Randy Jackson Responsible For Plotting To Overthrow Michael Jackson's Executors

Randy Jackson is responsible for hatching a family plot to overthrow Michael Jackson's executors in an attempt to get his hands on part of the late King of Pop's estimated $1 billion fortune, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
During an emotional interview on The Insider Tuesday night, Marlon, Tito, and Jackie Jackson would not identify the person they hold responsible for not allowing them to talk to their mother Katherine for more than nine days now, but Radar has learned that the trio holds their brother, Randy, responsible, as well as his business associate, Howard Mann.
Michael Jackson's children's court-appointed attorney, Margaret Lodise, will be asking a judge to strip Katherine's guardianship of Paris, Prince, and Blanket since she has been out of town for more than a week, and because she believes the children aren't safe following a physical altercation with Janet, Jermaine, and Randy on Monday. The hearing could happen as early as Wednesday morning as there are regularly scheduled proceedings in Michael Jackson's probate case.
When asked who orchestrated this current Jackson family drama, Marlon said during The Insider interview: "I'm not going to go into that. There is somebody that made the decision that my mother cannot talk to me, and whoever that person is is going to have to answer to me. I'm going to see my mother, and I'm going to bring her home."

Family sources unequivocally tell us: "Marlon, Tito, and Jackie all hold Randy responsible for all of this. Randy is also getting advice from Howard Mann, who has been on the fringe for the last two years, trying to insert himself into the Jackson family. Randy introduced Howard to Katherine, and some of the siblings have been very concerned for a very long time about Mann. Howard is business partners with Katherine on several deals that Randy has supported and wanted her to do," the source tells us.
Howard Mann is the founder of the Naked Women's Wrestling League, and as RadarOnline.com previously reported Katherine and Mann released a book together, Never Can Say Goodbye, The Katherine Jackson Archives. Mann also operates the website, JacksonSecretVault.com. The executors of Michael's estate sent Mann a cease-and- desist letter in 2010 because the promoter was using the King of Pop's image on a lithograph collection without their permission and subsequently filed a lawsuit against him for violating copyright and trademark laws.
Mann told several media outlets on Monday about the latest Jackson family drama, "I believe that Katherine and the children who are benefactors of the estate fall on one side, and then Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie and Tito fall on the other side," Mann said. "They're a group of people who have a great deal of questions about the administration of the estate." Tito has since defected from trying to have the executors tossed.

Mann has a checkered background and was sued by bombshell Carmen Electra for over $400k for failure to pay her for several appearances she made for the Naked Women's Wrestling League.
A grief stricken Marlon revealed on The Insider, "We've been told that our mother is safe. She's doing well. But we have not spoken to her. We have not talked to her and I don't know where my mother is..." but vowed to go to Arizona and bring her home.

"This is a family divided, sadly right now. Marlon, Jackie, Tito, hold Randy and Howard Mann responsible, period. They just want their mother to come home safely and to stop being used as a pawn," the insider told us.

If you check out Randy's twitter account (https://twitter.com/randyjackson8), you'll quickly spot the latest tweets that expose him as the main writer of that defamatory letter.
And - as expected - it's just all about the will having a formal error - a fact that has been known to him for THREE YEARS.
A fact that has been made public by the media THREE YEARS ago. Google could have helped in 2009 already.

If Branca, Siegel and Green would have forged a will, they would have known FOR SURE where Michael was on that specific date.
It further demonstrates well that it's a formal error only, an obvious slip of the pen which happens often and is factored in by the law by requiring further stength of evidence.
It also makes ZERO sense for them to fake a will that is not any different to a previous one, they are not even beneficiaries by the will, they are administrators. They were so in the previous will, too? Why fake something without any advantage? There is not any sign of the 2002 will being fake.

God, those Jacksons are so UNEDUCATED. His behavior to upload a picture and ask everyone to spread it around demonstrates very well that he REALLY thinks that we would not know this.

