Oh yeah Joe, Leonard Rowe and 'Mother' Katherine even attended meetings. They all met with Randy Phillips in May 2009 at the Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills. Was Katherine concerned at that time about MJ's health or mental state? she saw him.

In my opinion, she was ONLY there to support her husband and his crony Leonard Rowe.

They not only wanted in on the TII deal, in my opinion, they also wanted to find a way for Michael to perform in that Jackson Family Reunion Concert in association with All Good Entertainment. I'm sure Joe and Rowe figured they had hit the motherlode and all they needed was Mother's "participation," in the hopes that Michael would agree.

When that all went down, for the life of me, I couldn't figure out why Mother was there. With everything that has transpired since Michael's death, it's now very easy for me to figure out why Mother was in attendance - $$$$$$.

And they got the nerve, THE NERVE, to accuse AEG of putting pressure on Michael. Some of those Jacksons need to take a good look in the mirror, before they start pointing fingers at anyone. Just my opinion.

I think even Joe admitted that they would 'use' Katherine to get to MJ because according to Joe sons' listen to their mother. And they knew MJ was weak when it came to Katherine. They wanted Katherine to coerce MJ to do it by putting on that line 'I want to see all of my sons perform together before I die' crap. Unfortunately MJ was the one to go and his family did nothing to help him

I wonder why didn't Katherine notice MJ's state of mind? Kenny Ortega thought a psychiatrist needed to intervene because MJ was so bad yet Katherine didn't notice?

And, I'm not sure this will come up, I hope it does, but AEG can certainly say that IF there were any concerns, health or otherwise, that meeting was the perfect opportunity to bring those concerns up.

You had Mother, Joe Jackson, and Leonard Rowe in attendance, along with Randy Phillips. I also believe that the All Good Entertainment head honcho was in attendance, via conference call.

The Jacksons are full of crap!

Edit: Joe did mention ONE of his concerns, he didn't want Michael to be paid in U.S. Dollars. You know if there was going to be a concern, that concern would revolve around MONEY!

Yep that would've been the ideal time for any concerns about MJ's health. I think Murray had already started 'treating' MJ by then so Katherine should've voiced any concerns then... I still can't fathom Katherine looking at MJ and not thinking he needed some meat on his bones before he toured.

Randy is so predictable (just like most of the other Jacksons).

Whenever a family member does not "fall in line," it's ALWAYS somebody else's fault.

The family is divided, because of The Powers That Be, namely The Executors.

Michael didn't fall in line, and that was because the BAD GUYS were keeping Michael away from his family. Yeah right!

They are always pointing the finger at sombody, but NEVER at themselves.

Oh and I have to admit, my favorite Randy Jackson words by far are: THIS IS NOT OVER! (LOL)

The division in the family can be read from Katherine's own book which goes far back in time in Gary, is that Branca's doing too?
It was on place already before they got their break, and it is only natural that different people want different things. If someone doesn't want to stay on mould, it doesn't mean someone is trying to cause diversion in the family, it means individuality is breaking out of mould. Joe and Katherine would have loved to keep J5 forever as they were back in a day (everyone has their place), but their plans didn't suit to every member of the family.
They just love to point fingers at someone else but none of them understand to do some soul searching and look in the mirror.
Janet was right about their need for therapist, that family is very unhealthy environment to anyone.The core of the diversion in that family can be found from the core of the family.

yeah and that was the heartbreaking part for me too Victory! Prince and Paris were born in 1997 and 1998. and Blanket in 2002. If MJ had some severe drug problems or health matters where according to Janet they felt 'something like his death' could happen because of his 'problems' then why didn't they help him? I am sure Janet could've easily gotten past some bodyguards or called a press conference to say our brother needs help so the 'doctors' that are 'treating' him please be aware you are being watched because we feel you are giving him too many painkillers or something. That would've put Klein, Hofflein and any other doctor on notice. Mike was a single father, and his own family didn't care enough about him or their niece and nephews to make sure MJ was ok mentally and physically? I love MJ, but when he started having extensive plastic surgery on his nose, his mother should have stepped up and got him some help for his emotional and self-esteem issues. Instead she says his nose looked like a 'toothpick' and she told the doctors 'to pretend' to operate on him but don't do anything. WTF is that??:bugeyed

The truth is the brothers will never be successful without MJ, so you would think they would've done everything in their power to help their brother and keep him protected and alive because they need him. Instead they abandoned him and only wanted to be a part of his life when they wanted money or to perform. Did Randy ever call up MJ to say 'Hey bro, let's go out to lunch' or something??

Personally, I don't think Michael needed help (aside from his sleep issues), BUT if he did, he certainly wouldn't have depended on his brothers. I mean, they can't even take care of themselves. Or their OWN children for that matter.

There's a reason Jermaine STILL refers to himself and his siblings as "cubs."

In my opinion, they should have done everything in their power to leave the poor man alone. Stop putting so much pressure on the man to perform with them! Once they asked Michael to perform with them again, and he said NO, they should have left it alone. If by chance Michael would have had a change of heart, I'm sure he would have expressed that change to them. There was no need to continually badger the man, over and over and over again.

Bottomline, how could they help him, when they were PART of the problem, in my opinion.

I agree elusive.. The siblings claim they could never get close to MJ yet Joe, Katherine and Leonard Rowe were in a meeting with Randy Phillips so that means MJ was in touch with his parents and Leonard Rowe after the TII announcement. They should have been helping MJ instead of trying to get in on those shows

Not his family! if they do they will never admit to it.. Joe to this day never takes responsibility for MJ's emotional issues. They all defend Joe's actions so the answer to your question is NO they will never feel bad at how they treated MJ.

Janet's whole intervention thing really bothered me because she never gave dates and then when asked she said she couldn't remember. She's lying... and if she was so worried or concerned then why would she miss one?

You are so right in your assessments of the “families” failure to care about Michael’s health and wellbeing along with their miserable failure to care about his children. Janet told Oprah she didn’t even meet her brother’s first child (Prince) until the baby was one and a half years old! She couldn’t even be bothered to show up to the family party Michael gave when the son he’d waited so long for arrived. Who does she think she is kidding about staging interventions for Michael she can’t remember the dates of? The entire family is full of BS because if they knew Michael was in that bad of shape they would have planned the intervention at the anniversary party for Joe and Katherine which took place in May 2009. The entire family was present so that would have given them the perfect opportunity to get Michael help if they really wanted to help him.
