It looks like this may have been taken when Michael and LaToya lived in NYC together? Or was it in the condo Michael had in LA?

edit, I don't think Michael had the LA condo when he was that age, could be wrong though.

It's a graduation so it's not really private lol hundreds of kids and families gather to celebrate a big achievement, i don't think the pics are a big deal there are other graduation pics in this thread from previous years of other family members.

I said private that are just family and friends, is something private. They are not a party of celebrities with all the press and paparazzi there. That's what I meant. Understand? :)
