Katherine Jackson To Debbie Rowe In Court Battle

I highly doubt MJ was going to lose the kids in 2003. DCFS found that the allegations against MJ were unfounded. So they had no grounds to take the kids. Its clear to me that Debbie is simply an opportunist and she has lured Katherine in with her friend the opportunist Marc Shaffel.

I totally get it why DEBBIE was pissed off at MJ after the 2005 trial. I am sure she hoped MJ would embrace her and at least let her see the kids. With any lawsuit i ignore the lawyer speak. And in DEBBIE'S case i see the desperate need of a MOM longing to see her kids. What so selfish or wrong about that.!!???

Thank u so much u get what I been trying to say because i know the truth. Even thro i joke and laugh on here as for this case this is not going to make her bitter she doing fine plus the agreement her and MJ sign that he created was to take care of her for the rest of her life this is one of the reasons she never married and she kept MJ last name MJ wasn't no joke and a lot of people school me on how he really was. A real down to earth dude but u have to play by his rules. At the end of the day Her and MJ mom are not beefing they still cool I really wish she sit down with his mom and tell all
 
I remember seeing on Tv that the agreement MJ had with Debbie was binding in his life only. So to say she got no extra money is kind of misleading. Upon MJ's death, his agreement to her was fulfilled and she would have nothing else coming from him to live off of, with her not being named in the will for inheriting anything. So on a technicality, all money that Debbie is receiving after MJ's death is money she is not entitled to.

And a mother wanting to see her children???? How many years before this desire welled up in her heart?? I am glad she was shut down in court. She needs to stop it. I like Debbie infinitely more than Lisa. But I am not stupid. Neither was MJ. He was very well aware of what Debbie "gave" to him (how you give when you are being paid in return is beyond me) yet he himself was fed up with her later in life. There has to be a reason. I don't know all particulars. No one does but the parties involved.

I like Debbie, but it is very clear to me that above all she is going to make sure she is taken care of. If no one else.
 
I dislike the Rowe as much as I dislike some (the majority) and both of them can blame themselves only, nonetheless I know that she had more power when it came to those kids, she is their next to kin, they are Bs, she could have snatched them away last year and the cookie jar would have been closed for the Jackson's. I want those children to grow up asap, its a loose loose situation in which they are until they are at least in their mid 20s, adults and begin to comprehend.
