It is not enough to complain on a fan message board.

Reach out to GMA. It will only take a minute of your time. We cannot sit back and let the media become full participant in the exploitation of Michael Jackson's childre.

MJ had gone through enough ...his kids shouldn't have to go through the same.

Being paraded on TV like caged animals is not what MJ wanted for his children.

I have contacted the guardian ad litem time and time again...and there is nothing she can do. She is only responsible for the kids' FINANCIAL welfare. she has NO SAY on how they are being exploited. Howard Mann knows it.

Fans causing a public uproar and not support Howard Mann & Katherine Jackson's ventures are our only chance. Don't support the exploitation of Michael Jackson's children.




If you bought Howard Mann's book NEVER CAN SAY GOODBYE, send it back, with a note.​

It would seem Katherine Jackson is unable to keep from mixing child exploitation in with her child rearing. To Katerine they are one and the same; and, yes, it is sad.

Of course, you people at ABC News know that Michael Jackson does not want his children exploited by the media. PLEASE STOP IT!!!!!

God bless and protect Michael Jackson's children: Prince, Paris, and Blanket. Make them strong and intelligent and safe from exploitation.

I understand about your concern, BUT the fans should stay out of it. It's not our place. In diving in head first with this situation, you may be doing MORE harm than good. Look at what those dummies in the past did to Michael because THEY FELT he was unfit and a danger to his own children....child protective services was brought in. Fortunately, DCFS concluded his children were well taken care of; but what IF it escalated beyond that...because of those loud-mouth women forging ahead with their 'concerns'?

If Katherine is so unfit, who do you think is MORE fit? Debbie with Marc Schaffel lurking in the shadows? He's no better. In fact he knows Howard Mann, doesn't he?

No, I DON'T agree with Katherine having Michael's children in front of the camera talking to the media; but the fans need to stay out of it. You don't need to further feed 'the beast' (media). Many of them wanted a custody showdown when Michael died. They were disappointed when they didn't get it...Like I said don't feed the beast.

I respect your concern and I respect that you are true to your word. Your complaint concerns your concern about the welfare and well being of Michael's children and doesn't suggest any anger because ofa dislike of the Jackson family so its a very legitimate concern. What's always puzzled me is that some fans bitterly complain about things like this yet they are the first to watch it. As long as there is an audience, ABC or any other network will continue to pay Howard Mann for access to Michael's children. Its only so long that the general publics fascination at merely gawking at them will wane and Mann will need to offer up more to get people to continue to pay for access. How long will it take for one of these "journalists" to question the children about drug abuse, sleeping with little boys, etc? For people truly concerned about all of this, I think one of the best things to do is not watch it and not give GMA what they want, attention and ratings. JMO

I agree. And I for one ..will not watch.

Just like I did for the Oprah interview & both Katherine's & Janet's Dateline interviews.

I think fans should NOT watch these exploitative appearances...If they really want to see the children, wait until it gets on youtube.

I never watch anything regarding the kids, I gave up tv the day after Michael died, I only see the stuff when posters post youtube links on the board
 
I sent a message to Good Morning America, and I also took my outrage in a DIFFERENT direction.

Call me crazy, but I figured: What the heck!

I sent a message to "The View." I said that I have a HOT TOPIC suggestion.

"Is Katherine Jackson along with her partner, Howard Mann (an online porn producer) exploiting Michael's 3-children for financial gain?"

I went on to talk a little bit about the contract Katherine signed and how Michael went to great lengths to protect the privacy of his childrens. "Would Michael approve of his mother's recent actions?"

I'm telling you. Stay out of it. You may be causing more harm than you think. You may think you're 'saving' Michael's children, but you are being blinded by emotions and tunnel vision and therefore, dangling Michael's children over the lion's den just like I said about Katherine allowing those kids to be interviewed by media and being in front of the camera, she's dangling them in front of the lions den also. But doing what you're talking about doing is no better.

Whether it's Katherine allowing the media to have access to Michael's children, or you all writing to various media outlets to voice your concerns-----the media is not to be trusted either way.

But you really should have sent your "the media is not to be trusted" message to Katherine Jackson. She's the one who needs that message, NOT ME!
 
Look, I'm just trying to make people on here to remember what they're dealing with when they decide to throw caution to the wind and go all gung ho in getting involved with the media regarding Michael's children. You don't have to get smart with me.

Your "caution to the wind" message is lost on me. Sorry, but I'm not the one who put my grandchildren in front of a television camera in order to garner a few dollars from my porn partner.

You want to discuss "caution," let's start there!

People will do whatever they want, your more than free to sit on your butt and do absolutely nothing, you chose to stay out of it, good for you. Others are allowed to do whatever they WANT to do, if they want to stay out of it, -hey nobody is holding a gun onto their forehead- if they choose to do something about it, they got every right to.

