Is Michael Jackson touring before the end of the year?

02 arena performance were TALK about.. Nothing confirmed and no dates set.. Just MJ (or his people) talking to heads at the 02 Arena.. That's it..

Same type stuff he was doing in Vegas, same thing he was doing in many places.. Seeing who can give the best offer..

I highly doubt there will be anything signed untill Michael signs with a label.. A set of major performances like that costs A LOT of money, and will need Label backing for that..

And I don't think Michael is going to sign with a label untill his album is 100% done and plots out his whole 'comeback'.. He will probably present the whole project to Sony and be like.. "can you assist me in this project? If not I'll go elsewhere"....

Michael (without a label) has 100% control over his album and projects regarding it.. Once he gets things in motion, he will THEN get label backing him to finance the projects..

I have found a German article about Marcel Avram where he talks about MJ. It´s new and I don´t know if it´s true but I want to share it with you, guyz.

I´m gonna translate it for you :)

-

"Herr Avram sagt:

Mr Avram says:

I met Michael in the states few weeks ago and we had private conversation - as friends. He´s still full of energy. He had a firm handshake. I still think that he is a genius on stage and in the studio. I have to say he did not see much from life, just during the time when we worked together. There he saw the world and had lots of fun.

I have talked to him about his future and asked him, if he would like to go on tour again. He said:"Marcel, I have done everything in my life. What should I still add to it? Why do I have to confirm myself in that? There is no place on earth where we have not been yet -except for North-America. We have never played there.

Er will etwas Außergewöhnliches.

We have also talked about a concert in London, but Michael said that this is not something extraordinary for him. He wants something extraordinary. Back then it was also like that. I remember that he once imagined a crash with an unmanned plane on stage as an effect. And I said that no stage would withstand that and he told me I was right about that.

If I would do a world-tour with him again? Yes, I would say "yes" when it´s Michael. We´ve had a great time together and with Michaei I would do that again. Let´s wait and see if this will happen.

I did not translate the whole interview, since this is the most important part about it :)

Subliminal Message to MJ..Come to Boston...Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston.....You are now in Sing Sing.....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....Come to Boston....:lol

*Laughs* I'm from Boston, so as much as I'd like this to happen, aside from not having toured in the US in forever, some how I don't think TD Banknorth Garden is on MJ's menu. Good try though - I'll try and add to those subliminal messages ;).

Obviously Michael needs financial backing for a world tour, so I hope that happens. And as many have already said in this thread, even if Michael doesn't like to tour, he may *have* to. Touring is one of the best ways to promote an album, and for a man who's known for incredible, *massive* tours in addition to everything else, well we certainly can't write the possibility of one out of his cards. If he doesn't want to go on like James Brown did, that's all and well. But he hasn't reached that point yet. I don't think he honestly believes he's reached that point yet. I mean, if he doesn't want to continue performing & touring in his 70s, then by all means - he doesn't have to. But if he's still agile (which he looks to be) and has energy, vitality, & the drive to perform again (which he *definitely* looks to have), then who knows? There may just be the slightest possibility for some kind of tour. I would certainly love one, but if MJ really doesn't go down that route (though I really don't want to think so since I imagine there'd be incredible demand to see him worldwide and that means *money*), then I hope we can at least count on a number of performances.

Wait a moment ... Marcel Avram? OF COURSE he would like to make a new world tour with MJ. So that he can sue the hell out of him afterwards again. And tell everyone that he has seen Michael acting "suspicous" around children. Or about seeing him without his fake nose. The man is a CROOK. If MJ is turning to people like him again, he doesn't even need to start thinking about a tour or a comeback, becaus he will be fu***ed again big time.

i agree, keep marcel out mike

I would love him to tour again but I doubt he will. It could be a Greatest Hits Tour. But he has to look after his children nowadays and other commitments .....

I've never seen Michael Jackson Live... but been listening to his music since I was about 4-5 years old. I hope one day I get to see a live performance.

At clubmichaeljackson.com there was a document posted by someone that was apparently a leak from an intern at Sony BMG and it said MJ will start touring the US in July and then take the tour overseas in October. But the document was removed.

He has already accomplished everything and MJ does not need to prove anything to anyone. There is no point to work hard your entire life and then not enjoy it. MJ WAS the greatest entertainer in the past and STILL is the greatest entertainer today regardless if he tours or not. I am sure MJ gets tired of doing the same thing just as we fans get tired of doing the same thing. He is only human so leave the man alone. MJ is almost 50 years old and dedicated his entire life to us fans; the LEAST we can do is appreciate what he has done in his life for us and give him what he gave us; HAPPINESS. If you cant do that you are not a real fan.

YES HE WILL BE TOURIN PEOPLE! IT WAS CONFIMRED THIS MORNING WHEN MICHAEL CALLED ME! HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL BE DOIN USA TOUR DATES AND EUROPEAN 1S, HE WILL CONFIRM THIS IN A FEW MONTHS IN A PRESS CONFERENCE, IM CALLING HIM AS I TYPE THIS 4 MORE DETAILS...ILL LET U KNO

I agree with fanofthethriller on this one. I mean since I've never gotten to enjoy MJ's glory days and see him perform live myself, I 'd love to see that, but I'd much rather he did something for himself for a change and relax. If he WANTS to tour, ok. Go for it. But if he doesn't that's ok, too. He's done so much to make all of us happy. I think it would be unfair now to ask him to do more than what would make HIM happy.

i saw Michael 4 or 5 times but i have never experienced his actual performance yet. i would love to see it someday^_^
i doubt that he 'll tour in this year but i think that he may tour within a few years

If this interview is true, he is not saying that he doesn't want to tour. He is saying that he wants to do something bigger or different. Michael likes to wow people.

It's not about michael proving anything. Nobody is forcing michael or saying he better or needs to tour. The thing is that we would love if or hope he does tour because we are willing to pay GOOD MONEY to see him. If he doesn't then fine,no stress, but if he does then I'm through the roof:woohoo:. It's only natural that the fans who haven't seen him perform live would love for michael to tour but nobody ain't saying that "he has to prove something." Don't get it twisted.
