And if this is all true, then I'm ALSO extremely disappointed of Michael's mother, as lot of people have pointed out before. Even if your parents go out on vacations, trying to "disconnect" from everything, usually a daily short phone call should be made. It''s beyond me how KJ hasn't done that at ALL. Knowing these kids have been through so much already, is she that heartless too or is she not aware of the level of concern and anxiety these kids are going through? Jesus..

Well then you should know better.. You should understand why almost ALL of us are against this nonsense the SIBLINGS have created. We ALL support Michael here reason why we're so concerned of what these children have been going through thanks to them, these are not baseless accusations, have you not been here these past days, updating on all the BS they came up with? all this made Paris extremely anxious and worried and her recent activity on twitter shows she DOES NOT trust them, why should we? Michael taught us a lot but I'm sure these kids have learnt a lot too. I mean, he's THEIR father, they were closer to him than anybody and he loved them with all his heart, and if Paris doesn't trust her aunts and uncles it's because MICHAEL TAUGHT HER NOT TO. And I can totally understand why.

"Debbie and Katherine were able to reach an out of court custody agreement in the months after Michael died. Debbie had no interest in fighting Katherine for custody of the children. However, if Katherine has suffered a health setback, this could very easily end up back in court because Debbie has very strong feelings about Michael's siblings having any role in caring for the children."

Meanwhile, Randy, Jermaine, Tito, Rebie and Janet Jackson all are demanding that the late singer's Estate executors John Branca and John McClain resign. They wrote a letter claiming Katherine was "so stressed" by the handling of the Estate she suffered a stroke, something Paris and Katherine's reps deny.

A desperate Paris Jackson repeatedly took to Twitter Sunday morning. Michael Jackson's 14-year-old daughter begged for news on the whereabouts of her grandmother.


"Yes, my grandmother is missing I haven't spoken with her in a week I want her home now," Michael's only daughter wrote in the pre-dawn hours Sunday.


Michael's mother gets $70,000 a month from her late son's estate for living expenses. The sole beneficiaries of Michael's estate are his three children and his mother.

Calls seeking comment to Rowe's attorney weren't immediately returned.

Nobody thought Karherine had really been missing like walking away to never return. The main concern was why Paris couldnt talk to her legal guardian for more than a week. Jermaine cant explain that now can he?

i think its rude that jermaine said there was unnecessary concern for his moms welfare. as if we created this scenario and inconvenienced him and his family during their event (unity tour), it was his niece who cried out for help. not us . i also think Paris should tweet a thank you to the fans and the media for their concern and help. noone cares about jerms inserting his sarcasm in the situation. you dont want drama then dont create drama.

When some people have the same opinion, you still don't have a base.
Baseless accusations are your own enemy, you will be forever left fighting it without anyone needing to interfere.
I don't see you upholding any of these guidelines in your constant bashing on people you have been accusing of fraud for 21 months.

A question, if Katherine does lose guardianship of the kids to someone else, will her allowance get reduced or will she receive the same amount? As much as this would hurt the kids, if Katherine is susceptible to her grown ass children's schemes and give priority to them over the 3 minor children she's responsible for, then she doesn't deserve to be their guardian. None of the Jacksons deserve to be.

LMAO at Jermaine's sad attempts to rectify the shit he dropped. FAIL. FAIL.FAIL. Everything he touches ends up as an EPIC FAIL.

The facts are known and they have been known since shortly after Michael's death. Of course the Jackson's didn't mention money in the letter but their actions speak much louder than their words. All they have done since Michael died is throw him and his kids under the bus for money

Michael’s children are not stupid. They can read the internet. By now they know that uncles Jermaine and Randy are not so interested in them. They are interested in their own futures. But I doubt scaring Paris Jackson and mobilizing her to this point will ingratiate the brothers with Michael’s kids. Let’s hope Katherine Jackson is returned to her home pronto, and that the lawyers and others representing the kids can prevent this from happening again.

I agree with it too. I know Roger as been a thorn in the side of many fans, but he has also gone on record and publically stated that he did not believe that Michael did anything wrong to that Arvizo kid and flat out said it was a shakedown and Michael was innocent of their accusations.

Now onto his message here... yes, it's well said!

But the nanny and the guard are not legally entrusted with the kids care. Katherine is. And while they may have an adult there, its skirting around the legal issue of her competency and willingness to care for these kids she asked for custody of. They could not reach her. That is inexcusable. Especially, if a cop found her eating dinner and playing cards and her legal charges are being turned away from speaking to her. There is a very real possibility the court system could take a look at the situation. If she is unable or unwilling or both to take on the responsibility, well.....

This has probably already been said, but I'm not going to read the whole thread to find out.
This is just another example of the Jackson being in complete disharmony.

Why is Katherine going away without telling the kids how long she's going for or keeping them informed?
Why is she not taking their calls or getting in contact with them herself?
Who has she arranged to take care of the kids? It sounds to me as though no arrangements were made which is unbelievable!
Why is one person filing a missing claims report with the police when Jermaine and others seem to know where she is and that she's safe?
Why has Jermaine (and others) not informed the rest of the family what's going on?
The whole thing is very fishy.
I don't know Mrs Jackson personally but I refuse to believe she would deliberately go away for an extended period of time without informing the kids and without arranging somebody to look after them. I refuse to believe she would actively avoid contact with the kids and ignore their phone calls.
It seems to me as though she been isolated from the rest of the family by at least some of her disfunctional brood who didn't think this thing through long enough to realise the trouble it would cause.
It may well be that her health is suffering and her doctor ordered complete rest, but this is not the way to do it. The family should have been kept informed so that this kind of thing doesn't happen. It's an embarassment.
At the very least child services should be looking into this very high profile case to see how those kids are being cared for. (I have no doubt they're fine but I'm sure they should consider it). What a farce.

Yeah, just like Murray being the Fall Guy. Remember it was ALL going to come out. All of the information that they had gathered would be released to the property authorities.
