There is also the scenario of MJ always replacing boys when they got older but now they claim that MJ wanted to keep fecking them even as they were fully grown adults which also contradicts everything said before. Although Dan Reed claimed the train station lie was in fact just a a mistake of when the abuse happened- he said MJ did still feck Safechuck on the second floor of the train station when Safechuck was 16-17 and physically bigger than MJ! Of course Safechuck himself never claimed to be abused anywhere near that age.

At this point I would say it would take a full calendar year of a trial to get into the details of everything! What it all comes down to is that it should be made impossible to start cases against dead people decades after alleged crimes took place (or make TV-shows about it) it does not make sense to allow it. At some point people that had decades to make these claims just have to be told its to late now to bring it!

The latter was a big reason why the case was settled as MJ would not have the right to a fair criminal trial and thus could end up behind bars even if he was innocent. On top of that you would have had Michael having to endure at least 4-5 years of litigation about child molestation. His mental health would have suffered, he would not be able to tour, not be able to record and release music. Sponsors would have jumped ship, it would have been a nightmare. We all saw what happened during the 2005 trial and despite the vindication MJ would never recover and essentially died because of that trial. If he had fought back in 1993 most likely the same would have happened with Michaels health even if MJ had won the civil, criminal trial or both.

The risk of going to jail & ruining all his career earnings by not settling the civil case was significant. Its easy to say never give in to false allegations, but companies and private persons settle stuff all the time because it might be the best decision, even if it rewards the a scammer or someone making false allegations.

Also at that time it was impossible to predict another crazy family like the Arvizos would come along, let alone the Robsons & Safechuck. We have hindsight, the people making the decisions back in 1993-1994 did not have a crystal ball that could see into the future, thats important to keep in mind!

yes. And just wanted to remind everyone that the 1993 settlement never prevented a criminal trial. As seen with Jordan’s mother being able to testify despite a settlement. Jordan too could’ve testified at a criminal trial if he wanted…but he didn’t want to do so. It has been his own decision not to do that, a settlement never prevented him from doing so. Except that now that his case was included in the 2005 trial, he had his chance, and since MJ was found not guilty, his chance has been used. I can’t see him testifying at a civil trial because of the settlement.

I mean, the Cascios accepting payments for five years and only when those payments were coming to an end…..THAT’S when they all if the sudden had a ”problem” with their contract with the Estate and wanted more money. Even an idiot can see through THAT. You’re fine for five years living on a payment if almost $700,000 a year, but once the moneytrain is arriving to its final destination…THAT’S when you come up with allegations and have a problem? They most likely got used to a rich life without having to do any work and established that kind of lifestyle and expenses abd weren’t going to give that up. Makes sense if Marie is married to James Porte, why she is also posing as a ”victim”. Porte will never work in the music infustry again after the fake MJ tracks, so makes sense if they are very motivated to get a huge paycheck since they modt likely are broke.
 
I would really advice all fans to not click on any tabloid stories. Do not give them traffic. And the idea that ”how can we defend Michael if we don’t know what they are saying”…. Don’t waste your energy on defending any tabloid crap. Just don’t bring any attention to it. The public opinioin on the Cascios AND on Geragos are extremely low! The public sees the Cascios as grifters and Geragos seems to be seen by the public as a ”slimeball”, ”unethical” and not trustworthy, so let them marinate in that. Don’t give them any more atttention! If the press sees that it can’t get traffic and clicks with the negative articles, they will dump it. If they see positive articles get more clicks, they will keep that up. So be mindful and be patient.

As I said…the thing with lies is that you are bound to trip on your own lies. And greed makes you blind. Frank has another thing coming, that he probably hasn’t even factored in at all. Either way they are going to be f**ked by karma. Just wait. The best part…fans don’t even have to do anything, they are doing it to themselves with their own web of lies. For what it’s worth, the general response isn’t all eye rolling sadly. I’m seeing quite a bit of “just more evidence this guy is guilty” on different corners of the internet. This isn’t nearly enough to turn the tides, but it is absolutely headlining news, as demonstrated by Googling MJ’s name and combing through the top news results.

If I understand correctly, each one of the Cascio siblings received $3.3M + an additional bonus of $690K per year over five years...

If this is correct, that's $6,750,000 total for each one of them for a total of $33,750,000... That's even more money than what the Chandlers got...

