No offense to your post, Fayik, but I am not interested. I do not unite with ignorant fools known as Janet fans.

Janet fans, most of them, are the most ignorant bunch of psychopaths that I even chatted with. They call MJ all kinds of names, bashed him and his children, saying his children are not his, and call Mike an has been. I think most of those Janet fans are jealous that after allof the crap that MJ has been through, his music sells more than Janet's and he is more talented than Janet. They can't stand that. MJ is more into his craft and Janet does not have any creativity. I mean, I can keep on going, but I am going to end it on that.

I do wish Janet success on her latest work and to the Janet fans who are not like that, God bless you guys. I do not know how you do it.

Because janet went to Oprah after all the crap she said about michael , i cannot do that to my bro .
 
I own a few Janet albums and think she's a great performer but I wouldn't call myself a huge fan. I do however hope her new album is successful but i'm sorry her fans are just a bunch of mean asses so aint no way i'm helping them out lol. Why should we support her anyway just because she is Michael's sister? Her fans say the worst things about Michael and said he was partly to blame for the lackluster sales of "Damita Jo" and "20 Y.O.". They always blame Michael for Janet's failures.


That being said, If I like the singles from Janet's new album then I will buy it, but it wont be because she's MJ's sister it will be because I like the music.

I am like that with Janet as well. I used to love Janet when I was a child but after the 1993 mess, Janet join the media with their hatred towards MJ and was on Oprah back in 1997 and basically trashed the man. Her fans soon followed. Janet is still doing that now by telling the media that she blamed MJ for her weight issues (no one asked her to eat too much), she said that MJ called her a name that hurted her(she should have told the interviewer that MJ apologized to her). Janet has always tried to show the media that she is the "sane" one. However, she forgets that MJ never suffered from depression, she did. Now, I am not saying that when you suffer from depression, you are insane, I am pointing out that depression can lead to insanity. I am also not saying that Janet's depression (I am happy that she over came it) lead to insanity, but it certaintly could have. Instead of letting the media and public know about her troubles and that MJ is not crazy, she lets the media eat her brother alive. That is what made me stop being a fan.

Also, what made me stop being a fan was her music. I cannot stand music that is about sex, how to have sex and how sexy a singer feels. If it is done in a respectable manner, I can fully accept, however, Janet's sex songs have gone over the brigde. Let's not forget TVR CD with her moaning and groining sexually. Very distasteful.

BTW, Janet copied from Madonna for years it is just that Janet is a way better performer than Madonna.

Also, when the Superbowl mess happened to Janet, a Janet fans came on MJJF and asked the MJ fans to help the Janet fans. I told the fan that they (paraphasing) need to get out of here with that and help her yourself. I didn't lose any sleep of it.

She has never done anything to Michael in the public eye. Shes never bad mouthed him, or anything. She doesnt talk about him for HIS own protection. She knows how the media twist things she says, so keeping quiet is the only way - not giving them anything to hang on to... but Janet does defend her brother. You don't know her more than us , we have our onw interpretation of her acts and you have your own , and mine is she took distances with michael 1 evidence : she doesn't know nothing about TH25 , actually she doesn't care about what michael is doing or where he is .

Um, you don't think MJ was ever depressed? What about when he was addicted to prescription pills and had to check in the hospital because of it. I don't know how anyone could think that someone who has been through as much as Michael has wouldn't be depressed at some point in his life, come on now but just because Janet was depressed during the late 90's, doesn't mean she was crazy. One has nothing to do with the other. I did think that that Janet was trippin' big time during the "Velvet Rope" era though. She tried to distance herself from Michael and the rest of her family so I think Rasta Pasta is right when he said that she played into the whole "sane" Jackson role that the media kept playing up.

However, it's clear that Janet loves Michael, that is her brother so I think it's silly to question that. They probably aren't nearly as close as they used to be, but they do love eachother.


