I saw her on HLN and I must agree with you, she did a very well job. She represented the fans in a mature, intelligent, knowledgable and respectful way. I'm very happy. Now the media can't say Michael's fans are crazy or uninformed.

She did a good job. It was a pity Erin did not correct him when he made the statements about how different doctors were giving him drugs and he was an addict. She needed to come back with the fact that the other doctors were investigated and were dismissed, that all his treatments with the drug were documented and were for specific medical procedures, and that the autopsy shows no evidence of drub abuse, because this guy is essentially saying Michael remained an addict and several doctors enabled him. However, you cannot think of everything when you are on the spot, and overall she was strong.

Contrarily to what you may think, being outside the US, or the UK, makes a difference, because it's not all over your TV or papers. I can assure you I wouldnt have known anything about the trial of 05, or cm now, if I didnt have an internet connection. This possibility to disconnect yourself can be a blessing sometimes.

Ben, the bolded, I am with you on that one. I used that device throughout the 05 trial, that is why I always admire those who were able to stay glued to the TV or paper to get the latest news. I refused to deal with the media at the time, and since I was not in a forum, I was somewhat shielded from the psychological distress that negative coverage causes. However, this time I am brave enough to keep my eyes on what is happening, although I will not be looking at any editorial pieces. I am only interested in the facts of the case.

Can someone tweet her some pointers about the addict, doctor shopping questions that tabloids like to bring up.

I can tell you why and this is the truth. Becuase TMZ is a VERY popular program in the USA with Millions of viewers.
If you want FAST exposure to the masses its a great way to get your message out. Thats why the Jackons and even The Michael Jackson estate will use TMZ to get their message out to the masses. TMZ isnt all Tabloid. They do promote legitimate news stories in between all the Crap. Now days They are hardly worse then main stream network programs any longer becuase all of them are full of crap lately. They were very fair with Erin today .. they let her speak and they even tested her. She was Awesome

To be fair I dont think she need pointers on that subject. She knows all that. And I understand why she didnt try to defend all the rumours in this instance. She said that none of that makes one bit of difference in this case. The rumours or stories people make up about Michael Jackson's history has NOTHING to do with Murrays guilty actions on June 25th 2009. She wanted people to be clear on that. No one has to defend MJ in this case becuase he is not on trial here. Dr Murray is.. Im kind glad she didnt fall for it and make it relevant to this case. I think thats what impressed harvey (who is an attorney) so much

She did get Harvey back for the doctor comments saying that things like that are irrevelant, hersay and she don't know where he is geting it from!? Even the dude next to Harvey was saying that's not even coming in at trial! lol She did a great job!

^^I don't fully agree with you. I am not talking about defending all the rumors.

When talking on TMZ or any media, you are not talking only to the reporter. If that was the case, then fine, saying that is not the key to the case is OK. However, when talking to TMZ and the media your audience is the global population. Many of them believe what harvey said, and the way people think now, they needed a clear, eloquent statement about that issue to counteract what Harvey said. Someone like her would have made that point very clear due to her ability and knowledge.

Once she corrected him or in this case given the viewers a clear explanation, then she could move on by saying " however that is not pertinent to the current case. What is relevant is..........." However, as I said before, one cannot cover all the bases when put on the spot. Bottom line is she did a wonderful job.