I understand why the previous civil settlements took place: the Chandler civil trial was going to take place before the criminal trial, and a Francia civil trial would have compromised the HIStory project.

But this deal w/ the Cascios should never have taken place. Yes, Leaving Neverland (backed by #MeToo) was still fresh, going strong, and winning awards—new group accusations would have been devastating, but that was still not a reason to make millionaires!!!

That's the Jackson family's money!

The Estate lawyers were very naïve to think the Cascios would not keep coming back for more...

I agree to an extent... Let's keep in mind that Robson & Safechuck weren't widely believed at first. We thought they'd likely go away, and then BOOM!!! Leaving Neverland ...

All of a sudden, even big stars like Barbra Streisand, Sia, Sheryl Crow, Judd Apatow, Rosanna Arquette, and Patricia Arquette started turning on MJ publicly...

Others like John Legend, Rosie, Ellen or Paul McCartney at least expressed some doubt in regard to Jackson.

Certain radio stations suspended Jackson's music, Leaving Neverland won awards, and that allowed the Cascios to make their move—and each one of those siblings is now a millionaire! Whether or not they extort any more money, they're set for life while there are retired people who live on a meager pension, couples out there arguing over twenty dollars...

Sadly you are correct. I would argue that the timing of this with the Iran war and the Epstein files is actually good for MJ, as those things are bigger news and distracts from the Cascio news. So timing wise it could be worse. It also seems in general that people are skeptical about the accusations because they believe it might be a distraction from the epstein files. And thats not just hardcore MJ fans. But of course its doing damage to the legacy when you have sex trafficking accusations going around on a major scale.

Mostly I think this cements MJ being guilty in the eyes of people who already thought he was guilty or was heavily leaning that he was. I am not sure if it will sway much new people to the guilty side, probably a few but maybe not a decisive blow. Still sucks this had to come just before the biopic.

Overall it seems whatever topic is being discussed there will always be people from both sides of argument battling it out. For example if there would be videos of Donald Trump touching minor girls and I am certain there would be MAGA people trying to defend that or claim its a hoax.

This type of mentality is actually good for MJ as it means even with these Cascio allegations there still going to be people questioning them and thus making the comment sections contested for innocent Vs guilty which is pretty much all we need as it means there is no risk of MJ being cancelled or anything like that. There is so much shit going around that it wont get any better than that sadly!

According to the sources above (and other sources), each one of them got $3.3 million each. A source also mentions a bonus of $690K per year being paid to each one of them over five years.

690 000 x 5 = 3 450 000 | 3 300 000 + 3 450 000 = 6 750 000 | This is why I deduced that each Cascio got $6,750,000 so far.

6 750 000 x 5 = 33 750 000 | This is why I deduced that the Cascios, grouped together, got $33,750,000 so far.

And I disagree that the Cascios should have been paid. The Estate could have obtained evidence and exposed them without paying a penny.

Now... Maybe the reported $3 million or $3.3 million of the Jan. 2020 deal is the same as the reported $690K per year over five years. If this is correct, each one of them got $3.45M so far for a total of $17,250,000.

See... I'm just trying to understand things. I'm not stating anything as a fact. Even if I make a mistake, it's not a reason for me to be insulted and disrespected.

The difference is….that was the height of the Me Too movement. When people were ready to cancel and condemn anyone who DIDN’T suppoort any and every victim despite of what the facts showed. And the media also wasn’t interested in the facts. But after that we have seen supposed ”victims” turn out to be grifters. There was the girl who actually hit herself with a hammer and faned sge had been raped and abused. There was that actor who faked he had been a victim of an attack, when it in fact was orchestrated by himself, there was the Johnny Depp trial. I think those incidents also have opened people’s eyes to seeing that YES, some people actually WILL go to great lengths to pretend they are a victim.

Also, concidering that Michael has been accused for 33 YEARS by now and they haven’t been able to produce ONE piece of FACTS still against him and it is ALWAYS all of these supposed victims AND the supposed former employees posing as witnesses asking for MONEY instead of EVER, even ONCE, going to the police….THAT, with the fact that Michael has been dead for almost two decades…are making people get tired if it all too. I am seeing a lot of people wanting Michael just be finally left alone.