The main problem is that Janet Jackson fans are not used to Janet failing. They aren't used to seeing Janet's image taking a beating in the media. Michael fans are used to this of course, but Janet fans can't really handle it so they blame everyone for her failures. They wanna blame The Superbowl, Michael, Jermaine Dupri, Virgin Records, MTV, etc. A bunch of excuses, basically. I'm just saying that people can't have it both ways. They claim that Janet is a star in her own right (which she is) and when her albums are doing well it's all because of Janet, but when her album's flop it's because she's a "Jackson" and it's because of Michael. It's like make up your mind already.

How do you know she doesn't care? Has she come out and said that? No she hasn't. Of course she cares, hes her freaking brother. He isn't just Michael Jackson pop superstar.They both have huge careers, and are busy with their business

Like I said hes a different person to her, than what he is to you. We as fans know the ins and outs of his business cause thats what we wanna know, being members of his boards and fansites, and being a fan we get upto date info all the time. And we always want to know what his projects are doing what hes working on. Thriller 25 has just started to hit radio, and Janet has been working on her album and current projects as Michael is working on his in past months... Wow just cause she didn't know about Thriller 25, she must have some evil plot against Michael! I wonder if Michael knows about Feedback and Discipline.:unsure:
Their music career is their business, their job. Janet said on Oprah that Michael keeps in touch with their mother (in 2006), and they all make sure they know each other is fine etc. They are 40+ year old adults, with huge careers, juggling different things in life, they have 7 other siblings, and children etc. And they don't live local. Of course its going to be hard to keep in touch 24/7. But yeah, put Janet on the steak cause she had no idea about Akons remix.-_-

Well, I stated my two cents about Janet. I am still not going to change my mind about her. MJ has other family that respect and adore him. They got my support, big time. Janet saw her buddies in the media trashing her brother and she did nothing. She can say all the great things about her great brother, but actions are more important than saying them. She showed me that she enjoys what the media have done to her brother. That is how I see it. However, I do like the fact that you really adore a woman who will always be jealous of her great older brother. :)

If you don't agree with the person's post then provide a counter argument without turning this into a personal attack, it is uncalled for., Nobody is cussing Janet. We simply give OUR OPINION on how we view her and why we will not support her just for the family tie. It is a point of view which is strongly felt and is being aired on a discussion board. You can give an argument in her support without turning this into a slanging match.:D

Even if its Akon remix , that's a MICHAEL JACKSON 'S PROJECT , and i do think michael know janet realeases a new album called DISCIPLINE .

But yeah ! i think that's janet's fans who made me thinking about about her like that but just partly , and the more i chatt with them the more i see janet differently , i know tha's a bit stupid but that's how i feel , but an another part janet acts like michael is not part of her life , i keep on thinking she should have boycott Oprah , there are a lot of other programme to promote even if Oprah's one is the biggest , it's a sign of solidarity towards michael .

I say she doesn't know about TH25 because she was asked about that and answered " yes i have heard about that , i ddind listen to remix " .

Anyway if they want us to support janet , they have to support michael too.

I doubt that MJ was ever depressed. I think he was an addict, but not depressed. I was making a point. Well, I do see where you are coming from, but MJ developed a lot of strength in his life. Janet was very senstive as a child so maybe she could not handle things well.

I never said that Janet was crazy, where did I say that in my post? Please, do not put words in my mouth. I was making a point. Re-read my post carefully. I think Janet loves her brother Mike but I also think she is ashamed of her brother. I think Janet is jealous of Michael and always will be. I am so happy that theyarenot as close as they once were. I feel that MJ should not put his children, esp. Paris near Janet, because of the stuff that said in Vibe/Vixen. If you ever read in the article of Janet in Vibe/Vixen, she talks about how she is a "cool Aunt". I was a bit insulted when I read what she said.

Now, about the Janet fans, ypou are on point. I agree with you on that. They like to see Janet selling CDs and making it hot. They cannot handle scandal and that is their main weakness. They are punks (not all of them) anyway. LOL.