Let me ask you and the other 'concerned' citizens on here something: What do you intend to accomplish by contacting the media regarding the 'safety' of Michael's children? What if this blows up into a custody war where the children will be caught in the middle? What if (god forbid) the kids are taken away from Katherine, because of the perceived 'danger' they're in? Where are they to go? Debbie and Marc, Diana-----one of you? How would they be affected?

And let me tell you something else, although I don't agree with Katherine mixing herself up with this Howard Mann character; and I have become disappointed even angry at some of the things some of the Jacksons has said and done since Michael's death, don't be so smug into believing they are the BAD GUYS in this. The suits that are runnings things, their hands are not clean as you think. Everything about the the Jacksons are not motivated by greed--including regarding this 'will'.

The greed is coming from Mann and others----not Katherine. She is a mother who lost her son, she's still grieving, then on top of it, there's these executors and lawyers who are over her son's estate by means of a questionable will; not to mention their little bit players and mouthpieces in various Michael forums---YEAH I SAID IT. These same 'appointed' ones are going to dictate to her how she can or cannot pay homage to HER son, HER blood. I have yet to see them extend a hand to her and the rest of the family for that matter to work together in preserving Michael's legacy. I would be angry also, not to mention hurt--which is what Katherine is. And THAT is where good ol' Howard Mann comes in. It's obvious he's using her vunerability to his advantage and slyly trying to exploit those kids for his own means. She is backed up against the wall by the ones who are controlling that estate, while Mann is portraying himself as her 'hero'. Katherine is a good woman; but she is being taken advantage of. It's no different than Michael being taken advantage of and exploited by others when he was vunerable or had his back against the wall.

You all may think you know the entire story of what's going on....but you don't. It's not as black and white as you have been MISlead to believe. I know my post is goes against the popular theme on here....but I don't care because it's true. And as time goes by in this, and as things start unfolding believe me, many on here will learn. I've gotten what I needed to get off my chest on this subject and that's it. Take it or leave it. I DON'T CARE.

Just so you all realize? NOBODY will know if you are watching, or not watching. (A way to launch action in that regard is to contact the advertisers of offensive programming.) And to exercise our constitutional right of free expression, i.e. letters and emails to the offensive programs.

The topic of this thread is "raise your voice." If some of you don't want to, for whatever reasons, fine. But why, then, visit the thread at all? This is an issue about which MOST fans are united -- pretty sure. So yeah, sit on your hands. Nobody will notice, probably, if you don't say a word. (At this point, that sounds like a pretty good idea?)

For the rest of you? Yeah, raise your voices. :clapping::clapping::clapping:

(oh, and if this "blows up into a custody war?" At this point, that might be salvation for those precious children. They are working for a fake charity, with a PORN producer? Doesn't sound like a healthy environment, to ME. Or to most of us.)
 
honestly i think the only person that should be rasing a stink is debbie rowe its not our place we can however NOT WATCH THIS STUFF
 
Well I am going to raise my voice for the cause. In fact, I already did and thank you Meme.
There comes a time when more must be done than simply listening to music. We are our brother's keeper after all. Now lets show it in a civil manner.

I hate to say this, but sometime when I listen to comments from some people, I think if they were around in the 1800's slavery will still be in full swing--it's not my concern, leave it alone, people will turn it into a big war, etc, etc.
 
I wish/hope Diana will at least one day be able to intervene... she was so close to Michael, and he pointed her as the guardian in the unfortunate case when Katherine dies... I hope, though, that they can keep in touch from earlier... She is a firm, classy, strong and protective lady...
 
Katherine didn't hold a gun to their heads and tell them to go on TV. This is none of our business.

they are taking far too long. Oscars tonight...that press release will be buried in the media.

48 hours after the interview...true, we were all caught off guard, but MJAN has to react a lot faster than this, if they want to hit hard.

But better late than never...
 
Meme, good work. Some people have to understand that this forum is not an advice column like Dear Abbey. When someone indicates that he/she is going to take some civil action or have done so, the person is not indicating this to get advice from fans about the action to be taken. It is OK to have an opinion to act or not to. However, making long statements trying to advise the person/persons not to do the particular action is not necessary, because person/persons is not asking for advice/permission. I hope people get this now. Simple state you do not want to take part and move on.

Uh, excuse me? You've been PATIENT with me? First of all, I didn't do anything wrong. I was just stating my views and the reason for my views---just like everyone else is allowed to do ANYWHERE on this forum. In fact I don't hardly post unless I have something I want to say.

Now I know you've been the self-appointed leader of recent times, and you have numerous people on here following your lead; but get this: you will not tell me WHERE I can post nor WHICH thread I should go into nor WHICH thread to stay out of. OK? Good....Now you and your followers, go on with your little 'civic duty' action.