I see people seeing the Cascios especially less of a confirmation of abuse but more of a confirmation if grifters and gold diggers all coming in to get a piece of the pie. People aren’t stupid.

And also the fact that Geragos used to be Michael’s defense lawyer and now flipped sides is also rubbing a lot of people the wrong way. Not to mention that Geragos’s name has just been tied to the Nike extortion scheme and ge also got fined $100,000 for it (the fine did get overturned though)…that doesn’t help his reputation in people’s eyes either, considering the Cascio case is also about extortion. People see Geragos as a slimeball, so that dors not make the Cascios look more credible.

Yes, there will always be trolls in the comment sections, but I have actually only seen pro-MJ comments as the majority lately. And yes, the article is currently everywhere, but I’m not clicking on all of them and that too will die down fast, if fans won’t give them clicks and traffic. That was also the mistake us fans made before. All of us kept clicking on all the articles and kept commenting to defend Michael and that created an incredible amiunt if traffic on the article and hubdreds of comments boosting it even more. So they kept publishing even more articles. That’s why we should now be smarter and refrain from vlicking at every negative MJ article and refrain from commenting. When they see the public isn’t really interested (and like I said, believe me, the majority of the general public are TIRED of it and don’t care), they will move on to other topics. Shen I do a Google search, I just skip every article where the title already shows me it’s going to be negative. And I purpousle cluck on every article that is pro-MJ, even if I weren’t really interested in it. But just to give the positive article traffic. And I think that is what we all should do.

Sadly you are correct. I would argue that the timing of this with the Iran war and the Epstein files is actually good for MJ, as those things are bigger news and distracts from the Cascio news. So timing wise it could be worse. It also seems in general that people are skeptical about the accusations because they believe it might be a distraction from the epstein files. Overall it seems whatever topic is being discussed there will always be people from both sides of argument battling it out. For example if there would be videos of Donald Trump touching minor girls and I am certain there would be MAGA people trying to defend that or claim its a hoax.

This type of mentality is actually good for MJ as it means even with these Cascio allegations there still going to be people questioning them and thus making the comment sections contested for innocent Vs guilty which is pretty much all we need as it means there is no risk of MJ being cancelled or anything like that. There is so much shit going around that it wont get any better than that sadly!

As I said above, the Cascios aren’t cementing anything in people’s eyes. I mean, sure, there are people who would tjink MJ is guilty, no matter what FACTS are presented to them. But those are in the minority. The Cascios have the problem if having publically LIVED off of Michael’s name, Frank’s book and the fake songs aren’t exactly helping their case. Being SOOOO pro Michael for decades and also the fact that they just accepted millions and didn’t have a problem for give years while the money was flowing doesn’t make them look credible in people’s eyes.

I think it means that the Estate won which means any disbute will be habdked in arbitration, which means behind closed doirs, not in public. Which is exactly why they filed the separate federal child trafficking lawsuit publically.

However, should the Estate win in arbitration, that means that the Cascios need to pay back EVERY cent of the money they got feom the Estate over the past 5 years PLUS interest…PLUS all the attorney fees and costs for the Estate. That means they will have to hand over almost $20 MILLION dollars. And if they lose, their federal lawsuit won’t be going anywhere. Also, since they breached the 2020 contract, the Estate can counter sue with extortion and they risk going for jail for years, because extortion is a felony. Should they win the 2020 arbitration, they could go on with their federal lawsuit. Which is a child trafficking lawsuit. Should they win that, well, then, basically in that case Frank us also simultaneously admitting guilt. And don’t forget Vinnie Amen also has come forward saying he ”knew MJ was guilty”. Well…don’t forget that they were both named co-conspirators in 2005. And they are yet to be tried in court because of it, so double jeopardy won’t apply to them. Both Frank and Vinnie were working for Michael in 2005. So IF the Cascios win their child trafficking lawsuit, the Estate can then habd over Frank and Vinnie to the FBI. The Cascio parents, Dominic and Connie Cascio, will also get in severe trouble with the FBI too in that case because they were ALWAYS with the kids when the kids were with Micharl, so if the kids win the child trafficking lawsuit, their parents immediately become facilitators and could go into prison for the rest of their luves. So as I said….keep going Frank. Play stupid games…..win stupid prices. 🤷‍♀️😌 As I said, they are royally F**CKED either way!!
