Strange Coincidences with TINI -

“This is Not It” Disclaimer –
http://www.this-is-not-it.com/en/disclaimer.html This disclaimer not only warns against using trademark infringement (like the Michael Jackson Logo that Used to Belong to Sony but I guess can be used and modified with dripping blood without Sony enforcing their own trademark infringement rules). Also at the bottom was a W3 validation, which leads you here http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://ourdisclaimer.com/?i=this-is-not-it.com

W3.org is a donation supported international organization:

“The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is an international community where Member organizations, a full-time staff, and the public work together to develop Web standards. Led by Web inventor Tim Berners-Lee and CEO Jeffrey Jaffe, W3C's mission is to lead the Web to its full potential. Contact W3C for more information.” Source http://www.w3.org/Consortium/

Their members? Amongst other big name corporations, Sony-Erickson. Source, http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Member/List This is a validation that comes with a price. Since Sony-Erickson is one of the PARTNERS of the W3.org, TINI probably got their validation for free.

If interested, information on W3’s CEO, Jeffrey Katz http://www.w3.org/People/Jeff/

I have to tell you, for a bunch of fan-groupies all over the world, this is one of the most sophisticated and organized web site launched campaigns I have ever seen!

The followers as they call themselves? Well, Michael was not as enchanted with them as they would have you believe.

Whatever their agenda is . . . TINI, the stalking fans and Karen’s campaign against truth, it most certainly was not in Michael’s best interests. There is an anger there defies reason.

Now Charles Thomson has been recruited to cut into AEG (he’s out of hiding now, welcome back Charles) as well as Randy Taraborrelli and his trolls being sent to my facebook page. Little do they know I don’t do my work on Facebook . . . why would I? I do my work on my blog. And they know where to find that.

You know, with all due respect to absolutely everyone out their online on their blogs and campaigns, digging for the truth- the very moment I catch just the whiff of infighting and particularly female cat fighting- I grab my head and run.

Absolutely everybody has some kind of beef with everyone these days? It's amazing. Absolutely amazing. (and I'm not aligned with anyone in particular)
I wished it would just stop. I stopped reading most blogs because of that poisonous atmosphere- and it's not just A versus B, no, usually B has something against A and the rest of the alphabet as well.

There has been alot of fighting, so I stopped watching twitter because I was getting confused.

Nonetheless, the most important thing is to get to the truth. I find it difficult to sort thru.

I found this blog from Bonnie's - it's by Princess Glam & I thought some parts were good:

Anyone who can read a newspaper has seen stories in the tabloid press about Michael, for the last 20 years. How everything, from his appearance to his ability to be a parent, has been dissected and questioned and condemned. Many thousands of people think Michael Jackson’s words are no longer credible. This is corporate bullying in action.
If you really want to take someone down, you capitalise on what has already been started. Even if your motives are different from the motives of the original bully, you can use the damage to your advantage. The majority of people are already questioning the credibility of the victim, so piling on more doubt is made a lot easier. Accusing the victim of a crime they didn’t commit, even when the evidence is shaky, or in some circumstances, fabricated, is going to be a lot easier. Because by now, no one wants to stand up for, or have their name on record as being in favour of the victim. People don’t want to look bad by association.
The controlling of Michael’s ability to do his job is hidden mental bullying that is hard to see. But I am going to expose it. In 2001 Michael’s “Invincible” album was released. Sony wanted Michael to promote the album with a tour, but Michael didn’t want to do this on advice from his doctors. As mentioned on a previous post, Michael became so engrossed in performing on tour that he forgot to eat or drink, and worked himself to exhaustion. A few months after it was released, Sony stopped promoting the album worldwide, thereby curtailing its success, and giving the impression that Michael’s work was no longer as successful as it used to be. Why would a record label want to promote an album or artist with declining sales? Why would they want to invest in expensive videos and marketing, to promote such an artist?
This is the point where a record label believes it can take control and start calling the shots. Telling the artist, who has been given creative freedom in the past, and who has earned them billions, what tracks can or cannot be released, and limiting the promotional budget. The record labels now think that they have the knowledge to make money without the artist’s input! This is crazy and short-sighted, because eventually their game will be rumbled, and artists will start to circumvent the system out of necessity. But in the meantime, the artist’s saleability is called into question, limiting their prospects for moving forward creatively, whilst the record label holds onto the legacy assets as a kind of ransom, and uses them for further profit.

Sony Music's Mottola resigns
Music mogul leaves Sony to start his own music label with two years remaining on contract.
January 9, 2003: 7:12 PM EST

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Sony Corp. said Thursday that Thomas Mottola resigned as chairman and CEO of Sony Music Entertainment to start his own music label.
After a 14-year tenure at Sony Music, the company said Mottola is leaving to launch a new music venture, which is expected to be formed in partnership with Sony (SNE: Research, Estimates).
The media powerhouse said it agreed to release Mottola from the two years he has remaining under his current contract, and said it expects to name a successor within the next few days.
Mottola, who was also known for building the careers of Celine Dion, Dixie Chicks and his previous wife, Mariah Carey, took the top job at Sony Music in a late 1998 shakeup of its executive ranks. But his time at Sony was also shadowed by an embarrassing feud with one of Sony's biggest stars, Michael Jackson.

(Photo: Sony) [/FONT] Jackson blamed Mottola for his career's downfall. And at a news conference in July, the King of Pop even said the music mogul was "mean, racist, and very, very, very devilish."
Rumors that Mottola was leaving Sony, which ranked third in U.S. music market share behind Vivendi Universal (V: Research, Estimates) and Bertelsmann, had been circulating for months.
Sony has struggled along with its rivals in the music business with a protracted sales decline, incurring operating losses exceeding $100 million in the past year.
Mottola is now married to Mexican singer and actress Thalia.
