The Queen film is literally named after their biggest hit, and is packed full of songs everybody knows.

Talking about Hot Street would be a dead scene and would literally alienate everybody.

I don't think a short scene were they discuss the tracklist of Thriller and mention Hot Street would "alienate" anyone. You act like they suggested that the whole movie should be about Hot Street. It would even make sense to tease Hot Street in the movie if they plan to release it as a single.

Your not an executor of the Mj estate if an heir of Michael Jackson, hence the 1994 settlement doesn’t apply to you. If you were, then you would be legally forbidden from dramatising the Chandler allegations in any way. Do you understand that?
