If you are talking about Dieter Weisner & the MJ losing his MJ trademark in Germany and Europe because of a bad business deal in 2003, that is a far cry from putting up the Sony catalog for collateral on concerts that would never have been a losing deal, for both MJ & AEG. AEG would have never gone to the table with MJ if they even for a minute thought it was a money losing deal. Michael Jackson made money by just being, well, Michael Jackson. The assertions in this document that state on page 6 that MJ didn't show up to rehearsals on the 18th and that by the time the "Riot Act" meeting took place, he was scared into submission and showed up out of fear later that day and wasn't himself are ridiculous. The guy I see in TII sure don't look like a scared, meek, near-death shell of a man being forced to perform like a circus animal frightened the whip will come down if he didn't produce magic. So if everything is true in this doc, who was that person in TII??? MJ may have loved movies, but he sure was no Laurence Olivier - no one can act that good and no amount of CGI can cover up the condition they say he was in.
All these lawsuits sure signify to me like the blame game is only going to get uglier and more confusing. Straight jacket, anyone??
