Unfortunately, at the end of the day...KJ, needs money...regardless of how much is coming in, if she's spending more than what's coming in, she needs to do what needs to be done to get the money....Personally, I don't believe KJ is being manipulated by anyone. I think they are all trying to get money how they can (with the exception of a few of the siblings).

The main person who was contributing to their household is now gone...Now others have to step in and help out, besides, they been riding coattails long enough, so KJ signs a few book deals, others start their own albums and reality shows...Money has to come into the house, period.

We may shake our head at some of it, but they are not our family, we are fans looking from afar. The kids look well fed, clothed, and happy. They're allowed to talk happily about their dad and share his legacy....I believe it's okay. They were followed around when MJ was alive & they will continued to be followed around because they are MJ"s kids!

It'll blow over. It may take a few years, but other celebrity kids will start to do more stupid stuff, and then this will die down. We won't know every single move KJ and the Jacksons make. It'll be publicized less & before you know the kids will have kids of their own.

I love my MJ Fan Friends, but what Katherine does or does not do, is really between her and the people living in that house. I know it would be great, if expenses could be kept down, and they live within their means, but the Jacksons are not the only family in America, living above their means.

Michael was an otherworldy being with vast financial wisdom. and he spent a lot of time alone. i'm sure he made provisions for his kids, that will take care of them, no matter what. and i'm sure he knew a lot more than people gave him credit for. the way he lasted, and the way his legacy has standing power, after the kinds of adversities i have seen go his way, says it all. i've never seen anyone like Michael...and i've never seen the kinds of adversities he's had to face, face anyone, before. and i've never seen anyone stand as strong as he did, or anyone's legacy survive them, the way his legacy has.

But how do we know that contract is real, here we are bashing Katherine for a contract for all we know was made up by TMZ. Is the contract legit? Has anyone verified it? If it's as bad & horrendous as many legals say, then couldn't it be a fake put out there to generate even more controversy & drama?

I'm not a tmz fan but I don't believe they faked legal document.

hey guys in the contract it only mention that mj's kids's legal gaurdian is katherine jackson and that the two parties are legally bind meaning katherine and her deal with howard mann

Nope...they did not deny it. And we have sent so many tweets to them directly....no denial. All of them. But especially 3T.

They only wanna discuss fake vocals....

Only Taryll's manager admitted a song he submitted for "Michael" wasn't selected by Sony. They won't discuss anything that put them in a bad light.

Not a pip from them regarding the allegation that they are trying to sabotage "Michael" for their own personal reasons or the Katherine & Porn guy contract. Nada.

I do find it odd that the family seems to be ok with this contract yet is complaining about the estate and fake vocals. I would be more concerned with my mother/grandmother being in business with shady people like Schaffel and Mann.

Also why would Katherine want to even be in business with Schaffel knowing what he did to MJ?

well katherine pays for the rest of the family. that money used to come direct from mj. now its not there she has to get it from another source. if the family complained they would be losing their own money. they get nothing from the album so can complain all they like. any bad publicty or loss if sales wont matter to them

Oh, but they do. MJ's money is still going to Katherine, but they know

that won't change. Their complaints seem to be, in my opinion, more

about showing the estate/Sony how they can influence sales through

the fans.

I believe is time "the Jacksons" started focusing on L-O-V-E,
instead of MONEY.
My concern is only for Michael Jackson's children:
Prince, Paris, and Blanket.
