Marilyn Manson has being diagnosed with Swine Flu.

The goth rocker revealed via his Facebook earlier this week (September 21) that he has caught H1N1.

"So I have officially been diagnosed, by a real doctor, with THE SWINE FLU," he wrote.

"I know everyone will suggest that ****** a pig is how this disease was obtained. However, the doctor said, my past choices in women have, in 'no way' contributed to... me acquiring this mysterious sickness. Unfortunately, I am going to survive. M."

i know silly questions , it's just that i'm soooooo scared i mean i love marilyn manson SO much......

My cousin and her friend both had swine flu - it was going around on their campus, but everyone ended up fine. I think a lot of it depends on your health prior to. I dunno. If he's not worried then I wouldn't worry too much.
 
It's basically just flu, he'll be fine. The whole thing's being soooo over-hyped.

He'll be fine. Most of the people who passed away from it were very old and with a pre-existing health condition.. they would have probably died from a normal flu. Don't believe the hype.

But what's with the "unfortunately I'm going to survive"? Emo much? :lol:

He'll be fine, the whole swine flu thing is totally over-hyped, seriously. I had it, and I'm fine now so don't worry. :)
 
Hope he get's well soon. It's definitely not as serious as people are making it about to be (the press), I know a few people that have had it and it just seems to be something you need to kinda sweat out. I'm sure he'll be fine though :)
 
if anything its the really young kids and old people that have the alert button, marilyn should be fine.

Swine flu is as usual the media making something out of nothing. It's about as deadly as the common cold. In Australia 1000 people die a year from a common cold or flu.. Noone talks about that! It's just about the press making money by increasing ratings. Ultimately they create fear - look at all the new items in today's world. War, murder, shootings, stabbings, rumours, disasters etc etc. This is why I don't watch the news; the media report it but do they care? Not one little bit. Where would they be without these conflicts and incidents? Oh no! They'd lose all their precious ratings.

It's more than the press.

Convince people they are facing a deadly disease - you'll convince them to get vaccinated too :) They get vaccinated - a few years later, they learn that vaccine had other side effects :) And yet again have to go through treatment :)

Just the industry - some have to make a profit somehow :)