I was just reading an article that stated that Thome Thome and Janet Jackson were neighbors. This seems plausible because of Janet Jackson being involved in this latest family saga. Janet Jackson introduced Thome Thome to Jermaine Jackson. Remember, on the horizon, is the Thome Thome lawsuit!

^Ask Janet! She said she and the Fam lost MJ after Thriller era! The very same time she and her fam started to envy him because of his success as she admitted to in an interview from the early 90's! SMH

Janet his fave sibling and La Toya seemed to be pretty close too..he always included her in videos, award shows and stuff
such backstabbing, ungrateful and rotted family the poor soul had :(

This is so hurtful :'( how can someones family be so cruel.. How good it is that Michael raised such intelligent and strong-hearted children that knows how to stick together.

It upsets me alot to know that even his sisters would backstab him in the way they have.

I thought that in the end Michael and LaToya were probably the close ones, but I only say that because she was seen shopping with him and the kids...but I can't even remember what year that was now! I can't even remember the last time we saw Michael and Janet together, I remember her saying on Oprah in 07 that she hadn't seen or spoken to him since the trial. So they werent close in any sense of the word...but that doesn't mean tahat you go throw knives in your siblings back.

I think the fact that he forgave her enough to let her be around his kids astounds me...I know she was being beaten and controlled, but there is nothing anyone could do to me that would make me do something to my brothers like she did to hers. I'm so protective over my younger brothers, and I can only assume that she would have been as well, it's just how it is when you're an older sister, so i don't understand how she did what she did. Completely unforgiveable.
 
Far as I know She was never around his kids. She was never in his home. she was alway skept at bay ..

Rany's Rants last night were just off the hook. he was stark raving mad and his accusations made him seem insaine. I dont know why they allow him to be the spokes person for their cause .. I would be so emabarrassed
I must admit I kind of feel sorry for him becuase he is so Obsessed. He really believes what he says. I dont think the others somuch. But randy has made this personal and has a vengence.

Maybe thats what they told katherine that they were hiding her becuase the estate was going to kill her. And thats why they released the letter. I wish Prince could reveal the lies he said they told his Grandma when she was isolated. That would blow this whole thing up ..
 
^^Yeah, if he released all the lies they told Katherine, all this will be out in the open and can be settled. Then we can all move on, but it seems Michael jr only likes to do things after people make more moves. It seems he is waiting to see if they do more damage. Me personally, I would let everything out and deal with it, so I could move on with my life with a clean slate. However, it does not seem as though that is his way. Randy's rants are really getting worse, but I blame all signers with the same intensity because they all planned it, read the letter, and approved of the actions. The only leeway I will give is to congratulate Tito for seeing the light. However, he did not see the light by examining their actions and intentions, but rather by looking at and hearing what outsiders were saying about them.

she said that shopping trip was a total coincedence. they just bumped into each other. she said she hadnt spoken to him in years and saw him something like 5 times in 15 years
 
LaToya meeting MJ at shopping mall was one off accidental meeting. There is a footage of their meeting in Utube, from start to finish, it only lasted few minutes and it wasn't like they went shopping together.

What really suprises me is that I thought that Randy was the one closest to Michael because he actually worked for Michael in the last few years of his life. Which means at some point Michael TRUSTED him. I can't remember his job title, maybe someone will remember it.
EDIT:
I just read in another thread that in 2007 Michael said that Randy brought in Don Stabler, who pressured him to sign off on a multi-million dollar financing deal during the 2005 trial. To "save" Michael's catalog or something. So much for brotherhood.

^^No they were not the closest. Randy became attached to Michael during the trial because he had a plan to be in charge of Michael's assets. That is all. I wouldn't say more to avoid going off topic.

Randy wants money because he does not have a business or career that generates a multimillion income. Only Michael does, and to Randy and co it seems a crime to let 3 kids get all that money when it should be ours. To make it worse some men who are not Jacksons, are earning millions by being executors of the estate. All that makes the Jacksons pissed off. Hence the plan to kick the will out and claim the executors are frauds.
