Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson have been barred from their mother Katherine's Calabasas home after attempting to remove their brother Michael's three children from the house on Monday, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The situation adds to the ongoing drama with the Jackson family, as Katherine has been in Arizona for more than a week and hasn't spoken to her grandchildren, of whom she is the legal guardian. "It was just total chaos when Jermaine, Randy and Janet descended on the house.

"Randy was telling Prince Michael he had to leave with them and that he had a private jet chartered to take them all to Arizona to see Katherine. Prince firmly held his ground and told Randy he wasn't going anywhere with them. The security detail prevented the three of them from taking the kids out of state. The cops had to be called and Janet kept saying they had a legal right to be at the house when in fact they don't. The rental house is in the name of Michael Jackson's estate, so they were told to leave immediately. For the time being, they won't be allowed to come back to the rental house and guards at the security gate have been told under no circumstances are they to allow them in. Paris was absolutely hysterical and kept telling her uncles to just bring her grandmother home," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.

"The plan to take the kids out of the house was going to be a publicity stunt. The kids were going to be paraded into the house in Arizona where Katherine is staying and those photos would be published on a website favored by Randy Jackson."

As previously reported Janet was behind Katherine's removal from her home to Arizona, after becoming adamant that her mom needed bed rest and to be checked out by an independent doctor. And a source has revealed that Katherine is doing just fine.

"Katherine is very well,” a family member told RadarOnline.com. “Janet was behind the whole thing – she felt that Katherine needed medical help and was desperate for her to get some bed rest."

"Michael's children are being cared for by their nanny and legal options are being explored about ensuring their safety. The children are very, very smart and they are surrounded by excellent bodyguards that won't allow anything unsavory to happen to them. The kids just want their grandmother back, and want the family drama to end. Now that Paris and Prince are old enough, they understand why Michael didn't have much of a relationship with anyone in the family except for Katherine," the source says.

^^Isn't it something that Michael left Katherine in charge of protecting and advising his children, and now fans have to tweet Paris to give her advice? What kind of nonsense is that.

Holy.....................I though they would put Katherine on phone to talk to those kids. What the hell? Paris still not be able to talk to KJ? Things are really getting weird. All those uncles and aunts should stop doing whatever they wants to do and just ask KJ to talk to Paris for FXXKING 5 seconds. How hard to say I am ok? All those people in J family are nuts. I don't care what their agenda or conspiracy or whatever. This kid wants to talk to her grandma........... Jesus......

WELL DONE PRINCE. Michael is really looking after these children. Thank God her grew them up well and spend time on their education. How dare Janet and co do this and claim they have a legal right to be there. I hope some arrests take place. Who paid for that chartered jet by the way. They are still continuing the "wildfire of madness."

I'm so glad Michael's kids were not harmed in this latest stunt. How ****** dare they even go there? Janet too? Bloody despicable greedy retards. So glad Prince stood his ground, but I feel so sorry for those 3 and the emotional trauma they are suffering at the moment at the hands of greedy family members. It's time CPS interevened. And I know the family has lost any credibility to care for those kids.

Wow, this is getting insane. The most disturbing part is that KJ still hasn't called the kids. Either she doesn't want to (which would be horrible) or they won't let her (which would be horrible as well).

Rhilo really I find the authorities in that state are treating that family with kid's gloves. Here we have a guardian who left and did not contact the children, then we have a fight with minors in the home, then we have a kidnapping that was prevented and yet no CPS and no arrests were made. You have to be very proud of Prince. He is quiet and does not tweet but knows when it is time to act.

I've just read Paris's latest tweets and I've got to say, I am now really %$^!!! off at the Jackson family, INCLUDING Katherine (whom I respected previously). How goddamned dare they do this to those children! Haven't they been through enough? If they weren't famous, and this was a family I knew I'd be fuming.

I couldn't give a flying monkey's how Jermaine or anyone else tries to justify this, it is simply NOT RIGHT. I pray to god Debbie steps in.

I don't even have the words to describe what these pricks have turned into and the damage they have caused. Thanks to that lying, filthy letter. ALL THIS MESS, stress and concern. Totally beyond words and unnecessary.. those children have learnt how rotted their "family" is the hard way, but I thank the J5 for letting their true colors out for PPB to realize that and stay away from them for good..

I've just read about 10 pages to catch up here and it's completely insane how this has been developing. It just seems to get worse and worse.These Jacksons need to shut up, stop acting stupid, get a life, and stop scaring Michael's kids. I fear for these kids more than ever :pray: If Katherine doesn't want to talk to them or be with them (who knows?) then they should have a new guardian appointed to them and get away from all this drama that's quickly becoming dangerous. I'm very sorry it if it had to come to that, but the children don't deserve to be in this situation after all they've been through with losing their father. Michael would be so upset by everything happening :(

Yes they don't even realize that they have finally showed the children what fans and Michael knew about them for years. Now that the kids know, it would be hard for Randy and co to ask them for money in the future.

I am so happy that fans were able to send them love during this unsettling time. It must be horrible knowing your family is against you.

Okay, just got finished reading through this latest family saga, my question is this, why are grown adults blocking communication between Katherine and her grand daughter? thats something thats still not being addressed by Jermaine or anyone else!

