From what I have observed of the Jacksons over the last 19 months is that the majority of them are greedy, self-serving bastards.
It is harsh to say but to be blunt, but even if there was enough money to support all the brothers, Joe, and Katherine comfortably it still wouldn't be enough for them. They could had lived a good, carefree life just living on the royalties of their early career if they managed everything correctly. But no, they spurred their money, went with shady deals, and wasted their money away. Besides Janet, Tito, and Jackie to an extent, none of the brothers has nothing show from their lifetime in the biz.
Even if Janet did support her mother, it would just continue the BS Michael had to lived through his entire life. Namely, through supporting the mother that he loved, he supported that entire family. Katherine had more than enough to support herself and Michael's kids and had no business going into business with scum like Mann. Which is why I feel absolutely no sympathy for her and her, "my feeling is when they're suing Howard Mann they're suing me…because I authorized the book,".
Her butt deserves to be sued, especially since she has been forewarned and continued to act like she owns Michael's image. The same thing with the rest of the family that pulls this BS since the day Michael stopped breathing. They have been treating Michael like property whether than a living, breathing human and people wonder why the media and others treat Michael as such. How can you expect people to treat Michael like a human when his own flash and blood doesn't even bother.
Quite frankly, I don't blame Janet from getting as far away from this BS as possible. Money is an addiction in that family and it's time for someone to tell them no. The way that family has been acting is very much like a junkie in withdrawal. I wonder when they talked about Michael being in 'denial' if they're actually talking about themselves in their endless lust for money.
It's just sad.
