I read the same on twitter. Idon't know where the info comes from. but at this point wouldn't be surprised.
Why would Mann have talked to Friedman? And why would Mann, if he did, give/sell the contract to TMZ? Must be something else going on behind the scenes.
There has to be something more to this contract because the family will look like the biggest scumbags if those kids are trotted out again anytime soon.
For the life of me, I don't get why this family isn't more concerned about how they're coming across. How do they expect to make money if most of the public is turned off by them?

Roger Friedman who's been pretty accurate on this story since he broke it 3 weeks ago, initially wrote that Prince & Paris also believe it wasn't their dad.
All over the media, it is claimed that Paris & Prince support the family's position. I highly doubt they would take the kids to Sony's headoffice to state their opinion. So I tend to believe they coerce them into signing a letter to support their case. Because at the moment, MJ's kids have higher profile,carry more weight (as the grieving children of the KOP) AND are more loved than the rest of the Jacksons.
Yesterday, this came out & it makes sense:
Just fans putting 2 and 2 together...we are not getting the truth from them...we have to look for it ourselves.

I can't see what the problem is..
Katherine has the right to 40% of the fortune, the children also 40 and that makes
Katherine entitled to 80% of the estate because she is their guardian.
So why doesn't she get what she want, and what she is entitle to, from the estate?
I don't know american law but in Sweden that is what she would get after the lawers were done with taking care of debts etc.
She takes care of a big part of the family, as I understand MJ did too, so I definitly understand her getting business and money done other ways too.

Katherine has not the right 40% she only gets 40 % of the profits once the estate is out of probate, which will take SEVERAL years, until then she only gets a monthly stipend just like the kids, but the kids unlike Katherine are not 80 years old. When she dies her rights revert back to Michael's children, and they will get 80%.. The children will inherit their father's estate something Katherine will never do
At the age of 40 the kids will take FULL CONTROL of their father's estate, at 30 and 35 they will get half and a third control. Bottom line one way or the other the Jackson's get nada.
Also being a guardian doesn't give her the authority to manage the kids finances, she only has the authority in terms of their well being, she can not manage their finances at any point whatsoever.

This just fuels the murder conspiracy, that no one that MJ cared about and also mentioned in the will acctually gets more then minimum. First of all, dont worry about Katherines allowance not being enough for the children as well because the kids are getting their own allowances
Katherine gets her $26,000-a-month allowance.
Prince, Paris and Blanket are getting a combined $60,000 a month allowance... basically each of the kids gets $20, 000/month.
All together, the children and Katherine gets $86,000 a month allowance!!
You talk about it only covers for the minium expenses. What does minimum expenses mean for you? Seriously. This allowance covers for her assitant, her clothing, drivers, entertainment, housekeepers etc.
And you have to understand that the estate is in probate which means the kids/katherine will only get an allowance. When the probate is over, they will get their share in the estate.

I don't understand why Katherine would even care to get Joseph money if that's what's happening. He is only going to take that money and spend it on other women. There are stories that float around about him, especially in Vegas. Unless Katherine is being worried to death. Still wrong to use Michael's kids to do it.

It seems to me that when the person MJ loved the most, Katherine, have to struggle against the estate for money then clearly MJ's REAL intentions isn't met.
That leaves only conspiracy and fraudulent actions from MJ's former legal representatives and others. I really think there were another will but somehow the ppl behind this made it dissapear. Murder is most often a quick action, but somtimes murder can be done over a couple of years... in many different ways.

What struggle against the estate to get some money? Honestly, when and where has Katherine voiced her opinion that she doesnt get any money? There were rumours going around lately that she told Oprah this and it would be broadcasted on the show.. well, turned it it didnt. We dont know if Katherine actually said that to Oprah and it was cut out or that she just simply did not tell Oprah anything about this. We dont know a shitt really. Look and see on what the estate has done so far.
According to the estate management report.. the beneficiaries gets their monthly allowances.
On Katherine's request the house has seen repairs and improvements. Estate paid the full mortgage on Hayvenhurst. Estate also pays for the security, staff and maintenance of Hayvenhurst. They also bought Katherine and kids a car for $90,000. The estate also loaned Katherine money, which will be taken out of her money once probate is over.
So, when you say she has to "struggle against the estate in order to get some money", tell me what facts you base your opinion on.
You cant talk about Michaels clear intentions when we are dealing with the law!!! We know what he wanted for the beneficiaries.. AND Katherine IS getting her monthly allowance just like she IS entitled to. What more do you want for her to get at this time when the estate is in probate? You have to understand that the estate is in probate. This is not exclusive for just MJs estate... she WILL be entitled to her share as soon as the probate is over. Imo, this has nothing to do that Michaels intentions are not met etc.

they start getting it by 30, partially, besides Im glad they dont get it earlier, when ur 40, they will be old and wise enough to know who they can trust and whom they can't. they will have full control and surely they wont be taken advantage of. Obviously they have no one to trust in that house. they are in the middle of a contract with a man who has strong ties to the porn industry, I doubt they know anything about it.

To be fair, Randy did tweet his displeasure over his mother Katherine and Prince, Paris and Blanket being interviewed by Oprah. He didn't mince any words as I recall.
Also Randy tweeted a while ago how he felt his elderly parents were being taken advantage of by certain ones. He could've been talking about Mann, Schaffel and even Oxman.

And when you really sit back and think about it: where was the outrage when Oxman AND Rowe were running their mouth about Michael to whomever would listen to them. When they were both calling Michael everything but a child of God! All we heard were crickets!
Where were all of the "LEGACY PROTECTORS" then, I ask?
That was the time period when I was WAITING for somebody from the family to come out and rip somebody's head off, but alas, we heard NOTHING!
I know girl, I know. Believe me they ain't protecting any legacy and certainly not Michaels.
But its been like this since the day he died, they re nowhere to be found when it is time for them to step and do their so called duty.

It angers/saddens me that the family lets things like this happen and continue..If I was in the family I would do whatever it takes to stop this. The fact that family is not uniting to stop Katherine from dealing with these weasels is simply disgusting, and I am ashamed of those in that family who have the power to stop it, and chose not to.
