Don't want to hear from media types like Jen Heger, who is clearly in bed with the estate. Media don't care one bit about MJ or his kids.

What is behind the timing of this letter, was the Estate notified before it was sent to the media? NO, NOR WAS THE ESTATE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND BEFORE PUBLISHED. SOURCES CLOSE TO EXECUTORS WERE BAFFLED BY THE TIMING & THE CONTENTS OF THE LETTER.

We know Katherine's people have denied she had a stroke. As for the Estate failing miserably, it seems like bad timing, because new court docs just revealed the Estate has grossed nearly half a billion dollars, wiping out MJ's massive debt.

Calls to Randy and Jermaine have not been returned.

I agree I don't trust KJ at all. She has thrown MJ under the bus for the family too many times and if she would throw her own son under the bus she will do the same thing to his kids.

there is one thing that confuses me regarding Randy, he was the one who brought in T-Mez for the trial. Appearantly they had known each other for quite some time. I cant understand why someone so brilliant, professional and decent as Meserau would want anything to do with Randy. He was shady even before 2005 when he tried to take over MJs finances.
 
Even the media can see this all about money. Their whole scheme here is digusting and they all should be ashamed of themseleves. Janet doesn't want to financially support these people. She isn't stupid. All the jacksons do is TALK. The estate is failing miserably but they only made almost $500 million and they go to the courts to gets things approved. They are panicking and desperate. It's nice to see Janet relaxing with her boyfriend all the way in Italy when her niece and nephew are upset over this. I don't want to hear this was planned anything trip or whatever.

I feel bad for the kids because they have to learn the hard way about how some in their family can be. Maybe they will understand why their dad didn't spend much time with them. When did Paris tweet that about her dad? It was sad to read that. I am sure that will always stay in her memory. If Michael was here and saw how much his children were upset or hurt by this he would be so angry at his siblings right now.

I am very upset because I was just at a client's house and they had the Daily News paper with a headline using the J--- word for Michael. I did not read the paper but as you can guess it was about the will and the fraud issue. Now here again we have these family members to thank for helping the media showcase Michael in a negative light.

Jermaine, please, Mrs Jackson has done spa visits for years I'm sure she didn't think anything of being asked to go on Sunday. It doesn't matter how slick you try to be she will become aware of what you are doing. Even if you succeed in getting conservatorship your money grab will not work. The Executors hold the purse strings and they can't use the courts to make you wait and wait. They can go to court and contest the chosen conservator, they can line up court hearings that could last until Prince turns 18 and he can be his brother and sister's legal guardian.

This conservator plot, if it is true, is pretty old and used to be done a lot prior to 1950's. Usually greedy relatives tried to worry and irritate their elderly rich relatives. The worry would make the elderly person act in an irrational manner, they would become forgetful, and act more emotional. Then the children would use these behaviors to prove the elderly person was incompetent. They would assign one of the group to be the conservator and then milk the estate. I guess the family was reading some old novels when they decided on this plot.

Now Jermaine is saying that their main concern is their mother. If that is the case all he has to do is let her drop the AEG case and stop pressuring her to make deals with criminals to exploit Michael. The solution is simpler than writing that letter. It seems more than ever that all this suing and business deals Katherine went into was dictated by her children.

I remember that in 09/10 some were saying that no one should tell the kids about the family because they will find out about them one day. I guess this day has come, because they now know what their aunts and uncles did since the letter and tweets are all over the internet. In a way I am glad this happened to them now and not later in life. They can now think clearly about what they will do and where they will go if Katheine goes to heaven. They will definitely stay away from Rebbie as a potential guardian.
 
Sorry but if she had a mini -stroke several months ago, why is she being ordered to rest now? Shouldn't she rested when it happened?
 
Paris said she was fine, but if she's on a vacation for her health, then she isn't fine.

Isn't it dangerous to send people who have suffered strokes on airplane vacations?

Some months ago, around the Murray trial? Why did he only just learn about this?

If John Branca really did say "I'm Michael Jackson now" then that is pretty low. And why did Branca and McClain turn down the offer to attend Michael's funeral?

HAAAAAAAAAA, you know I did not even think of that one--Good one. Let's see, maybe the doctor was away and only came this week to examine her and then told her to go to a spa. Soon they will come up with a doctor like Muarry, who is paid to say he told her to go to a spa.

Jermaine again fighting battles on twitter. Someone ask him for their proof and when the court date will be. Notice the estate made one statement and then kept quiet. I wish the brothers will do the same.

Thank you for posting this Ivy...Jerm has me blocked so I cannot read his tweets first hand. They can blame Katherine's stress on anything they want...the reality is....Mrs Jackson DOES need to get away from what is causing her all this stress....the problem??? Her OWN children are the one's putting her under all this stress because they know that she is getting older and her time may be getting shorter so they are in a huge hurry to try and get their paws on the money. Jermaine needs to take a step back and see what it is HE and the rest of "the cubs" are doing to Katherine...mark my words...her demise willl be BECAUSE of them putting so much pressure on her. Its sad and its a shame that she is put in this situation by her own off spring....GREED is the reason.