Oh, and btw. - the 3 kids not wanting to go with them although they told them that they would take them to their grandmother speaks volumes. I'm sure they have known for quite a while that most of the family can't be trusted.

Because the answer is so nasty and horrible that they do not want us to know their true intentions. However, we already know. Not to derail this thread, but someone told me that some time ago they Janet on a tv show with a host who was a white haired woman, and Janet said the kids were not Michael's. I have to find out more about this, because I had to leave and could not listen to more. Why Janet would feel that in order for Katherine to rest she needs to be away from 3 kids who basically are no trouble at all, is beyond comprehension.

Well I'm glad Paris knows what's goin on and her favoring that tweet comfirms that. I never knew though that she and her brothers would know the truth so soon and so young! I thought perhaps they would have found out when the were much older. But, better now then later! Because at first it was lookin like they were all about the fam but, seems like much was just publicity to fake that "Unity" sh*t! But, like their daddy once said "Tight nit my ass!"

Janet Jackson was always considered the “normal” one of Michael’s performing siblings. But today, according to CelebBuzz.com, she showed up at her mother’s $30,000 a month rented home in Calabasas, California and tried to take Michael’s three kids away from their house while Janet’s own mother was involuntarily–perhaps– out of town. Janet was accompanied by brothers Jermaine and Randy.

On top of that, Janet signed a letter to Michael’s executors last week demanding that they resign. And she agreed with a statement that Michael “despised” John Branca and John McClain. This, despite the fact that McClain actually gave Janet her career in 1984 at A&M Records with her “Control” album. A few years later it was McClain, always a friend of the Jacksons, who tried to put together Michael and Janet with their brothers for an album and a tour.

Has Janet Jackson lost her mind? Or is she now just like her brothers– in need of Michael’s money. Janet has not had a hit in many, many years. She currently has no recording contract. Her last album, “Discipline,” in 2008, sold only 450,000 copies–it didn’t even go “gold.” The album before that, “20 Y.O.” sold 650,000 copies. Her last real hit album was “Damita Jo” in 2004– eight years ago. And hit singles? She hasn’t had one since 2001, and “Someone to Call My Lover.” That’s eleven years ago, friends.

Does Janet need money? With declining album sales, and less frequent touring, the answer would be yes. Also, most of her hits were written by Jimmy Jam Harris and Terry Lewis. Many of her later hits were also based on samples from artists who had to be paid–like Carly Simon. While Janet is a name, she’s aged out of her heyday. Rihanna, Beyonce, and others have long since replaced her.

The one place where Janet can still make money: touring. Her “Number Ones” World Tour in 2011 grossed $60 million, and finished 45th out of the year’s top 50 tours according to Pollstar.com.

When all of that is calculated, it may not be so surprising that Janet Jackson’s behavior has changed–and her attitude toward Michael’s estate. For Janet to try and take Michael’s kids once her mother is out of town–it suggests that something has shifted in Janet Jackson’s mind. She’s trying to get Control, while asking What have you done for me lately?

I thought Janet is in Italy. So she is now back to LA and being part of this family SAGA?! Still hard to believe she would risk her reputation to participate in it. Janet is now going to be on the blacklist in my mind. Just read the take the kids away news. Good Job Prince and Paris. I think these two kids are smart and strong. Still can't believe that any family would go so far to against three young kids. Where is Katherine? Is she being controlled by her kids? How come she can call the police but not be able to call her 3 grandchildren? The J family made a horrible move. The estate can just stand there and watch them sink to the bottom. Poor PPB have to be in the middle of the fire. I hate what they did to these three kids. No kids should suffer this type of drama. Someone should really step in and take take care of them. It's obvious J family can't provide a good environment of these kids to grow up.

I am sorry but I don't feel sorry for katherine. She is an adult not a baby and she can demand to use the phone. That is ridiculous. If Prince told them to get lost then GOOD FOR HIM. These kids are smart and they need to call their lawyer and whoever they are suppose to talk to. They have their legal rights don't they? They have SO DAMAGED their relationship with Michael's kids. If Katherine doesn't come home soon I want the authorities or Debbie or Diana Ross to step in. Any respect I had for Janet is gone .

If Katherine agrees to challenge the estate can she lose her inheritance or whatever if she loses? Let them challenge, let them lose and let them have nothing. It belongs to his children anyway. Michael would be disgusted right now. Shame on all of them and god is watching their behavior.

It would serve them right, because they own actions caused their downfall. Janet has now got her name into some negative press and she has nothing to back her up legally. How stupid can you be to say you have a right to be in someone's else home. The kids know who pays their bills and got that home for them.
Cherubim maybe you are right that the New J5 got the camera and crew as part of a new reality show.

It's better they know now and it's good they understand why their father kept his distance from them and protected them.

He certainly protected them!!!! I just thought of something--remember in Jermaine's book he had planned to get a plane and wisk Michael out of the country. Now we hear that Jermaine, Randy and Janet went to the kid's home and Randy told Prince to come because he had a jet waiting. Sounds familiar people.

I am glad Prince said no and protected his brother and sister. Any trust they had towards janet and company is gone. I wouldn't trust them ever again. They need to protect themselves and what their father built. It's a shame they have do it at such a young age. I want to believe that Michael is watching over them somehow.
