag. Been busy.

I never did contact the estate. Maybe in the future.

I don't think I ever want to work with Julien's again. :(

Anyhow, here's a quick peek at my latest. Still not done with him as I want to fix a few things, but I should be sometime Sunday. ;)

I really love this one. Absolutely my favourite! Congratulations on a terrific piece of art.

Isn't this expensive to make?

WOW!!!!

If they could use your sculpts involved in a MJ CGI project, you could almost make a real MJ

I would probably faint if I saw you making a full bodied dangerous era :shifty:
Your work is amazing and wish the best of luck for you .You are blessed with an artistic eye that is for sure

Thanks everyone. One of my fans made a collage of my past busts. Check it out:

Also, here's some more pics of the bust

I think this is the best Thriller era bust I've made so far...

Thanks for all the kind words (again) everyone. I just can't stop taking pictures of this. Here's some more:

I haven't posted on this forum in a few years but I just had to come here and say something about this. These are absolutely mind blowing. Especially the Billie Jean one, which if someone told me was a bust I wouldn't believe them because it looks so incredibly lifelike. Awesome job on these. I wish I could buy one.

That collage of the four busts is my new desktop wallpaper. :)

Glad the bust brought you back to post here. :)

Here's another pic my buddy made (if you want to use it as a wallpaper!):

The Billie Jean bust is on Ebay

Set that as wallpaper, thanks to you and your bud. :)

The Billie Jean bust is on Ebay.
I'm waaay too poor to afford that 1,100 bucks it's sitting at now. :(

But I'd say it's definitely worth that much and more. Good luck to the bidders and I'm seriously jealous. By the way, I noticed the Arnold you have on there as well and it's also perfect! You have an AMAZING talent.
